This was my first time in Jacksonville Florida. I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. It wasn’t that far from the beach also most of the night clubs were only like 8 minutes away for those who love to go out at night like me. My kids absolutely loved the pool that’s where they spent majority of their time. They were also able to swim at night as well while I was in the jacuzzi because of the lights in the pool. All of the main essentials were provided that were needed for my stay. This was my first Airbnb stay and it was a really smooth process. The property owners were very responsive and polite. I’ll definitely be back when I visit Jacksonville again..

This house was exceptionally clean & we had everything we needed. Really nice backyard area where we enjoyed meals because the weather was nice.

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

Lovely home, comfortable beds, beautiful pool (it rained so we didn't enjoy it as much as we could have). Really nice neighborhood (with a resident police officer) very clean. neat and safe environment.

We loved our stay at Robin's place! Even if the weather was cool the pool temperature was perfect, we swam every day and everything was organized and clean! The kitchen had some coffee pods and snacks waiting for us as well as enough kitchen staples (oil, salt, sugar, foil, part towels, etc) to cook and dinnerware to serve! We only had one little issue the last night with a noise that didn't let us sleep well but we loved the property, the details and how friendly the hosts are. We are grateful for a great place to stay and recharge in the Ponte Vedra area. I personally recommend this home away from home and we hope to visit again!

Rachel’s beach house was everything we were looking for and more! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the amazing ocean views that you could see from just about everywhere in the house. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Rachel was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. The location was perfect, right on the beach, making it very convenient. The pool was also a very nice addition. If you’re looking for the perfect beach escape, this is it!

We really enjoyed this location and plan to return. Lots of space for our family. Nice backyard with great lighting for evenings - the hot tub worked perfectly, which was fun. They really have set up the house well - nice towels, well-equipped kitchen, even a Christmas tree for the holidays!

The place was beautiful and peaceful. Great view of the pond as well. Vera was very responsive, and it was refreshing to stay somewhere that truly matched the advertised photos. The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and felt like home. The washer and dryer were also very spacious, which was a nice bonus. My only suggestion would be to add curtains in the living room. While there’s no neighbor directly behind the house…just the pond—in today’s world with drones and other tech, it felt a bit exposed. Because of that, we avoided using the living room at night. Maybe it was just an “us thing”…Otherwise, everything was great! The big ole TV in the bedroom made up for it. And that bed was extremely comfortable. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer.

I'm born and raised in the panhandle of FL but I live in texas in a city by Austin and when I tell you this house and area put me right back to my roots. I love peace and quiet and that's exactly what this place gives . love was made with this home and the warmth we felt and the energy that filled the home was amazing and just puts your mind at ease. truly blessed to be able to give my family this break and Vicky and Freddy was equally amazing every step of the way. if you have a big family like me and on the go and want to calm everything down and still have lots of family fun look no further than right here. Thanks again yall two and we will definitely be back.

We were so thrilled with the home! It is well decorated and appointed and had absolutely everything we needed! The beds were VERY comfortable and our stay was amazing. We are so happy we booked with Chandler! Highly recommend this property!

It was new and spacious and lovely. Close to beach. (3 min walk accross main drag) It’s very nice would have loved to see TV’s in all the rooms. It only had one in the living room.

The house was good for a group of 5. Plenty of space.

Amazing spaces indoor and out. The Airbnb pictures don’t do it justice. 3 bedroom, 3 bath, pullout couch. Sleeps 8 adults (willing to share beds) and 4 children (pullout couch and blow up mattress). Plenty of room for cooking, dining, well-equipped kitchen w/ air fryer, 2 coffee makers, crock pot and more. Great location 20 minutes from anything. Walked to stores (1.5 miles each way). Games and puzzles. Great master suite. Takes a few minutes to get hot water to back bathrooms, but be patient, it’s worth it. This could be a repeat for us!

I loved Jacksonville beach and the home is a quick bike ride to the beach and great coffee shops and restaurants. Ralph and Corey were friendly hosts.
