Used it as a base to make home cooked meals for a family member in a rehab facility near by- it's a cozy place and we loved it. Jessica and Ben were great at communicating!

This tiny house living was perfect for my daughter and I. We were visiting my younger daughter who lives in the area but we wanted a nice view, with some outdoor fun things to do and we definitely got both!! Plus a fully equipped kitchen to able us to prepare an entire Thanksgiving meal, it was perfectly laid out for us to be able to stay out of each other's way when we were not hanging out together. The weather was chilly so it was nice to have door open since patio is screened in. Other visitors were friendly and the bar staff were also, we took out Kayaks one of the days and it was easy to fill out waiver and staff helped get them down and in th water for us. We also brought our dogs who were very happy to walk around and explore. I would definitely recommend this place to others, actually already have. We found our new spot and plan to rent a boat next time. They have a nice marina area that is well kept and have a few options to be able to rent boats. We will be back!!!

Wasn't quite what we were expecting as we were looking to rent a home. The property has 2 duplexes side by side with shared amenities. The unit we rented was very clean and cute. The location on the water was great! It all worked out as the other guests all checked out that following morning. This woukd be a great place to rent especially when traveling with family and friends as you can rent out multiple units and be together yet have your own space. We may look to rent in the future with family. Overall it was a great stay!

James' listing was exactly what my family needed to gather together and celebrate Christmas. We all had our own separate living space and the openness of the kitchen and den area gave us plenty of room to gather together. The pool looked very inviting but the coolness of the season stopped us from plunging in. When we discovered a need for additional towels James was very quick to respond and had towels delivered in short order. Thanks James for a delightful stay.

If I have to be honest with you, this was one of the nicest places i've stayed at and i've been down there six times over the past year.They were super great host who acknows every request I had.I would recommend this rental to anyone who is looking for peace and tranquility.With their state

We enjoyed our stay in Mt Dora. This house is cute. We enjoyed all the little artsy decor. The street is pretty busy so we appreciated the fans in the rooms for a little white noise while sleeping. We loved our mornings in the dining area and the well stocked coffee bar. All the things we needed were provided here. The house is old and quirky and we loved it for that! We also enjoyed hanging out around the gas fire pit for chilly nights. Tara responded quickly with any questions and the house was so easy to check in. There is plenty of places to walk to. My personal favorite was walking to breakfast. I had delicious things from Cody’s on 4th, Allyson A Bakeshop, and Claire’s Creperie. Right down the street we enjoyed the Whiskey Kitchen for dinner.

Cherette’s place checked all the boxes and met all of our expectations. Descriptions were accurate. Great communication and very polite attitude. We well definitely be visiting her space again. Overall, great experience. 5 Stars ⭐️

We came here to celebrate my son's 16th birthday with two of his friends. He was really wanting to swim (in January) so I was on the search for a house with a heated pool that could accommodate all of us. The check in instructions were excellent and we really loved the home. The boys spent alot of time at the pool, hot tub, and in the garage playing pool and other games. I loved the fireplace. It was a beautiful home in a great location close to many restaurants and not far from theme parks and such. The only cons are that there were barely any forks or teaspoons to use, but we really didn't need them since we mostly had fast food. Also, remember to bring your own bars of soap. I guess I'm just used to other places having some for the guests. Not big issues but I figured it was worth mentioning so you can be prepared.

We enjoyed the easy walk to downtown Mt. Dora with all of its restaurants and coffee shops. The lodging was clean and comfortable.

We had an early morning flight the next day and this accommodation was great. Stephanie was a great host. The accommodation was perfect and convenient for what we needed.

Aj was great! he was a good host and very quick to respond. The place was clean, quiet and homey. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful space and perfect location. The apartment is extremely well kept and decorated. The location is perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and watching the seaplanes. Highly recommend if you are visiting the Tavares area.

Kyle's place looked just like the pictures - spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Great location - close to all theme parks and walkable to shops and restaurants. Kyle was a terrific host - responded very quickly and pleasantly to any questions we had. Our family enjoyed our stay.

Chrissy as always responds within minutes of any concern or request. She hurried to clean up the property immediately after the previous guests had left so that we could check in early immediately after arrival in Florida due to our lack of sleep.

To begin, this home is beautiful. The pool area was our favorite part. The home is close to the opening of the community. You do hear some street traffic occasionally but it is not bothersome. There is a beautiful view of the golf course from the pool area. The home was stocked with all the basics needed for cooking and grilling. Publix is a short drive away, as well as other shops and restaurants. Overall, a very accessible area. Communication with the host was excellent. If there was a question or something needed, the host responded in a timely manor and took care of. The host and staff were pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend this listing.

Linda has a great space near tons of local eateries and shopping. Depending on traffic, getting to the local theme parks is an easy 30 minute drive. Two bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms makes it ideal for couples, friends, and families. The full kitchen is also a great benefit.

10/10 would recommend this vacation home! Beautiful, spacious home with an awesome outdoor living area. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the outdoor dining/fire table area that comfortably seated our entire family. The kids really liked the game room. The beds and pillows throughout the home were very comfortable. Dawn was a great host and she has fully stocked the house with all the supplies you could ever need. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen items, etc. She even keeps it stocked with a few convenient snacks as well as essentials like spices, coffee, tea, dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, cleaning supplies, etc. There are even little baskets in the bathrooms filled with things you may have forgotten such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, Q-tips, etc. Since we were there around Christmas time, there was a cute little Christmas tree, stockings and a couple of other decorations around the house. She really has thought of everything!

absolutely loved their home. it had so much room for our family and friends. it is fairly close to the disney parks. hosts were incredible with their responses. they were proactive on their home! you can tell they stay on top of everything. i will definitly keep them in mind for the future.

We had a great stay! Perfect peaceful location with Walmart and other shops in walking distance! We loved the pool and the kitchen was well stocked! The living room furniture was super comfy and spacious for a family movie night! The kids loved the game room but the pool was the biggest hit! The kids loved under water lighting for night time pool fun! Ps. Check the deck box first before you go and buy pool toys! There is some already in there from previous stays. The host was very responsive and pleasant! Our only, very tiny, complaint is the lack of cushions for the outdoor seating around the pool. We would definitely book here again!

My family and I enjoyed this location. It was the perfect size for us and most of all we enjoyed the private pool. The only thing is we paid for the pool to be heated and it really didn’t feel like it was actually heated, so it felt like a waste of money for that added feature. Other than that it was great. Nicola was always available when needed and kind to us. We definitely would stay here again.

My only concern for anyone would be there was no bath soap, shampoo, one toilet paper, no hand towels. We had 3 garbage bags and one roll of paper towel. Only 2 kitchen towels. Zero supplies in kitchen. First one I have stayed in with zero supplies. Lastly, the line is very long to get into the resort depending on the timing since you are in a security setting. That def needs to be addressed within that community. The place is very clean and beautiful. Yes, I would stay there again knowing I would need to go to store and buy supplies. Thank you!

It was a great host. The house was very clean and well stocked. We loved our stay here & would recommend it very highly.
