Jamie was extremely responsive and thorough in responding to each query and she checked-in with us to ensure we have everything we need. The place was in excellent condition and spotless clean! We had a large group ranging from 6 months old to 30+ year olds and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the place, it was packed with things to do for every age group from board games, to foot massager, to large TVs. Property is huge, great views and felt very peaceful. Will highly recommend Jamie as a host and her property!

Wow! When they say “secluded” this is what they were talking about! We absolutely loved the house and the short walk to the river! Everything we needed was a scenic drive so that was great too! Very much enjoyed our stay!

We had a blast. The house has a ton of space. We used the fire pit every night. The river was beautiful, we fished and played in it everyday. Caught a lot of bass and bluegill

Pendleton Place was a great place to stay for the price. I loved the fenced in back yard for my dogs so that I didn't have to worry about them. I would definitely stay here again.

This home was so spectacular for many reasons but the best part was the view that we got to wake up to each and every morning. The home was so big and beautiful and had everything we needed to cook at home, to even all the spices and the two ovens. Each room was big and had comfortable beds. The primary bedroom’s bathroom was so beautiful, which made our trip even better. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Del Rio. The whole family loved it.
