Beautiful large home was very clean and comfortable for our family stay. The grandkids enjoyed the pool! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you need to prepare meals of any kind - including grilling. Would highly recommend this to groups/large families.

Great location...close to food, shopping and the RecPlex. Townhouse was immaculate and exactly like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay again.

Adams place was great! Comfortable and clean, with a spacious atmosphere.

This place for our group perfectly. Plenty of space for all of us to fit comfortably. The garage set up with fun games, and all the TVs to be able to watch March madness was perfect for our group of guys. Really appreciate the hospitality

The house was great. As described - very roomy, comfortable and clean. Great kitchen. Jayden was very responsive and went out of her way to have the fireplace pilot lightest for us to use. Then she mailed an item left behind to us after we returned home. I highly recommend this home and give 10 stars if available to Jayden, the house manager. I highly recommend this rental and will return here any time I have the opportunity.

Another great stay in Colo! We look forward to staying here. It’s so peaceful, and the house is so cozy. The backyard space is amazing for the whole family. Cortney makes the whole process from checking in to checking out smooth and easy. We will be back :)

A beautiful, spacious house great for all ages! We stayed in the offseason so did not have pool access but still enjoyed the hot tub, though we had warm weather and would have loved to have cushions on the patio furniture or access to get them out (we didn’t bother to ask for the day so no fault of the host!). Also so nice to have a fully fenced, private backyard for our kids and we really appreciated the pool being fenced separately/away from the patio. The main level is large and very cozy, with lots of seating options in the kitchen and living room and a nice half door to block the main entrance. Very appreciative of the games/toys for the kids; as well as starter essentials and pack and play/high chair. The trundle beds were so convenient and all beds were comfy with lots of pillows, the only “complaint” was that the steps/hall upstairs were pretty creaky but the sound machines helped. Overall a really great experience and would recommend and hope to be back!

My 9 year old son and I stayed at Ella's place as it was close to where my sister lives. When we walked in he said "this feels like it's our home". Talk about a welcoming, warm, cozy ambiance where you can sit and relax inside and watch a movie, or enjoy a glass of wine by the firepit in the backyard. The birds were singing in the morning when I sat outside with my fresh cup of coffee. It's a perfect escape close to an amazing bike trail, breweries, and restaurants. Pack the car and the bikes and go stay at Ella's place.

Dan’s house was perfect for what we needed for our short stay. Spacious with entertainment for the kids. I highly recommend staying here.

Unbelievable stay, with a 5 star Host and place. We were more than comfortable and Joseph went above and beyond our needs and even went over the top to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Awesome gift basket on our arrival and can’t say enough good things about him, the house and the stay. 100 percent coming back to this place when we come back later this year or early next.

I loved the feel of the home! Was able to accommodate my working schedule with a small office and a fully fenced in yard for the puppies! It had a lot of space for the dogs to roam and the hot tub was a wonderful amenity. David was super responsive and I felt right at home.

This place was a great place for my bestie and I and my dogs to stay the weekend. It’s close to the city without being too close. Great place to stay!

It was a comfortable home. Kitchen was adequately equipped and the home was clean and well cared for. With snow on the ground, while we were out, someone stopped by and cleaned off the steps for us which was nice. I would stay again which is the best recommendation I can give a place.

The Trailside Inn is a fabulous addition to our AirBNB stays, conveniently located to nearby towns, great pricing and a huge space. This historic home has all of the amenities you could think of, it has plenty of rooms and space for a large group. Cup of Joy right next door is a fantastic coffee place that is convenient and affordable, check it out during your stay! The house was built in 1902 and has a ton of charm, my toddlers believe “someone else lives there” and saw “ghosts” which was a fun spooky addition to our stay 🤣. We would gladly come back when visiting the local towns again!

Newly constructed home in Perry with large sitting area for a whole family and very nice bedrooms. The bed in the master bedroom was particularly comfortable. Nice big kitchen area and well stocked and very good amenities. Loved that they had a Christmas tree as it gave it a warm feeling. Very convenient to everything in Perry. Highly recommend this house to other families.

Stayed a week for the State Fair. Very clean, well stocked and mostly new/renovated. Beds were comfy. One was considerably low to the floor, about 8”, a little tuff getting up & down. The driveway and street is narrow. Neighbors parked on street made backing out difficult with large truck. Disappointed with the screened in back patio. It was uncharacteristically dirty with leaves and debris. Washer & dryer in basement, well lit and very clean. WiFi worked great. Plenty of hot water. We would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay! Jared was very responsive and had great communication from the initial booking and throughout our stay. The house is roomy with great spaces to accommodate a family or multiple couples. Jared gives his guests a heads up that the property is occupied by him and his kids when not booked (in case something is out of place) but all we felt when we walked in was a sense of a lot of love and fun exists between those 4 walls. We were welcomed with a card and chocolates which I thought was a nice touch. He also provides a binder showing and describing the location of appliances, extra towels, linens, etc. The backyard is amazing and if you have a basketball baller, the court has a free throw and 3 point line. Pretty cool. Also in the back, are nice grilling options that unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use since our son’s wrestling tournament ran so late. However, my husband was happy with the charcoal options provided. 5 minutes to Ignit Facility!
