The area seemed very safe, and Universal was a 10-15 minute drive away. The apartment was very clean and pleasantly decorated. It was very quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. Check out instructions were very reasonable. We would stay here again.

Sherri’s place was just like the photos and was a very comfortable and pleasant accommodation. It was well supplied, including a Keurig, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Location was very convenient to Winter Park and I felt safe in the area. I will definitely stay there again.

Jodi was always very responsive. We ended up having to do a late check in, and Jodi was very responsive. I was grateful that he allowed us to bring our dog to his home. The backyard is simply amazing. If you can, let him know in advanced the time of your check in and tell him about your A/C temperature preference, as the control is in his home. Even when we checked in late, he was attentive and accommodating in regards to this too.

Cute and quiet stay. Perfect place for two people. Very peaceful with a beautiful little lake behind property. About 25 minutes to Universal and to Disney World. We will definitely be booking this place again

I stayed here w 2 teenage girls and my mom,and it was good for the 4 of us. Everyone had their own space and the 2 bathrooms made getting ready easy. The kitchen was clean and we cooked many meals to save $. The pool was usually empty, which made it relaxing. The building felt safe even going to take out trash and laundry was safe and easily accessible. The door lock was a little loose but it still secured. We would rent again if back in Orlando !!

Condo was great! Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for the four of us. Location was about 20 min from Universal and about 10 or so for Disney Springs. Unfortunately we didn’t go to Disney this trip but was also very close.

Can't say enough great things about Jonathan and his place! We loved staying there, felt right at home, we were there with 5 kids and there was always something fun for them to do, swimming in the pool and hot tub, s'mores by the fire, pool, air hockey, pacman was a hit, basketball, and lots of games, books and movies to choose from. There was plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable and Jonathan added so many thoughtful touches to our stay - greeting us with an Apple Pie on the kitchen counter, a bowl of chocolates in the entry way and plenty of coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, there were plenty of towels for showers and swimming, life jackets were supplied. The kids said they wanted to move there : ). Need I say more? haha

We enjoyed our stay! John did a great job of communicating with us. We had plenty of room for 7 adults. Nice outside space and comfortable inside living areas.

Absolutely magical! This was my second stay and it was just as wonderful as the first time. It truly feels like a week at Hogwarts. Alex and Sofi were always responsive and helpful hosts. Would return again in the future.

Lovely stay for our two families and plenty of space to all spread out. Great accommodation and plenty of amenities. Beds very comfy, quiet location, and beautiful views. Great communication with the host and all round would stay again.

This was our second time staying at The Acorn. The house was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed...toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, coffee and tea supplies...so pleased that we didn't need to run to the store to get any of these items! Dan and Michelle are very quick to respond if we ever need anything. Had some issues with the internet and it was taken care of in a very timely manner. We love relaxing in the back yard and enjoying all of the wild life. The alligators won't bother you if you don't bother them! I absolutely recommend Dan and Michelle's beautifully decorated home to anyone who would like a relaxing, clean, and comfortable place to spend their vacation!

Stephen was quick to answer. We walked in and immediately noticed how very clean the place was. It is an older home but very well maintained. Lots of options of tables for dinner. One inside the a/c (which works very well by the way.) One table in the screened porch. And another table outside if you are not a mosquito magnet like me. I did see a Kayak in the back but I didn’t ask if we could take it out. I would absolutely book this place again! Maybe next time I’ll use the kayak instead of renting at a local river launch.

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Roy was very responsive and made check-in super easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Spacious house, just as described. We spent the weekend there while visiting Kelly Park and Kings Landing (about 25/30 minutes driving). Huge backyard, with a fire pit where we could enjoy family moments, chatting and savoring s'mores. We enjoyed the deck at the back of the house that overlooks the river, having an amazing time kayaking. The location was great, a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. At the end of the street, there is a trail to walk along the river, where we saw a wonderful sunset, and were lucky to come across a beautiful falcon. We loved Lauren's place and we strongly recommend it. When we have the opportunity to go to Sorrento again, I will be looking into booking her place. Thanks Lauren!

Our stay was very refreshing and just what we needed to escape the cold weather here in Michigan. Shane made everything very easy with clear instructions and everything that we needed. He made us feel right at home, He was always responsive in a quick manner when we had questions. Will definitely revisit his condo and will share recommendations.

The location is great! Directly across the street from Eola Park. Nice to start and end the day with a walk around the lake. The neighborhood is quiet. I appreciated having designated parking.

The condo was clean and how it was described by all and I will definitely book here again. It is not far at all from a lot of the main attractions, very comfortable and my son loved the bunk beds. Overall great stay!!! Thanks again!!!

EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN! A 10’ de Disney Spring y a 15’ de los parques! El apartamento coincide con las fotos, estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Está decorado con mucho amor, Adir estuvo en todos los detalles para hacernos sentir como en casa. Lo recomiendo!!!!

Our stay here in Davenport was excellent. The resort and condo had everything we wanted and needed. The weather was great. The location was perfect. It took us 50 minutes to get to Universal and a hour and a half to get to Saint Petes Beach. The food and the drinks were excellent as well. We had 2 18-year-old boys with us and they were now bored. Hope to be back again soon.

Impeccable stay! The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Clean, very well located, beautiful view (lake and pool), free package delivery, and good parking (free). There are shops and restaurants within 100 meters. I definitely recommend it. Thanks, Ricardo!

We especially enjoyed the two balconies and the pool. The view of the lake was beautiful. Patrick was very responsive and helpful. We would stay again!

Great for families or people that need more space and beds. Two bathrooms was a plus as well. Anderson is very communicative and makes sure that you are well taken care of.
