What a great spot! Less than 15 minutes from the bustle of SLT in a gorgeous neighborhood with breathtaking views. I stayed with friends and my toddler and the host provided a high chair and the adults all had their own space. There is plenty of parking and we loved how quiet the area was. Nice to have the upstairs and downstairs living areas.

We stayed here as a family (2 adults, 2 kids and an au pair) for a ski trip at Heavenly. Heavenly resort (Cal Lodge base) is just 10 minutes down the road which is great to catch the first chair! We had everything we needed at their place. The house is well-equipped and we loved relaxing in the hot tub and fire place after a long day of skiing. The house is very clean and it is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The beds are SO comfortable! I would recommend this to anyone in the area.

Karen was an exceptional host who was proactive with communication and very helpful with tips and tricks for the area. We stayed here during ski week and took the short drive to Sierra-at-Tahoe for our snowboarding. The house was perfect for our family and we were easily able to take some back roads to get dinner near the lake. We would 100% rent this place again.

We had a great stay at this cabin in South Lake Tahoe! The house was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. We really enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool table and the outdoor flat top grill. The bathrooms were well-maintained, and everything was stocked as expected. Overall, a fantastic spot for a relaxing getaway—we’d definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for a month and had an excellent time. The property was as described, and it was a beautiful getaway in the woods, while also minutes from everything you would need. The host was very accomadating and replied to our messages very promtly. Looking forward to staying here again!

We had an amazing stay! Eric and Chanda were incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout. The place was spotless, cozy, and had such a warm, inviting atmosphere. Everything was well-maintained, and the thoughtful touches truly enhanced our experience. We will definitely visit this gem for a wonderful getaway again!

Great lil place to stay. Hotel style cabin set up. Has everything you need. The heater and the water get nice and warm too which is exactly what you want for a winter in Tahoe.

Kirkwood has started charging for parking and requiring reservations on busy days. Way to make things difficult Kirkwood! Make sure to enquire about the parking situation. The unit was wonderful. Simple, clean, warm and close to the mountain. Radiant heat in the floors and an awesome hot tub in the building too. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect little spot for myself and my dog. I will totally be back. The bears definitely hang out by the dumpster at night so don’t get spooked !

Amazing place to stay! Cozy, quiet, and perfect for a ski trip!

The studio was well insulated and quiet even though it was right off a main roadway. Inside felt like a log cabin and fit right in with the scenery. The bed, pillows and sheets were surprisingly comfortable. Some basic necessities were included like salt, pepper and oil. My expectations of the shower were low after reading other reviews, however I was pleasantly surprised with water temperature and pressure meeting my needs. I also did not expect the TV to have as many channels available. More than enough to stay entertained while resting up for other outdoor activities. The kitchen sink was deep and dish soap was provided. The closet was large but the bathroom was small. The climate was a perfect 73° so the ceiling fan was enough to stay cool. When they say bears are active in the area they mean it!

Conveniently located in the town of Tahoe, easy parking and close to grocery stalls and food places. Really nice apartment for a short getaway!

Our stay at Tom and Patti’s place was fantastic! They are great communicators and made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. There were even homemade brownies in the kitchen! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Our pups loved playing in the snow in the backyard. After hikes and sledding, it was so nice coming back home to enjoy a cozy dinner while watching the snow fall. We would love to stay again!

Doug rescued us because the room we had paid for was double booked by another condo owner. He quickly found us another unit and fid everything possible to help us out and make our stay enjoyable. He is a first rate unit manager!

I can't say enough good things about my stay here. We had a couple small issues caused by a previous tenant, and Kevin was incredibly quick and responsive to fix them. We had a lovely stay, and the location can't be beat. If I could have one complaint it would be that the heating was a little tough to figure out, but I think that is more on me than anything. By the end of the stay I figured out how to change the settings. But that is the most minor of issues and was not in any way a negative in our stay. Great, great spot and well worth it.

This is our second stay at Greg and Mallory's Kirkwood Condo. We will be planning our third soon. You just can't beat this location. Ski in/Ski out with private parking and amazing views. We especially enjoyed star gazing at night and watching the groomers work the mountain. The condo is well stocked with everything you could need. Can't wait to go again.

Would definitely recommend this condo and stay here again. The location is ideal, right on the mountain for no hassle skiing. The condo was spotless and larger than expected. Doug was extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative.

Susan is an outstanding host, excellent communication, flexible on check in, patient and very helpful with our questions! The condo is adorable, bright corner location, kitchen well apportioned, and excellent location in Kirkwood. More modern/ renovated than some condos we’ve stayed in at the meadows . Probably most comfortable for two (very tight quarters with sofa bed out), but doable for four with focus on skiing! Thank you.

We loved this place! So convenient to the slopes and super comfortable and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Hot tub was really nice too.
