The condo was as advertised. Very comfortable. Plenty of dishes. Glasses and cooking pots. Perfect location. There is a hose to rinse off beach sand, making it easier to keep the condo clean. We loved being able to bring our dog. We had a wonderful time and hope to book again for next year! Thank you.

Me and my friends had a great time staying at Christopher’s listing in Neptune Beach. It was the shortest walk to the beach and central to a lot of restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic host. Everything you could possibly need or want for a beach vacation was available, from beach chairs to a cooler. The place was perfect and spotless. There is construction on the street in front of the house but since we were there for a weekend it wasn’t a big deal. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

This is a beautiful property with wonderful views of the ocean and of a great lawn. perfect for dogs to run. This property is a perfect example of how dogs and humans can coexist and enjoy time together on the beach and throughout the resort. Throughout the resort, the dogs were well behaved and people cleaned up after their dogs, which was wonderful to see it really is a dog and human paradise! The condo itself was well maintained and has all of the amenities that you need for a stress free vacation.

this place is better than advertised. excellent location, footsteps to the beach and pool. lots of great restaurants around. very convenient unit! the hosts were very responsive and were extremely flexible on check in/out times. i highly recommend this location

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

Amazing condo. Right next to the Ritz, perfect for walking over for drinks. Spacious, great configuration and Fully stocked with appliances, games and extras. Plus super clean. Definitely makes you feel right at home. We will definitely be back. Patricia was very responsive and accommodating. Great host !

Beautiful townhome on Amelia Island. Host was responsive, friendly and helpful with recommendations. Plenty of room for our family of four. Easy, 2-minute boardwalk walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much. The sunrise each morning was the best part. Great restaurants and shops in the little Fernandina Beach downtown which is a nice, mostly scenic 15 min drive. We visited Fort Clinch State Park and toured the historic Fort. Very cool experience. Would highly recommend this fantastic beach townhouse to families of four or less.

Great unit, very spacious, looks just like the pictures. Loved the easy access to the beach and quiet location. Hosts were super responsive and easy to work with ( including last minute rebooking because of the Oct hurricane). Would definitely recommend.

We would highly recommend this condo for anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation right on the beach. William is a great host and was very proactive in answering all of our questions. We love the views and hearing the ocean while we slept. We will definitely book this property again.

We had a family vacation with our 4 month old and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for an at-home stay. There was easy access to the beach and pool, and great restaurants and shopping nearby. The Stay Better team was incredibly responsive any time we had questions or needed anything. We will definitely rent through them again!

We are often in Jacksonville and stay at a local hotel but decided to treat ourselves to this beautiful rental, and it did not disappoint! The condo was beautiful! The descriptions did not do it. Justice. In communication with the host was fantastic. He was quick to respond and even gave us advance notice that the washer dryer was not working while we'd be there. Fortunately we did not need it. I highly recommend this Airbnb and we will definitely be back!

An absolutely perfect stay in a perfect house in a perfect location…so - pretty much perfect! We had a great stay for the week. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of four. The back patio with a shaded overhang and firepit were the perfect extension for a bit more living space when we all needed it.

Beautiful house across from Jax Beach. Super clean, host was super easy to get ahold of and replied immediately. So hard to find homes that allow dogs and this house was great with a fenced in yard. Will rent again for sure.

Perfect stay! Very dog friendly! Great location!!! Would definitely stay here again! Chris thought of everything- even baby gate for front porch so pup could relax on the porch with us out front and back is fenced in. Beach is so close and not over populated! Lots to do within walking distance!

We were locked out of the home during the morning hours, I felt bad I called Ms Abby around 1/2 AM thinking she would be grouchy but she answered and was very helpful in helping us unlock the door!!! I have already recommended this home to several of our friends! Thanks again!
