The apartment was beautiful, I enjoyed sitting on the balcony, looking out at the sea. There is also a lovely little garden in front of the apartment. Marianthi left a thoughtful welcome basket with fresh fruit and cake. The kitchen was very well supplied with spices and condiments. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens were top rate. My only regret was that most of the nearby restaurants closed for the season because it was so late in the year. At the end of my stay Marianthi helped me find a taxi driver and confirmed my pick up time with him.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen einwöchigen Aufenthalt Ende Oktober. Das Wetter hat mitgespielt. Eine Woche lang nur Sonnenschein und blauer Himmel. Das Appartement entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Tolle Lage, gute Einrichtung und sehr netter Empfang beim Check in. Außerdem bekamen wir gute Tips für Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles in allem eine klare Weiterempfehlung! Wir würden wiederkommen.

Lovely studio, has everything you need. Amazing location, right on the beach. Supermarket a few mins walk away as well as lots of restaurants. Fotis was a great host, very detailed messages, left nothing unanswered and had great recommendations.

Un séjour parfait grâce à Stéfani et Antonis qui ont été d’une gentillesse extrême et d’un accueil remarquable. Malgré une arrivée tardive en soirée, Stefani était présente pour nous installer dans les lieux. L’appartement est superbe, conforme aux photos, ainsi que l’environnement privatif et le roof top. Le personnel d’entretien était d’une gentillesse et d’une discrétion très appréciable, merci beaucoup à eux. Merci à Stefani et Antonis pour ces deux semaines passées chez eux et nous reviendrons très rapidement pour profiter plus encore de la Crète et de cet endroit vraiment très accueillant.

Lovely little apartment right on the beachfront with direct access to the beach. Great facilities and quiet area with easy walking distance to shops, tavernas and bakery. Very helpful hosts and parking very close by for the hire car. Hot water availability seemed a bit hit and miss but in Crete temperatures this was not really a problem. Everything you need is there and waking up to the stunning beach view every morning was a joy.

The apartment was wonderful. We had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The view from the balcony is amazing. The best we ever had. George is an amazing host. He welcomed us with a plate of fruits. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Lovely place and amazing host. Next to the city with a beautiful view. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. The only little issue is the bad soundproofing of the house. The noises from the flat above can be disturbing if you are noise sensitive.

Had a great time visiting Crete...Agia Pelagia is a fab place to stay, it's a bit of a walk up a steep hill coming back from the sea front...but unless you have mobility problems don't let it put you off.

We had an amazing stay at Dimi’s place. Right from the booking confirmation Dimi’s communication with us was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. He gave us recommendations for where to eat and places to visit. We love the village of Bali, lots to do and great places to eat. The views from the balcony which surrounds the apartment are just stunning and we spent most of our time out there! The 4 nearby beaches are gorgeous-safe with lots of water activities and crystal clear water- amazing! Great for snorkelling. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely love to return. The apartment had everything we needed for our month long stay here.

Highly recommend! A quiet area, close to everything. We stayed here start of October with our 14 yr old and 3 month old son. The apartment looks like the photos, very clean andy tidy. Very comfortable bed, was huge 💛. We had asked for a cot, which was there. The pool was lovely, very refreshing, solar heated. We were the only ones using it, due to out of main season, an unexpected luxury. The beach is a mix of sand and stones, literally just outside the gate. Within 10 mins walk is a supermarket, pharmacies, a patisserie with huge pain au chocolates - highly recommend, they also had pastries (cheese and bacon, mushroom and ham etc). If you walk along the sea front for about 20mins get into Gournes which has several beach bars, and restaurants/ cafes, we went to Taverna ambrosia, very good even had a baby change area (not everywhere has these) and soft play at the back. It’s a 45 min walk to the Creta aquarium, definitely worth a see. Ioannis arranged several taxis for us.

Nikos was an out standing host - the property was second to none - really pleased I stayed - if I ever go back to Crete, I will definitely stay at this property - thanks again Nikos for being so friendly and helpful, bo5h you and your wife - by far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at.

Un grand merci à Konstantinos pour notre séjour en Crète. Le logement est tout simplement génial, avec une piscine offrant une vue imprenable sur les montagnes, un véritable atout pour des moments de détente inoubliables. Le village où se trouve la maison est également très accueillant, nous recommandons vivement la taverne à l’entrée du village pour ses délicieuses spécialités. Nous avons également été ravis par l’attention de Konstantinos, qui nous a gâtés avec un frigo rempli de fruits frais, de pots de confiture maison délicieux et, bien entendu, du Raki. Tout cela a grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour idyllique. Encore merci pour tout. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette expérience.

