Great location, easy communication with the host, and the apartment had all the kitchen amenities we needed for cooking and preparing our own meals, and had expected. It is quiet, despite being in a busy area. The shower only has a half door, so it is impossible to keep water from getting on the floor while showering, and the shower design is such that the faucet is on the side, near where your legs are so has the potential for an injury. The bed is very comfy, but is only a double which is not big enough for two people in our opinion (you know this in advance) but we chose this place anyway because it had a pull out couch, too. L’appartement est idéalement situé ! Proche de nombreux commerces ( pharmacie, restaurants, boulangerie, commerces de proximité, bar/tabac…) et de lignes de bus, nous avons pu visiter une partie de Nice à pied. Se garer n’est pas aisé mais nous avons systématiquement trouvé une place ( rue Lascaris) et l’on peut régler le stationnement via son mobile. Il est difficile de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes car la rue est très passante mais l’appartement est équipé d’une clim et de ventilateurs. Le petit balcon est appréciable pour les fumeurs et la vue très agréable. La cuisine est bien équipée et le salon spacieux. Nos hôtes sont très réactifs, sympathiques et à l’écoute. Tous les détails sont donnés dans le temps nécessaire et sans surprise. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Nice grâce à cette organisation sans faille.

A very well equipped, clean apartment with essentials for cooking such as salt, pepper, oil and coffee. An apartment well situated close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Also exactly as described.

Vladimir, our concierge met us at the front door of the building, gave us a tour of the apartment and basic information on the amenities which made it very easy. Geneviève’s place was in a cute neighborhood with some great restaurants and a grocery store 10 minutes away. I would stay there again.

Wonderful and very comfortable apartment to explore the great hikes around Zinal. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment had great views. We really liked our stay.

A fantastic mountain retreat. The apartment was perfect for myself and two friends for the week whilst skiing. The host was friendly and the apartment was warm and well equipped. The local town had everything we needed and Mayrhofen was only about 5 mins away. A great mountain location that I would definitely recommend.

Très beau logement, rénové avec beaucoup de gout dans un cadre agréable. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et confortable. L'emplacement est un peu perdu dans la campagne. Cependant, nous voulions visiter à la fois Turin et les Langhes et le logement avait le mérite d'être central. L'accueil était très agréable et flexible.

La casa è bellissima, corrisponde alle foto pubblicate, ma dal vivo e’ ancora più bella. L’abbiamo trovata pulitissima, e davvero super accessoriata, dal robot aspirabriciole a tutti gli utensili possibili per la cucina, tantissimi piatti, tazze, bicchieri, coltelli di ogni tipo, c’è perfino il capouccinatore. L’idromassaggio e’ meraviglioso. La posizione e’ davvero ottima per raggiungere in pochissimo tempo tutte le spiagge dell’isola. A 5’ di auto ci sono tanti supermercati molto forniti. Thomas dell’agenzia immobiliare è gentilissimo e davvero disponibile, e la proprietaria altrettanto. Davvero un soggiorno 5 stelle! Davvero un soggiorno

Mycket mysigt och fint hus. Rent och fräscht och hade allt man kunde önska. Mycket trevligt välkomnande av värden och lätt att kommunicera med värden vb. Ett riktigt bra boende som vi gärna återkommer till.

Wir waren Anfang September hier mit insgesamt 7 Erwachsenen, 4 Kindern zwischen 1,5 und 5 Jahren und einem Baby. Das Haus, der Außenbereich und die komplette Ausstattung sind auf einem sehr hohen Niveau, alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, funktioniert und ist sehr sauber. Internet/Wifi ist mit einer großen Abdeckung auch außen sehr gut. Es ist alles vorhanden, um auch größere Gruppen zu verköstigen. Wir haben fast täglich den Grill und den überdachten Essbereich draußen genutzt. Es ist das ideale Haus, wenn man auch mal den ein oder anderen Tag nicht wegfahren oder nur eine kleinere Wanderung vor der Haustür machen möchte. Die Straße hoch zum Haus ist durchweg geteert und stellt auch mit einem Wohnmobil kein Problem dar. Man hat eine herrliche Aussicht über das Meer und es ist dort oben sehr ruhig. Der Besitzer ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren etwas zu früh da und haben sogar einen Welcomedrink bekommen :-) Wir können das Haus vor allem für große Familien oder für Freundesgruppen sehr empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay and can totally recommend this house for vacation. It was really clean, homey and had everything you need. The view is amazing and the landlords are very friendly. Communication with them was very easy and they did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

We found the property to be well situated and lovely. Sara was a very responsive host and we loved our stay on the lake.

