The apartment was lovely, exactly as advertised. Sarah was definitely a super host, always ensuring we had everything we needed and recommended places of interest. She is very friendly and genuinely interested in her guests. Albir is a beautiful town with many bars & restaurants. The views of mountains and seaside are spectacular. Plenty to see and explore.

Excellente résidence

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L’hôte est réactive, disponible et très gentille. La taille du logement est adaptée pour un couple. La vue sur la mer est sublime et la piscine de l’immeuble est très agréable. La plage est à 5min à pied, c’était un plaisir de se promener la journée comme le soir. Petit point négatif : le logement mériterait un petit coup de rafraîchissement (la baie vitrée était cassée, la douche bouchée, les meubles très anciens, les lits inconfortables…) Nous garderons un bon souvenir de ces vacances :)

El alojamiento es tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Vicente es muy amable y siempre está atento con el tema de llegada y salida. La playa se encuentra a menos de 5 min andando y el centro del pueblo a unos 7 min. Estaba todo muy limpio y ordenado. La pequeña terraza es un lujo para salir por las noches un rato. Volveríamos a repetir sin duda.

Een zeer ruim en compleet appartement. Mooie uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. De privé parkeerplaats in de garage is heel fijn. Je loopt zo het appartement in. Een mooi complex, vrij nieuw. Je hebt wel een auto nodig maar dan ben je ook zo bij de winkels. Kwartier van het vliegveld, ook fijn. Er us een groot terras . Ook zeer compleet. Je hebt geen zon, wat in de winter wel jammer is. We raden het appartement zeer zeker aan.

Wij hebben gebruikt gemaakt van dit prachtige appartement. Wij waren met 2 dames en 3 jonge kinderen. Alles was aanwezig en we konden eerder in checken zodat het jongste kindje van 1 jaar een middag slaapje kon doen. Alles was aanwezig en we hebben een geweldige 5 dagen gehad. We hadden een auto gehuurd zodat we overal snel heen konden. Alle winkels zijn op zo 5 min rijden afstand. Benidorm en Alicante waren goed aan te rijden. Op het terassen staat een jacuzzi waar we dagelijks heerlijk gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Wij raden dit appartement zeker aan en we komen ook zeker hier naar terug.

Property was as per pictures. Had everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and it was nice eating at the breakfast bar. The air-con worked a treat to heat the property up. The balcony was south facing and so had the sun all day. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot. Karen was very flexible with the check-in time and the communication with her was excellent. She gave us all of the key information way in advance of our arrival date which helped our planning. Moraira was very pretty and Portet even moreso. Lidl and Carrefour were an 8 minute drive away. We’d definitely return.

Ik heb, samen met mijn dochter en kleinzoon, een heerlijke tijd gehad in het appartement van Monika. Alles was in orde, schoon en alles wat nodig is was aanwezig in alle ruimtes. Monika is een perfecte host. Ik had van tevoren de instructies om binnen te komen niet goed gelezen. Monika reageerde heel snel op mijn bericht en was bereid om alsnog de instructies aan mij te sturen. Gedurende mijn verblijf heeft Monika altijd snel gereageerd als ik een vraag had. Ik beveel haar van harte aan.

Alles war wunderbar. Paula war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Lage zu Fuß 1-2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Wohnung wie angegeben, alles Tip Top. Garage mit Tischtennis war eine gute Abwechslung und hat viel Spaß gemacht 👍🏼

La casa está genial. Tiene varias terrazas para poder disfrutar al aire libre. Está equipada con todo lo necesario, además la decoración cuidada con detalles muy bonitos. Estaba todo muy limpio. La ubicación está muy bien ya que está cerca de la playa y en un lugar muy tranquilo. Sin duda, para repetir.

We absolutely loved our two month stay! We had everything we needed. Our dog was welcome as well. It's only a one minute walk to the beach and there were some restaurants in walking distance. I would suggest renting a car for the time there. Or you can always take a taxi as well. We already recommended the place to our friends and families. Thank you for everything!

