This is a lovely and comfortable house. The host is extremely generous. We very much enjoyed are stay and are trying to return as soon as possible.

Linda’s place is the perfect blend of an older Victorian feel and more modern kitchen, floors, A/C if needed. It’s incredibly peaceful with numerous sitting areas to read a book, enjoy a cup of coffee, have a chat about life, or indulge in a glass of wine and appetizers. Always something new on the expansive garden that you didn’t notice before. Just a wonderful little getaway…and friendly neighbors while out walking the neighborhood, which all just adds to a really special place. Thank you Linda and we hope to be back!!!!

this home is truly an escape. the minimalist and modern decor feel soothing and peaceful. we loved waking up with the sunlight filtering through the beautiful trees surrounding the home. we appreciated how clean and welcoming the place felt. we were just traveling through and didn't get to explore the area but just enjoying the restful home makes us want to go back.

Great location for exploring Grass Valley, easy walking distance to restaurants, theaters, and downtown. Very nice inside remodel, great place to relax and enjoy friends.

Corina accommodated not only a one day advance booking, but also an early check-in because one us was not feeling well and needed a place to rest after checking out of our previous lodging.

We had a wonderful stay. Karmin was extremely responsive and the home was set up perfect for traveling with our pooch.

We had the most wonderful time during our stay in Loomis at Wendy’s private retreat. We were in town for a wedding and this house was so spacious. It accommodated my family and children perfectly. Every room was clean, spacious, and well equip with everything you could need. The dining table fit us well and the kitchen had everything too. We especially enjoyed the peaceful and private yard. The children ran off exploring while we sipped on our coffee. Down the street is a lovely cafe too! Thank you Wendy for being the most gracious host when we were searching for a place so last minute. You are awesome!

Loved the house! Wendy provided very thorough instructions and information that made the home easy to locate. We loved the fun decor and the historic aspects of the home. The grounds were very green and pretty. It was a perfect place to stay while attending a wedding across the street at the Foresthill Lodge. I'd definitely recommend this spot.

I love this place so much! This was my second little retreat here this season. Always clean, comfy, and beautiful, and a wonderful place to relax. Asha is a lovely host—very helpful, responsive, and considerate. When there was a minor issue with one of the appliances, she got it fixed right away. I’m sure I’ll be back!

Great stay. Super convenient to my required location and a much better choice than a local hotel. Quiet, day and night. Walkable. Felt very secure due to the established neighborhood. 👌🏼

We didn’t have an AWD vehicle so we couldn’t make it up the hill, so we did park at the bottom- which was a little difficult. Had to make a couple trips and it is a decent walk especially in the rain and mud. Just make sure you are prepared for a walk or bring a vehicle that can handle big ruts and really muddy roads! (Not the hosts fault by any means and they clearly state that you need an AWD car in details!) The outdoor bathtub was frickin amazing! I felt like I was at a spa retreat. We loved this cozy cabin. Bed was comfy, things were clean, and everything was straightforward and easy to use. Kitchen had a rather miscellaneous selection of utensils and such so I’d suggest keeping it simple for meals. We went on a short walk around the property and came back with quite a few ticks. So that was not fun, but also not anyone’s fault. All in all- would absolutely 10/10 recommend staying here! I wish I could live there!

Peaceful Granite Bay Getaway – A Perfect Stay! Staying at Sharalee’s place in Granite Bay was an absolute pleasure. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, making it a perfect spot to relax, yet still close to everything we needed. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed stay in Granite Bay. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

The yard was the real gem for us— hours of outdoor play right outside the door. We arrived to fresh snow and got more! It is as magical as it gets for beauty and fun playing outdoors. Inside the cabin, the kitchen is clean and spacious so’s easy to cook in. The collection of dvds was fun for parents and kids to relax. This is a perfect quiet getaway retreat! We will repeat!

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.

In most things, getting the details right, is difficult. Sarah knocked it out of the park. This place is so thoughtfully put together. From the well appointed kitchen, to the great bedding, and the clear instructions, this place was so welcoming and comfortable. The location is very private and peaceful. We enjoyed using this place as a base to do daily excursions to some great snowy places for snowshoeing. We said, multiple times this weekend to each other, “I love this place and we should come back here soon!”.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was everything described in the listing and even better. The kitchen was very nice, the living room was cozy, and the back patio leading to the backyard was a great space to relax. The grill worked perfectly, which was a great bonus. I also appreciated having access to the garage, and being provided with two garage openers made things super convenient. The house was well taken care of, the neighborhood was peaceful with friendly neighbors, and the host’s communication was excellent. Everything about this stay was perfect, and I would absolutely come back again!

The Hart House was a perfect place to celebrate our two friend's getting married. The house was beautiful, inside and out! The meadow and the pond were such a nice place to unwind and relax from our busy city jobs. We picked some herbs from the garden for our meals and enjoyed the fire pit at night. The beds were cozy and kitchen had everything we needed. Would recommend this amazing stay to anyone looking to house a group of nature lovers!

Sam was very communicative and it was very easy to find with their instructions. Plenty of parking on the street in March. This room was exactly what was advertised - it's a very simple room and we appreciated the way it was priced in order to enjoy Nevada City without breaking the bank. There is a kitchenette that also helped with breakfasts and dinners in the room. Expect the basic amenities to make a meal. It is a fine place to end of the day after adventures. Easy to get to downtown Nevada City and to Grass Valley. My Mom is in her 70's and just know that the stairs and walk are a little steep , just something to note if you have older folks with knee or hip issues in the party. And as noted the ceilings are low. The wall heater keeps everything toasty and Sam gives instructions ahead of time on how to use it. Just keep it started at .5 and then go up to 1, then 2, etc. Overall, we had a great time without breaking the bank and it was easy to stay and to get around town.

this place was definitely agreat stay! The location was awesome, right outside of town lots of trees around. The Airbnb‘s open windows made it feel like I was camping but with all the lovely amenities of electricity and showers. The host was very responsive and friendly when I arrived, even though it was late at night. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!

Phenomenal place if you're looking to get away from everything and enjoy your privacy. We brought or pets and they LOVED it. Super clean. Stocked with more than necessary, thoughtful things: Games, coffee, tea, etc. Highly recommend.
