My family and I enjoyed our stay. Steph has a beautiful home with large backyard. Our dogs were very happy. Far enough away from town to enjoy the country peace.

This was an awesome property. We felt secure in our place. The home was spotless clean and everything was explained clearly. The beds were comfy and extra blankets easy to find. The decor from the garage to the patio was exceptional. Charming! The hosts were quick to respond and very friendly and helpful! I will book again!

Texas panhandle hospitality at its best! You immediately feel right at home. The home is clean, nicely decorated, and there are so many thoughtful touches, like plush towels, comfortable bedding, savory treats, and more. You enjoy quiet and privacy inside and out, but the hosts are always quick to respond and available for assistance. There is a very cute and super clean patio inside a fenced-in backyard, perfect for sitting outside. The single-car garage adds an element of safety. This is one of my all-time favorite places to stay in Amarillo and a bonus that it is dog friendly. Coco is an amazing host and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home in both The Cozy Cowboy and in Amarillo. She provides excellent recommendations for locally owned restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, and things to do. You get to enjoy your time as a guest and don’t have a list of chores at check out. You simply pack up and leave. Coco and her husband, truly make you feel like valued guests.

The house was clean and loved the ability to use the garage. It wasn’t cluttered and it was clean. It needs hair dryer, toaster, more hangers and pots and pans as it only had 1 of each. Having extra TP and paper towel a plus since we traveled via plane and had to hit the store. We didn’t use the 3rd bedroom and bathtub. The jacuzzi tub was used by our grand daughter who loved how big it was. Good hot water and size of master was great. Thank you for allowing us in a few hours early since we had a nightmare with another house and needed a quick replacement. Hope to stay again when we are there

Lily was super responsive and very accommodating! The home was so beautiful and had a quiet/peaceful neighborhood. Would highly recommend and definitely will be staying here again!

Keith was a great host! The house was clean and we all felt right at home. My only wish was that the backyard was mowed before arrival or a walkable path was available to the backyard amenities as the weeds we’re quite tall.

Our stay was very comfortable felt just like it was my own home my kids loved everything about my dog loved that he had a play area outside and overall it was a wonderful stay. Matthew is a very exceptional host.

We had a great stay at Penny’s! Worth every Penny :) Great spot to stay as a jumping off point to explore Amarillo and Palo Duro Canyon State Park. We didn’t need to contact Penny for anything because we had everything we needed during our stay. Clean & cozy. Would definitely stay again!
