I had a great 4-night stay in early February 2025. Great location right on the beach and convenient to the airport, stores, and restaurants. Amazing ocean views from the condo. Clean condo, comfortable bed, and good property security. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions I had.

We didn't want to leave our peaceful retreat across the street from the beach! Beautiful, clean, up to date apartment with everything we needed. Melissa was super helpful and friendly. We can't wait to return!

Extremely clean and spacious condo with a well-equipped kitchen. It is also in a very convenient location, across from the beach and Citibike rentals. Lots of restaurants both North, South and some West as well, and fantastic beach access. The large beach towels in the apartment were much appreciated. Parking is at a lot next to Ocean 5 hotel. If you're staying for a few days you can negotiate for a reduced daily rate. Bear in mind that with the convenient location (corner of Ocean and 5th) comes a lot of street noise at all hours day and night. We were awakened every hour Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights/early morning from sirens, backfiring car mufflers and screaming fights. Tuesday and Wednesday nights were better. Currently the building across the street is under renovation; they're cutting through concrete 8:30am-4pm, so unfortunately we weren't able to sit outside much as it was difficult to talk or read. When that is over the balconies will be fantastic!

We had a great stay at Abigail's place at Playa Marcelino. This was in perfect location within walking distance of markets and restaurants. The beach view was just beautiful! Our host and caretakers were very helpful and responsive. I would definitely book a longer stay next time!

Joost’s house is a wonderful place to stay. The view of the ocean from the bedroom, the living room and especially the pool is incredible! Rodgers and Baby Beaches (great snorkeling) are an easy walk and groceries are a 5 minute drive away. Amazing restaurants are within a short drive - Old Man And the Sea is very romantic and Flying Fishbone is a cool experience. There are also lunch places at Baby Beach. This is a quiet area and a family friendly place that we would love to return to someday.

Our stay at The Little House was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were mesmerized by the stunning ocean views and the calming sound of the waves just outside. Waking up to the sight of the sea each morning felt like a dream, and the serene atmosphere made for the perfect escape. The home was cozy, well-appointed, and just steps from the beach. If you're searching for a peaceful retreat with unbeatable views, this is the place to be! We can’t wait to return!

Great location, beautiful home!

Sunset Rock is where you need to be. This spot has everything you need. The house throughout is clean and pristine. The backyard is designed where you have the luxury of two pools, and swings directly on a beautiful beach. Within the year this is my second time back and it keeps getting better. There is a restaurant La Olla right next door that sells food and drinks, highly recommend the delicious pupusas. Don’t hesitate and book. Can’t wait to be back. Thank you Johanna, Norma and Andy

Absolutely perfect stay! The stunning ocean views from this place were beyond words—waking up to that every day was like a dream. The beach was just steps away, making it so easy to enjoy the sand whenever we wanted. The space itself was incredibly comfortable, with plenty of natural light filling every room, creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was also surprisingly quiet, which made for a relaxing, peaceful retreat. The host Renata was fantastic, responding to any questions we had quickly and with such kindness. Highly recommend this gem if you’re looking for a serene getaway with the best of both the beach and comfort!

We had an absolutely fantastic week at Janet’s condo. Everything was described perfectly, communication was fast and efficient. Our family loved being able to snorkel right out front at the rock reef, finding brain coral, star fish, angel fish and a host of other species. We had two power grid failures but Janet communicated swiftly and they honestly did not affect our trip at all. Highly recommend this spot!

Was a nice place to stay, convenient location next to restaurants and not far from the beach or the Boardwalk.

Great for couples, everything was just as described and shown in the photos. Emily was a amazing host and responded to any of our needs at anytime of the day. Would book again!

We had a great stay at Kurt and Courtney’s place. The location was wonderful, with the beautiful ocean beach and tennis courts, just steps from the condo. The space was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Kurt and Courtney were extremely helpful and responsive. We had a small problem with a smoke detector and they had it taken care of immediately. We recommend Kurt and Courtney’s place for any one who plans on staying in St. Augustine Beach!

This was our 2nd year coming here. Friendly people, beautiful condo and relaxing. highly recommend this condo!

Great condo! It was perfect for us for the week. We enjoyed bringing in the New Year on the balcony which has amazing views of the gulf. Right on the beach. Very easy access. Can’t wait to come back!
