L'appartement est très bien : bien décoré, fonctionnel et identique à la description. Petit bémol, aucune vue, l'appartement est vraiment enterré, mais cela n'est pas dérangeant lorsqu'on y revient que le soir. Merci à Daniel et Victoria pour leur réactivité par message.

The view from the house is just breathtaking! It has both a lovely balcony and a very big and private terrace. We enjoyed relaxing there, reading and eating dinners. Casoli is a charming Tuscan paesino with beautiful springs and waterfalls nearby; there’s a sweet little bar in town with tasty cornetti and coffee served to locals every morning. In half an hour’s drive you’ll be at the beach. It also is a dream for people who want to go hiking. The house was very clean, the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We liked the cosiness of the place a lot. Totally recommending it to everyone who’s looking for a peaceful and quiet stay in an italian village near to the sea.

un piccolo angolo di pace!! ci siamo trovati benissimo ! Casa stupenda, comoda ,dotatat di tutto per una famiglia , Luca e sua mamma disponibilissimi. Davanti una piccola pista per sciare ad 1 minuto a piedi, bar di fianco e anche vari ristoranti e un minimarket. Perfetta per delle giornate in relax !speriamo di riuscire a tornarci per vedere il paesaggio d estate!

Super week-end ! L’appartement est tout mimi et c’est ce qu’il nous fallait ! Une petite bulle ☺️ tout est juste à coté, boulangerie, carrefour, location de ski! Pour aller a la station il faut prendre la voiture mais ce n’est qu’a 10 minutes ☺️

Logement très charmant au pied du Vercors. Idéal comme point de départ pour découvrir la région en journée et se reposer confortablement le soir.

Primeramente felicitar a Damien, como anfitrión, todo lo que pueda decir es poco. La casa es espectacular, cada rincón, te sorprende con los detalles. Está en un sitio privilegiado. Hemos estado una semana mi pareja y yo con nuestra mascota. Cotignac era un lugar desconocido para nosotros, fuimos a ciegas y decir que lo recomiendo al 1000 x 1000, difícil de encontrar un sitio como este, tanto por la casa como el lugar. Está claro que volveremos. un abrazo

Die Unterkunft von Giuseppe ist wirklich sehr schön - 3-4 Aussenbereiche die man nutzen kann - drinnen etwas dunkel, dafür angenehm kühl. Die Betten/Matrazen waren sehr gut und die Ausstattung der Küche sehr funktional und mit allem was benötigt wird. Es fühlt sich sehr privat an und es sind nur wenige Minuten zu einem kleinen sehr gut bestückten Kaufmannsladen und Mittwoch gibt es einen Markt um die Ecke. Der Ort ist einfach wunderschön und andere Orte und auch das Meer sind schnell erreichbar.

très beau gîte dans un environnement calme. Parfait pour les amoureux de la nature. L'intérieur est très confortable, la vue magnifique et l'environnement très riche.

Our stay at Maria's was remarkable. If you want to experience a true country setting in Italy this is one of the best you will find. The apartment was situated into an old building and incorporated into the rock wall that was very unique. Recently remodeled with a beautiful bathroom and living area. Another great benefit was the location in a unique small community easy to walk to various restaurants and shops. The local food was amazing and very welcoming. Maria and her husband we're wonderful to work with and live near the apartment so she was very quick to come see us with any issues.

Alexis is a fantastic host! Met us before check in and guided us to the Cave home. He gave us many excellent suggestions for our travels and was very quick to respond to questions. The cave house is lovely and perfect for a group of adults. We loved our stay and are so grateful for the opportunity to stay in a place with such history.

Apartman sadrzi sve sto je potrebno za odmor, čisto i uredno. Sve preporuke.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und die Aussicht mit Meerblick unschlagbar. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, und trotzdem ist man schnell am Meer oder z.B. in Finalborgo. Für das Klettern ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, vor allem für die Gebiete Lacrema, Bric Reseghe und la fornace, die von der Wohnung aus zu Fuss erreicht werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert. Mit zwei kleinen Kindern haben wir das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Bad gar nicht genutzt. Für die Kinder wurden zwei Hochstühle und Kindergeschirr zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Aurélie, notre hôte, a été très réactive et a su trouver des solutions pour que notre séjour se déroule à la perfection. je recommande les yeux fermés et y retournerai surement ! Petits plus : - Un partenariat avec une cave locale pour une dégustation passionnante. - Le Jacuzzi, moyennant un supplément précisé dans l'annonce, est au top pour se détendre.

We spend very nice holydays into your house! we really liked your very elegant taste, the functional purity of the Swedish soul, mixed with these telluric forces of the south! Logement sympathique, atypique (troglo) et bien situé dans le village. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Fabien mais il était très disponible et répondait rapidement.

The pictures certainly do not do the location the justice it deserves. The home is so cool, and so amazing. The design is great. The huge kitchen and dining room table or used every single day. somehow, even know you are encased in concrete and rock, lol, the home did not feel sterile. It felt lived in and comfortable. The town of Vals is quiet but friendly. The drive up and down the mountain is quite an adventure - fun at times - terrifying at times, as you pass enormous trucks on a blind corner with no railing. But once at the top, the views are stunning. We literally felt like we woke up in a postcard every day. once in a lifetime trip, with a once in a lifetime location. Would come back tomorrow and stay much longer if we could. ♥️💛 TK

Très bien équipé, très joli et bien placé. La vue est superbe et l'appartement convient très bien pour 10 personnes.

A place you would remember. Friendly host, lovely unique home with stunning views. Most people would not have a problem climbing about 3 flights of stairs from the town. Several beautiful villages to explore near Cotignac. We would love to go back sometime in the future.

Un séjour très court pour nous, mais très sympa. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied ! L’emplacement est idéal, le logement vraiment magnifique. Damien nous répond très vite. Et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires.
