Consiglio a chiunque l'alloggio di Martin! E' ottimo, pulito, spazioso e ubicato in un'ottima posizione, con la metro U8 a soli 2 minuti di camminata. Noi eravamo in 4 (2 coppie) e l'appartamento corrispondeva esattamente alla descrizione di Martin e inoltre l'abbiamo trovato davvero ottimo, ben fornito e con tutto il necessario, anche in cucina! Se ritorneremo a Berlino sicuramente prenoteremo nuovamente da Martin. Grazie davvero, ottimo appartamento e rapporto qualità/prezzo buonissimo!

Diese Unterkunft würden wir sofort wieder buchen, alles da, was man braucht. Sehr gute Öffi-Anbindung, ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß, Geschäfte u Restaurants in der Nähe, was sehr angenehm war. Die Wohnung war fein warm, wir konnten die Heizkörper selbst regulieren und gingen auch sparsam damit um. Nett eingerichtet.

Het appartement is eenvoudig, maar alles is aanwezig. Belangrijk is dat het zeer rustig is en er is een prima bed. De ligging is uitstekend: dichtbij Bahnhof Sudkreuz en S-Bahn station Julius Leber Brucke (S1). Er zijn meerdere restaurants en bars in de buurt, met name even voorbij de Julius Leber Brucke: de Akazienstrasse en de Crellestrasse zijn uitstekend om 's avonds een drankje te doen en een hapje te eten (maar we kunnen ook Saigon Valley op een paar minuten van het appartement aanbevelen). Maar Gerhard heeft een reeks aan suggesties, dus keuze genoeg. Een punt van kritiek: de tv heeft alleen Duitse zenders. Uit ervaring wijs geworden nemen wij altijd een eigen chromecast mee. Aan te bevelen! Nog 1 tip: download de Bvg app: kaartjes voor het openbaar vervoer zijn zo eenvoudig te kopen met apple pay. We hebben kortom een paar prachtige dagen gehad in Berlijn. En wanneer we weer gaan gaan we zeker terug naar dit appartement

Superbe séjour ! Le logement était impeccable, confortable et conforme à la description. Très bien situé, il nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre voyage. L’hôte a été très réactif et accueillant, rendant notre expérience encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons sans hésitation et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Tamara, qui a toujours été très réactive et agréable par messages. Le logement est propre, confortable, bien équipé et pratique en termes de localisation.

Martin was responsive, friendly, and went out of his way to ensure my stay was seamless. This was a great place to stay in Prenzlauer Berg. It was situated conveniently next to a tram line, a coffee shop, and stores, and was very clean and comfortable. The host Claudia was very helpful and responsive, providing clear instructions on how to enter the place, and also lots of local recommendations. I enjoyed my stay!

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Ich habe mich dort gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt und werde nach einem Monat Aufenthalt die Wohnung wohl auch ein wenig vermissen.

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Vermieter sind nett und immer erreichbar. Ruhige Lage. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Vanni è stato un host molto cortese. Ho avuto un problema e ho dovuto annullare la partecipazione di mia mamma per ragioni di salute, Vanni si è dimostrato comprensivo, offrendomi delle alternative nel caso avessi dovuto annullare. La casa è arredata in modo molto originale, è molto graziosa ma soprattutto era pulita ovunque. Ci ha accolti Lennart, gentile, preciso, disponibile. Durante il soggiorno, anche se breve si informava se tutto stesse andando bene. La zona dove si trova la casa e a 4 fermate di tram da Alexander Platz e a poche fermate da tutto. E' una zona tranquilla, sono stata li con due figli di 12 e 13 anni e non ho mai avuto la sensazione che ci fosse qualche pericolo. Ringrazio Venni e Lennart per essere stati degli ottimi host.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende, alles war wie beschrieben und der Kontakt sehr angenehm!

Anreise vom Hauptbahnhof ist sehr einfach. Die Unterkunft ist 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Alexanderplatz weg! Es gibt direkt um die Ecke einen großen Supermarkt (Kaufland). Aus dem Bett den Fernsehturm zu sehen, ist ein richtiges Highlight! Die Wohnung war sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und schnell. Der Vermieter war zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Gerne wieder (:

Alice's home was exactly as described. It was comfortable, clean, and nice. Very close to the train and right near a grocery store. The residential area was quiet. There were some nice restaurants in the area that Alice recommended. She was very responsive. Overall a great experience!

A great and beautiful flat, exactly as the description and the photos. Very confortable beds with lots of fluffy towels for the bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of essentials in the cupboards. The only slight thing is 2 bedrooms are on a busy road, it has triple glazed windows but if you are not used to a busy city, you might hear it in the background. It is not a real issue, it depends with what you are used too. Overall a great stay.

Unfassbare tolle Unterkunft in super zentraler Lage!!

Wir hatten eine supertolle Zeit in der tollen Unterkunft von Simone. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und konnten super abschalten. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und wenn man nicht vom Pool tagsüber genug hat, kann man nachts vom whirlpool aus den Sternenhimmel bewundern. Das einzige was zu beachten ist. Wir sind mit den Öffies gekommen und mussten am Abreisetag zum Bahnhof laufen (50min), da sonntags weder Bus noch Taxi/Bolt oder Uber verfügbar sind. Das vielleicht als kleine Info...hat aber natürlich nichts mit der wunderbaren Unterkunft an sich zu tun! Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder!

Alexander was a terrific host! He had plenty of great recommendations, was always available to answer questions and gave a thorough walk through of the apartment upon arrival. The location is walkable to the train and many good restaurants/clubs/etc. The apartment itself is spacious, well designed and comfortable for three people. Highly recommend for a trip to Berlin!

Lovely apartment! And Teltow is a beautiful town. The apartment is very close to a bus stop and the S Bahn so you can go easy to Berlin. The place is very quiet and chill it helped us since we were working there. Also our host was very friendly and helpful all the time! Definitely 10/10

Logement bien situé, cosy, joliment décoré et bien équipé.

Die Wohnung von Anne-Kathrin liegt zentral in der Nähe vom Marktplatz in Templin. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und ohne viel Schnick-Schnack. Check-in war über eine Schlüsselbox.

Sowohl die Kommunikation bei der Buchung als auch die Begrüßung waren sehr freundlich und wir haben alle wichtigen Informationen sofort bekommen. Der Empfang war super, persönliche Einführung in die Wohnung und Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut (wir sind mit den Öffentlichen angekommen), man wohnt direkt gegenüber von den Saarow Thermen, man ist sehr nahe am Scharmützelsee und dem Spazierweg um das nördliche Ende des Scharmützelsees. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, wir haben in der Wohnung gefrühstückt und haben auch mal schnell ein Abendessen gekocht. Und abends kann man auch mal gemütlich auf dem Sofa sitzen und fernsehen. Insgesamt für uns ein schönes verlängertes Wochenende mit einem Tag in der Saarow Therme und Spaziergängen am See. Vielen Dank Denise und René

Zeer aardig en behulpzame eigenaren. Een warm welkom, ondanks onze last minute aankomst. Prachtige en gezellige accommodatie waar werkelijk niks ontbreekt en slimme oplossingen zijn bedacht voor de dagdagelijkse zaken. Centrum van Berlijn is makkelijk te bereiken met openbaar vervoer. De mooie omgeving leent zich uitstekend om te wandelen en te fiets langs het meer. Heerlijke restaurants in de buurt! We komen zeker graag eens terug. Dankjewel Jörg en Nicole!

We really enjoyed our stay in Berlin. The flat was huge, lots of light, and close to everything we wanted to do in the neighborhood. Near the canal and all the great cafes and bars. Would definitely stay here again.
