My second stay here, Kimberley is an excellent communicator I was delayed due to the cyclone She kept me up to date on all aspects. Lovely accommodation, easily walkable to Sandgate, restaurants, shops etc As a return visitor I would obviously highly recommend

Had a wonderful stay. Travelled with kids and pet and everyone enjoyed having some outside space to have a run around. Family and host was wonderful and friendly and very helpful. Place was clean and as described. Can definitely recommend. Thank you

A retro beach shack delight! Julie’s place was nicely situated on a quiet street in amity. Not far from cafe, beach, restaurants and playgrounds! We really enjoyed having family time at her home but I do not recommend toddlers or ages 1-4, as there are many beautiful things to break around and no children’s toys or books. Absolutely perfect for 10+. Also- I should have checked with Julie before arriving on the island for certain essentials for cooking like oil and baking tray but these items seemed to be normal available to her and just missing. She had lots of little items of appreciation like tea towels and soaps and ice cubes! Thanks Julie for a great holiday even after the cyclone!

Os was an amazing host. The house was immaculate and well presented. It immediately felt homely and welcoming. I was visiting during cyclone Alfred and I was unable to fully explore what the area had to offer but Os had plenty of information about the area that under other circumstances would’ve been very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again or recommend the house to anyone.

It was a pleasure to stay at Christos's house in Wakerley. Christos was very accommodating with our specific circumstances and assist greatly. House was huge and had everything we needed, thanks!

Great peaceful location, home away from home with a well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds and extremely clean home.

House is cosy, comfortable and very clean. Good sized, peaceful backyard and balcony enjoyed by our dog. Very central location well serviced with nearby shops. Carolyn is a joy to communicate with. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.

Nice large house with great bedrooms, relaxing areas, and a deck. It was close to the airport, which was great when people arrived at different times. At the end of the street, cafes and a microbrewery were within an easy walk. Would have liked to have been able to use the garage for easier unloading as it was raining, but understand that this was in the process of being sorted after unforeseen circumstances. Andy was very responsive and helpful.

Lovely comfortable stay. Convenient location for events, close to restaurants and cafes. Quiet, restful sleep. Very clean. Helpful staff at reception. Would stay again.

A fantastic stay with everything we could have wanted and better … Tammy was extremely lovely and so helpful, from local recommendations to getting us settled quickly and efficiently. House and host so friendly and above & beyond expectations. We stayed for swimming nationals and it was the perfect place to rest and recharge between events, also really close to Brisbane Aquatic Centre … could not recommend highly enough, will definitely stay again if we are lucky enough to get availability!!! We had a wonderful stay at Lindsay’s place with my partner and our two friends while attending an event at Sirromet Winery on Mt Cotton. The property had everything we needed and offered the perfect location for our weekend getaway. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was beautifully styled and impeccably clean. We will definitely be staying at Lindsay’s again in the future!

Great location close to all amenities, description of home very accurate, outdoor area around pool had the loveliest plush lawn, perfect for our grandson to run around on, very private in back yard. Had extra granny flat attached to the home, although we did not utilise it, would be helpful for a larger family or grandparents, nice host to deal with. Overall had a nice relaxing break.

Absolutely stunning , it felt like home away from home . Sonya thought of all our needs and was very friendly . Would rebook again . Thank you ☺️

Good place for families

This was a great place to stay. Really clean and tidy and conveniently located.

We had a very short stay but the Love Shake is a cute little place, with everything you need. It's close to beaches and shops. It also has a great little set up/playroom with toys and an extra TV for kids. Caren is responsive and quick to reply to any message.

Josh and Marry are very good hosts and very helpful. They even did pick up and drop off, the place is not far off the Ferry terminal and convenience store. It is private quiet space without any disturbed. Loved to stay here. They got outside barbeque, washing machine as well, which I did not use. Mary is nice and accomodating. The property has a deck space as well and view of yard from back window.

What a great small place to stay, it’s very well designed and thought out, has everything you need, even a coffee machine!!! Absolutely loved our stay here and would recommend to others

We absolutely ADORED staying at Jocelyn’s home. So comfy and gorgeous interior design, that was still comfortable and relaxing. We loved the local dog beach too. I would highly recommend.

Alex is a great host and his place is ideal if you've got lazy inside dogs like we have. If you're dogs are a bit more energetic there's a dog park 100m up the street.

We absolutely loved our time at Jade and Johnny’s place, they’re beautiful welcome people. The guesthouse has a really homely chilled vibe and is great for families or couples. Travelling as a family with three girls aged 1, 4 & 14 the property suited us really well given Jade was able to organise a porta cot, high chair, potty seat and a basket of toys. Although the property has shared outdoor areas, it was really private and secluded from where Jade and Johnny live upstairs. If you like your coffee head up to Kalistas which is a short 5 mins walk on the corner. Friendly owners and really good coffee and. The pool area is like this beautiful tropical sanctuary, they’ve done such a beautiful job it’s really a great feature of the property. The full kitchen was great, lots of bits and pieces which were really handy. We 100% recommend this place and hope to get back here ourselves. Thanks guys absolutely beautiful place!
