Luis mostró amabilidad y excelente comunicación desde la primera interacción . El depa consta de todo lo que puedes necesitar para una estadía cómoda, todo estaba limpio y organizado con atención a detalles. El área es súper segura y céntrica, puedes caminar con tranquilidad a excelentes restaurantes y shopping malls. Las áreas comunes del edificio están en excelentes condiciones y el equipo del edificio son súper agradables y profesionales. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme con ellos.

Excelente lugar, seguro y muy bien ubicado

El alojamiento está muy bien equipado, su ubicación es buena, tiene cerca supermercado, farmacia restaurantes etc, es amplio Lo único que no nos gustó fue el personal del edificio, no soy amables, es todo un rollo hacer check in o hacer uso de las ameninades. De resto lo recomiendo

Un lugar agradable, con fácil acceso a la zona de la marquesa (que era el lugar a donde iba todos los días). La cama es muy cómoda y el lugar está muy limpio. La anfitriona muy amable y siempre al pendiente.

The place is located in a great spot. We were communicated about some leaking from the upstairs unit on the day of the arrival. It didn’t interfere with anything. Aesthetically didn’t look as good as the pictures, plus there were fewer cabinets and I am assuming less kitchen paraphernalia. There were the basics available and we enjoyed staying there overall.

Nuestra estancia fue increíble todo está cómo aparece en las fotos. La casa está increíble y demasiado limpia cuenta con todas las amenidades para una excelente estancia. El lugar es súper pacífico, a pesar de que los anfitriones viven ahí donde ellos están no conecta para nada con tu estancia y tienes total privacidad. Fuimos un grupo de 12 personas y todos estuvimos totalmente cómodos sin duda volveríamos. 100% RECOMENDADO ¡Gracias Helena y Norms!

Muy espacioso y excelente localización. Excelente atención, había refrigerador y hielera, todo para pasar un rato ameno. Las recámaras cuentan con baño propio y todo bastante cómodo, sin duda volvería a hospedarme.

La casa hermosa, la limpieza muy bien las fotos están tan cuál el alojamiento, el fraccionamiento es seguro todo muy bien dentro de la casa, lo único es que la zona a pesar de ser céntrica y estar en cuerna (que fue por eso que la elegimos debido a la inseguridad que se vive en estos días en el estado), la zona en la que está no es igual de bonita que la casa y el fraccionamiento, pero todo dentro del fraccionamiento y la casa súper bien, la alberca y Jacuzzi con energía solar estuvo perfecto, el no tener que pagar extra para tener el agua templada ya que fuimos en enero y estaba nublado los niños se pudieron meter a nadar.

Excelente anfitrión,muy pendiente de nosotros. mis hijas estuvieron muy contentas. fuimos a un evento y todo dolió super bien con los tiempos y distancias. Recomendable 100%

This place exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The whole house was extremely cleaned. The space itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. Every detail, from the comfortable bed to the well-appointed amenities, was thoughtfully considered. I particularly appreciated the views, big kitchen, closed car garage and calmness of the neighborhood. The location is perfect and quiet and very close to the pyramids of Teotihuacan, Mexico City and surrounding little cute towns to explore. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay and wanting to explore all Mexico City has to offer.

Nos quedamos un fin de semana en la casa. Fue muy agradable nuestra estadía. La casa esta muy grande, en una zona muy tranquila. El jardín es una gran ventaja de la casa! Pudimos disfrutar de la alberca. Esta cerca del centro de la ciudad, a unos 10 minutos máximo en coche. Se recomienda este hogar si desean visitar Malinalco.

This Air Bnb was amazing and the hosts were responsive at all times. They were amazing! The apartment is in a private complex. There are several towers within the complex and there is 24 hr security at the main gate. Once you arrive you will let them know which apartment and tower you are staying in and they let you in. Once in the actual tower the administrator will take your biometrics and a picture of your face so you are able to come and go with either your face or your fingerprint. Your face gets you in the main gate and your fingerprint gets you into the tower. We also found that if you don’t want to climb all the stairs into the complex you can come in through the underground parking with the Face ID and then head to the tower and use your fingerprint to get in. That ended up being a lot easier. The apartment was spacious and we all slept so well. My nephew worked out in the gym several times he loved it! There is a Walmart a block away as well if you forget anything.

My family enjoyed staying at Elizabeth’s place. My daughter loved having access to the pools on the first floor; the first floor lap pool was not as warm as the children’s pools but the temperature difference was not too much in my opinion. On Sundays, children can access the warmer infinity pool on the 16th floor—which we definitely enjoyed. The rooftop views were amazing. The apartment itself was big for four of us. The stay was mostly quiet; the exception being Saturday night but that came from a party in the neighborhood; the unexpected city buzz did not disrupt our sleep. The neighborhood is safe, a grocery store, coffee shop and several shopping centers are nearby. My favorite was walking the neighborhood to the food stands for breakfast. My husband enjoyed the $20 peso gorditas I purchased just as much as any other food we had. Elizabeth checked in on us several times and was accommodating to our needs.

Alan’s place was fantastic, the view especially. Lots of amenities and friendly building staff. We had to wait a bit for the correct code to open the apartment door, but otherwise everything was spot on.

I really enjoyed my stay at Roberto's apartment. The apartment is cozy but large enough for a couple or small family. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, and the electric fireplace is a nice touch in the small living room. The bed was very comfortable, and stocked with extra pillows and blankets if needed. The bathroom is spacious enough, and there are a ton of shelves to place your belongings. The balcony is great to enjoy in the morning or at night. The listed amenities really take this apartment over the top (for reference, you must go to the bowling center to make a reservation for bowling or the jacuzzi). I love the proximity to the metro station (Division Del Norte), and it's surrounded by restaurants/shops to make your vacation a great one. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. Roberto is an awesome host on top of it.

Simplemente el mejor airbnb en el que me he quedado. Impecable el departamento y Central Park está muy bonito. Un placer quedarme aquí. Un especial agradecimiento a Hilda y Roberto por sus atenciones!

Apartamento muy acogedor, luminoso, en el interior hay todo lo que necesita, una cama muy cómoda, una manta excelente, todo limpio, las instrucciones son claras, cerca de grandes supermercados y un centro comercial

Our host Diego, was excellent! He was both proactive with providing important information and responsive to questions and requests. The unit is a studio style, so just big enough for 1 or 2 people. The kitchen had all of the basics that you need to prepare meals and overall the unit was very clean. If you're looking for a safe and secure building, this one is. Security is excellent here. t There's also 2 well-appointed gyms available. The only downside is the neighborhood. It's not a great walking area for restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. You are a 10 minute Uber ride from Polanco and true to the building name, the views of el bosque are beautiful both day and night. Especially from this apartment! A very good stay for us!

Un lugar muy bonito. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Nos hospedamos con un bebé de 11 meses y el apartamento estuvo perfecto, en espacio, limpieza y en el edificio hay muchos ambientes para estar con bebés. Súper recomendado