Appartamento ben ristrutturato, molto spazioso e con ogni comfort a disposizione degli ospiti. Una bellissima terrazza vista mare dove poter ammirare il tramonto e un giardino curatissimo lo rendono veramente speciale. Vaia, Nikolas e l’intera famiglia si sono dimostrati da subito disponibili ed ospitali, li ricordiamo con affetto e simpatia.

Argyri and her husband were the best hosts I've ever stayed with, and the apartment was absolutely flawless: excellent location, close to the old city, restaurants and the beach The apartment had absolutely all the facilities: there was nothing we needed and not exist in the home. Furnished modernly and with great taste, the apartment is bright and welcoming, with a large terrace where you can drink coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The hosts welcomed us with a cake, with fruits, wine and juices in the fridge, and upon departure they gave us local honey. Very friendly, they spent time with us and explained to us the best places to eat, what to visit around the city and in the city. it was everything I could have wished for and I can't wait to come back for a much longer period with my daughter. What a great spacious apartment and even better location,.. and with a panoramic sea view from the spacious balcony/terrace. What more do you need? And chose Kalamaki over Matala (just visit) if you want to relax.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die kleine Wohnung ist sehr modern und wirklich schön. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Obwohl die Hauptstraße wenige Meter vom Grundstück entfernt ist, bekommt man diese garnicht mit. Der Blick aufs Meer ist unverbaut und der Balkon großartig. Auf dem Nachbargrundstück war eine riesige Schafherde, die uns sehr belustigt hat. Alles in allem ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt.

We really enjoyed our stay! The appartment was even bigger than it seemed according to the pictures. Everything was clean and cosy! Although it was the end of the touristic season, we’ve enjoyed Rethymno and its surroundings. The only downside was the noice at night, so we couldn’t sleep with the windows open, but there was airco available.

We had Dimitris as our host and let me say, everything was perfect. We were delayed getting in by a day and he was always very responsive when we communicated our later check-in needs. When we finally arrived a day later he was quick to get us in our place but not before grabbing us a couple beers and a bottle of wine to start our 10 year anniversary trip. He also gave us excellent recommendations of local restaurants to start the trip off right. The place is exactly as described and then some. It is in the heart of the night life and all the beaches, but the location still quiet and peaceful. When enjoying the rooftop patio and hot tub, you would swear you were off in a secluded location. When inside the suite with the doors closed, you couldn’t even hear peep from anyone walking around on the beach front strip. Dimitris was always quick with answers to our questions and recommendations throughout our stay. Without a doubt we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Das Apartment liegt in einer tollen Lage zwischen zwei sehr schönen Stränden und nicht allzu weit vom Flughafen entfernt oder für andere Ausflüge mit dem Auto. Man kann hier noch den typisch griechischen Charme erleben - in den Tavernen am Meer oder im nahe gelegenen Supermarkt. Das Apartment selbst ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht! Sogar 1 Flasche kalt gestelltes Wasser und die nötigsten Dinge zum Kochen (Öl, Salz, Zucker, Kaffee) sind vorhanden! Dimitris war darüber hinaus sehr freundlich und half bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen mit dem WLAN sofort weiter! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und genossen sehr die Gastfreundschaft! Wir würden immer wieder kommen :)

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut renoviert, praktisch eingerichtet, nur 3 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, 20 Minuten an der Promenade bis zur Altstadt und trotz der Lage an einer viel befahrenen Straße recht ruhig. Auch das Parken des Mietwagen war recht unproblematisch. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind in der Umgebung vorhanden. Der Balkon ist etwas schmal und nicht so gut zum draußen sitzen geeignet (zumal es draußen auch etwas laut ist). Alles in allem aber ein toller Aufenthalt.

Мы проживали в данных апартаментах около 2 недель. Никос был очень дружелюбным, отзывчивым и гостеприимным хозяином! По прилету он организовал нам трансфер с аэропорта. Мы почувствовали себя долгожданными гостями! Квартира находится в 10 минутах от пляжа и 15 минутах от старого города , и полностью соответствует указанным фотографиям. При заселении нас ждали приветственные сладости и фрукты, что было очень приятно! Рядом есть многочисленные кафе, пекарни, супермаркеты и прочее. В каждой комнате установлен кондиционер, что очень важно при таком жарком климате. На балконе стоит гриль, но мы им не пользовались. Квартира чистая и места достаточно. При возникновении вопросов, Никос всегда был на связи и решал их очень быстро. Мы чувствовали себя очень комфортно в данных апартаментах. Очень рекомендуем данное жилье!
