Renta de villas vacacionales en Amarante

I can't say enough good things about our stay at the Honey House. Put a fado record on the turntable & drink your coffee or wine on the back patio while taking in the gorgeous views of the Douro Valley... bliss. The house is perfect combination of modern amenities & vintage touches. Buy homemade bread & pastries from the man that sells them from his van right outside your door most mornings. Spread some of the honey or jam Eduarda left for you on the fresh bread from the bread man. Enjoy some time down at the natural pool a short walk away. The little village is adorable. You really don't have to leave, but Amarante is only 20 minutes away & of course, plenty of wineries in the region. Eduarda is also great with communication. Friendly, helpful & quick to respond. One of my favorite Airbnb experiences, it was hard to leave.

Super accueil chaleureux avec hôte accessible au besoin. L'emplacement peut être un peu dur à trouver la première fois mais l'hôte s'est proposé de nous guider pour s'y rendre. Propreté impeccable. Très confortable et paraît encore plus grand que sur les photos. Nous recommandons.

Um espaço acolhedor, muito confortável. O ideal para uma família grande ou para casais como foi o nosso caso, para aproveitarmos a natureza de Amarante.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf in een prachtige omgeving. Wij hadden helaas heel slecht weer waardoor we niet hebben kunnen genieten van de fantastische faciliteiten buiten (zwembad, vuurschaal, bbq, buitenkeuken...). In de comments lazen we dat de keuken eerder een basis uitrusting heeft. Het nodige is aanwezig maar extra's (vershoudsfolie, handdoeken, keukenrol...) moeten aangekocht worden. In andere huisjes die we al geboekt hebben was er vaak nog een restje van vorige huurders wat hier niet van toepassing was. Maar dat is geen reden om het huisje niet te boeken. Communicatie met de verhuurder verliep heel vlot en snel. Goede ligging om naar verschillende steden uitstappen te doen.

La casa es exactamente lo que necesitábamos. Fuimos 2 familias con niños y hemos estado muy cómodos. La casa es muy nueva y cuenta con todos todos los servicios que puedas necesitar. La chimenea le da un toque muy acogedor, y aunque no lo utilizamos, la zona de sauna y piscina para el verano parece una auténtica maravilla. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la calefacción y enseguida vieneron los dueños y lo solucionaron. Si volvemos por la zona sin duda repetiremos.

Alojamiento para disfrutarlo a tope, cada rincón muy cuidado y con muchos detalles agradables. Situado a las afueras de Amarante, en una zona muy tranquila. Zona de barbacoa y piscina inmejorables, ideal para pasar unos días en familia. La casa no es muy grande, pero está bien aprovechada y no le falta de nada. Por otro lado, la atención de Paulo es digna de elogio, preocupándose en cada momento de nuestro bienestar, y contando con la ayuda de unos maravillosos vecinos que nos hicieron la estancia muy amena y agradable. Sin duda la calidad/precio es más que recomendable, repetiriamos con los ojos cerrados ahora que conocemos a Paulo y su entorno. Y otra cosa, vaya descubrimiento el Vino Verde de la zona, ¡qué rico! 🤤😃 Muchas gracias por todo, volveremos.

Super séjour chez Paulo. Sa maison est très agréable et Paulo est un hôte très accueillant, sympathique et discret. Tout était parfait pour notre séjour en famille dans un cadre calme du nord du Portugal. Merci beaucoup Paulo. Marie

Lovely property which was quiet and secluded. Facilities and aircon excellent also. If I have any criticism there could have been better communication re fixtures and appliances, bins, recycling, etc. The instruction to access the keys was excellent though not all of us are familiar with electronic gates! The water pressure is not great for showering despite taking it in turns and the toaster tripped the fuse to the whole kitchen on arrival which was interesting trying to find the fuse board to put it right though Rodrigo did respond to our call quickly. On balance a lovely place and would consider visiting again.

To everyone who’s thinking of renting this house; if you’re having doubts, this is the sign to go for it. I’m speaking on behalf of my family and myself. We were a group of 8 who had the lovely opportunity to spend New Year’s Eve in this beautiful space. To start with, pictures don’t do justice to the gem you find when you pass through the entrance door. The house seems like it blends or comes out of the mountain itself. Maintaining original external features of what it seemed an old house that was carefully blended into the newer structure of the main house. When you enter you have the feeling of being at home and from any of the panoramic windows to the west side of the house you get the breathtaking views of the Douro river They’ve thought of all details and making it a perfectly functional house to not have to leave for as long as you plan to stay there. Having the breakfast service is also another extra service we were really happy to have thank you for the lovely experience.

We had an amazing stay at Diogo’s beautiful place. It is even better in real life than it looks on the photos, with great views and supermarkets / restaurants close by. The house is open and bright and perfect for a group of 10-15. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning

What an EXTRAORDINARY accommodation Casa Marmelo was for our group of 8 adults when visiting the Douro valley !!! Host Kate was super to work -- right from our initial contact for information through our date of departure. What an excellent WELCOME GUIDE she provided before our arrival - with valuable tips and suggestions for activities and dining throughout the area. Housekeeper Helene too could not have been more kind, charming, and helpful. What delicious breakfasts she made for us each morning. The entire property was kept so clean and tidy. What a memorable time we all had -- we all hope to be back!

We stayed for four days at the residence of fransisco with a group of five young males. In advance of our arrival the contact with both fransisco and his wife went so smooth, they almost responded immediately. When we arrived at the residence we got an more than warm welcome, we were greeted by fransisco and his wife who gave us a tour and told us everything we wanted to know about the house and garden. Our stay was perfect, the pool was amazing and the temperature of the water was good, we played a lot of soccer in the garden or on the football pitch which could get a little warm when barefoot. Had a small inconvenience but we could solve this with the host almost immediately. In conclusion we had an excellent stay and loved the residence and would definitely recommend fransisco as a host and the residence as well!

Beautiful location stunning house. Great host. Do the vineyard tour it is great lots of information and gorgeous wine! Hard to leave the house for day trips as it is so tempting to stay in! Local people are friendly and helpful. Thank you for an amazing week we will be back for sure!!!!

We loved the space, very peaceful and well fitted out, though you do need a car to get anywhere. It wasn't clear in the information and photos that the ensuite bedroom is outside and up a flight of stairs. This wasn't a problem for us, but would be helpful to know in advance. Beautiful views and surroundings. Host very helpful and responsive when we needed information and assistance.

Local aprazível, ótimo para descansar. Piscina impecável com bom espaço para família, rodeada pela natureza e os gatinhos eram dóceis e fáceis de gostar e tratar. Excelente casa para passar férias, gostamos imenso 😊

Magnifique propriété fidèle à l' annonce, aucun soucis importants. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille nous étions dix et chacun avait son espace. La vue de la terrasse est superbe pour prendre son petit déjeuner et ses repas quoi de plus reposant!!. Une maison parfaite ( manque juste la climatisation la journée). Antonio parle très bien le français 😉, trés bon accueil . Nous sommes resté une semaine du 12 au 19 août juste le moment où les citadins font leurs fêtes religieuses avec des pétards le matin et le soir des feux d' artifices dans les villes avoisinantes. On ne peut reprocher aux portugais de fêter la vie...😉.