The condo was so cute and well kept. Before we got there, Eva had sent a ton of information on local places to visit, restaurants, and what animals we might see in the surrounding coves. When we had questions, she was quick to answer and always very helpful. There were some basics in the kitchen for us to use. Only one issue—the shower has no lip along the edge so water leaks at the end and along the side. We had to keep a towel there to prevent water soaking the bathroom. Aside from that, we would stay again.

Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach. Nice and functional yard and pool area. We were three couples and three kids, the house worked well for our needs. Communication was responsive.

Wir hatten einen schönen und langen Aufenthalt hier. Wir fanden die Lage super. Mit dem Fahrrad waren wir innerhalb von fünf Minuten am Strand. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Seit Anfang Dezember gibt es sogar einen Aldi (zwei Minuten zu Fuß). Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Gastgeber und sein Team sind schnell erreichbar und freundlich. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum, der Pool war uns aber für die Jahreszeit zu kalt; er ist aber sauber und wird regelmäßig gereinigt.( gegen Aufpreis hätten wir ihn aber beheizen können) Das Einzige, was uns etwas störte, war der Geruch im Bad (der Abfluss riecht manchmal streng). Die Duschen sollten mehr gepflegt werden. Wir würden es weiterempfehlen und wiederkommen.

House has everything you need for your stay including dishwasher and washing machine. Nice to have a coffee machine and pods. Great kitchen. Nearest shop a 5 to 10 mins walk, so would be nice for a bottle of water to be provided for arrival in the fridge after travel, as there is not a shop at the urbanisation. House nice and close to the lovely beach and the bus stops. 5 to 10 mins walk to restaurants. Favourite things were the lovely beach close by ans a trip to Alicante City on the bus which is a lovely City.

wij hebben weer 4 weken geboekt voor volgende jaar( voor de derde keer!!) en dat zegt alles.

El apartamento tal cual se ve en las fotos, todo limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables. Susana siempre atenta, comunicación rápida y muy flexible con los horarios de entrada y salida, lugar totalmente recomendable.

No tengo palabras para definir la experiencia, ha sido increíble. Iris es una anfitriona de 10, la amamos!. La urbanización y la casa es de ensueño, tiene una energía especial. En cuanto a la equipación es una pasada, no le falta detalle... no sé, desde secador para pelo rizado hasta sombrilla para la playa!. La urbanización impoluta, los residentes tranquilos, los supermercados a un paso lo cual es súper cómodo (íbamos a pie, 6 minutos) y la calle Diana a 10 minutos andando, en 15-20 minutos estás en Marqués de Campo y el Puerto. La piscina una locura, atardeceres y amaneceres increíbles porque está a los pies del Montgó así que es muy bonito y siempre hay una brisa súper agradable, igual que la temperatura. Estamos ya deseando volver, se queda como nuestro lugar favorito para escapadas. Es un sitio mágico ✨

The apartment is wonderful. The terrace, pool, bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms are just as described. It is a 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest (great) beach. A big shop right next to the building and some nice restaurants in the market across the street, in case you don’t want to go in the old town. Bus stops right next to the building. There were small issues, but really unimportant: -central air conditioning not working in one of the bedrooms but we just let the door open, -no coffee machine, just an electric kettle, but we boiled the water and made coffee the old fashion way, -the towels could have been newer, -we only had 1 key and had to organize really good for doing things separately from the other couple, -parking spot a little difficult to find. Like I said, minor issues easily solved or ignored. We had a great time, we would definitely stay in the same apartment should we come to Benidorm again. It is perfect for two couples or a family of four-five persons.

Another fabulous stay. 3rd time staying there and as usual it was perfect. One negative, which was out of the owners hands, there was works gong in the apartment above and we were woken up early each morning with either hammering or drilling. Anyway thank you for letting us use your apartment.

Un apartamento limpio y tranquilo. Plaza de garage comoda para un coche grande. El trato de Beatriz es muy amable y amistoso. Mi estancia fue agradable. Sin dudas recomendable.