Wir als 4-köpfige Familie mit zwei kleinen Kinder und den Grosseltern waren für eine Woche in der Villa Orizzonte - das Haus war perfekt für uns. Wir hatten genug Platz und Raum. Das Haus war sauber und alles was wir benötigten, war vor Ort vorhanden. Der Ausblick war wunderschön! Die Gastgeberin Alessandra war sehr hilfsbereit und gab uns viele Tipps. Wir hatten einen Notfall mit unserem kleinen Sohn und Sie half uns sehr und begleitete uns sogar ins Spital - liebe Alessandra wir danken dir für deine Hilfe sowie Freundlichkeit!

This is a lovely home just outside of the old city. Very walkable. I would recommend looking for food where most people are speaking Italian, otherwise we loved Verona and had an amazing stay.

Le logement est idéalement situé. la proximité du tramway T2 pour l aéroport. la proximité du marché sont vraiment de grand atout. La résidence est fermée et agréablement vegetalisee. La via Faenza est proche du Duomo. De San Marco et de Santa Maria Novella. Un excellent restaurant pour les sans gluten est à deux pas ciron and sons...un bonheur!

Fabulous location just off the Place Massena in the heart of Nice. An excellent apartment for two people!

Квартира дуже тепла (ми були на початку березня), зручна, красива і стильна. В чудовому доглянутому італійському дворику. Всі кімнати і ванна з кухнею чисто прибрані. На кухні є все, що треба від посуду до олії, солі, цукру і кави. Власник квартири, заслуговує на своє звання Супергосподаря! Ми його не бачили жодного разу, але відчували турботу протягом усього нашого перебування: швидко відповідав, чітко і зрозуміло пояснив як знайти квартиру, де припаркуватися. Особливо приємно, що на кухні я знайшла всі зручності для того, щоб я зробила сніданок своїй сім'ї, включаючи каву для мене і навіть какао для моїх дітей. Такі дрібниці, а вже відчуваєш,що про тебе заздалегідь потурбувалися. ❤️ Дуже зручне ліжко, достатньо рушників. Гарний вид з вікна, зручний доступ до пам'яток і туристичних місць Мілана. Парковка безкоштовна, але пізно ввечері важко знайти місце, але можливо. В нашому турне це була одна з найкращих зупинок. Рекомендую!

We loved this place! Traveling with two kids under 3 - the toy room was amazing, so many cool toys! Play pen and highchair provided along with kids plates/ cups. Plenty of books and movies to choose from. Large and clean apartment. Kitchen very well equipped to cook meals Very close to train station - it was easy for us to walk there. Very easy to get to public transit. Cheap all you can eat sushi right outside bedroom window. Large park right across the street. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend this place!

My parents and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Patrizia's place. We stayed there for a total of 10 days and it was absolutely incredible! When we arrived Patrizia met us at the apartment with champagne and a Christmas cake. She gave us a tour, showed us a map of the city, gave us restaurant recommendations, tourist attractions etc. Her place was decorated for the holiday's and we immediately felt at home upon arrival. Throughout our stay Patrizia would periodically check in to see how we were doing. The place was homey, clean, and better than the photos. The kitchen was perfect, there were two bathrooms and the beds were comfy. We were less than a 15 min walk to the Ponte Vecchio and Duomo. It was central, but also in a less touristy part of the city, which we enjoyed. Every morning we went to a bakery she recommended, Pasticceria Nencioni and had a pastry/coffee. When we would return home at night we would watch Netflix on the couch. Can't recommend it enough! Thanks Patrizia!
