We chose this place with only 2 weeks before our sporadic vacation to get out of the city and enjoy some scenery. Ronald was a great host, responded quickly, made check in process easy and even let us check in a few hours early. Upon arriving Ronald greeted us and showed us the farm life, He also brought some apples so we can get more up close and personal with the animals. Cows and goats were great! The chicken perched on a extension cord was a good laugh too!! He showed us the trails and where to explore and while we didn’t get to use the whole Airbnb experience as others, we did explore and check it out. Paths were decent with some ruts to look out for. The fire pit area seemed cozy and if we had more time would’ve certainly utilized it. The stay was clean and offered all necessary amenities. The hot-tub was clean and very relaxing after a long day of traveling. 10/10 would recommend.

I had an extended stay. Eric & Misty made me feel extremely welcome, everything was in place, and check in and out were simple. The kitchen is well stocked and I felt like above & beyond was done for me to make my stay comfortable. Communication was excellent, the home is cozy, and the neighborhood, while convenient to everything, is peaceful & quiet with great neighbors. I felt very safe here. I recommend this place and would stay here again.

We had a great stay! Jess gave us recommendations of local restaurants to try and nearby hikes. The apartment was spotless and felt very private.

This place was a peaceful retreat for us while we were in Lynchburg for a college tour. It was very thoughtfully decorated. Honestly it felt so inviting that we wanted to extend our stay. We spent our morning coffee time on the porch admiring the river view and watching the bald eagles in their nest. So beautiful! Great place!!!

John’s place was perfect for the little bit of time we spent there. Very homey and beautiful set up. They went above and beyond in providing snacks and extras for our stay. Thank you!!

Nice views, peaceful setting. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Chessie Trail was great for running in the mornings, just a 1/2 mile from the house. We were there for a horse show and did not get to explore the area too much, but certainly seemed like there was plenty of hiking opportunities if we had more time.

This place is ALWAYS clean and very home like. I would recommend 11 out of 10 times!!

Courtney's place was exactly as described or even better. We loved the allergy friendly cleaning products. She was very responsive. It was hard for me to figure out which door to enter to access the upstairs unit, but she answered my question right away. Would definitely stay again!

What a gem! We were in Lynchburg to help our kids get their new house ready. The Crows Nest was blocks from their new place which made it walkable. Everything was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Welcome soaker tub with bath salts which was a godsend after a hard day’s work. Only thing we missed was some pots and baking dishes.

Loved staying here! It was perfect for my husband, baby and I. The renovations were beautiful and honestly had a lot of thoughtful little details! It was very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at this charming one-bedroom apartment in downtown Lynchburg! The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of downtown, with fantastic restaurants, cozy cafes, and exciting activities all within walking distance. The apartment itself is lovely, very clean, and tastefully decorated. It’s cozy yet spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bedroom is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hosts were wonderful – incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready with great recommendations. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. Overall, this downtown apartment exceeded my expectations. If you're planning a visit to Lynchburg, I highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hart’s place. They were so responsive and friendly when the dishwasher broke, they did everything they could to get it fixed quickly. They were always keeping me in the loop. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to the downtown Lynchburg area!!

This lodge is amazing. My family stayed here for a little over a week, in the apartment, and the hospitality was excellent. Wanda and Robert are sweethearts, and their crew are consummate professionals. I would recommend this place a thousand times.

This space worked really well for what I needed - and was super close to nature so my pups were very happy! Some mornings I'd have to keep an eye on them because deer would be within 20 feet of the door! The place is sparse but considering it is pet friendly (I have dogs that shed) that makes a lot of sense! Bring whatever you think you need and make yourself right at home :)
