这次出差能住在这里真的太赞了，周边吃饭的很多，小区环境优美，房子干净整洁还可以做饭。唯一的缺点就是外面的主路每天上下班时间在堵车，另外请房东请注意下，浴室挂喷头的那里螺丝有些松动，需要拧一下。

This is the second time I have stayed in one of ivan's listings. Very clean and well furnished place, the building is very modern and has lots of amenities. The host and his team were very helpful, the bed had four pillows and all of them were soft and the second day I contacted them and within 1 hour they came and replaced all the pillows. overall, I really enjoyed the stay and it will be very difficult for me to book with anybody else any time I come to kuala lumpur.

~Rant~ Finding the place at night is a bit of a challenge, but that's just signage and roads. The security personnel are lost, carpark is designed for Kelisa's. Getting into the unit was easy after having to walk up the carpark exit ramp because the door to the lift was broken. ~Apartment~ Listed unit was just like in the pictures, clean sheets, floors, tables, the whole works. Toiletries and towels are provided. Host did everything they promised so they get 5-stars.

I enjoyed my stay. House is clean and comfortable. Walkable and accessible. Host is very responsive.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The check-in process was seamless and Ashley was a very good host. The apartment was sparkling clean and had everything I needed. The nighttime view was absolutely stunning , I loved sitting back and taking it all in. Checking out was also a breeze. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back again.

Marveen was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

I had a wonderful stay in this comfortable and well-appointed studio. Everything was clean and functional, with modern decor that made the space feel very welcoming. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of shops and public transport nearby. The host was responsive and attentive, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a practical and cozy base in Kuala Lumpur! I would definitely come back!

We had our reunion dinner and cny gathering at Nana's place this year instead of going back to hometown. The homestay is exactly as advertised. The kitchen equipment are very complete for the preparation of dinner, and Nana also provided lots of games for the kids as well as the adult to enjoy! The beds are comfortable and everyone had a very pleasant time at the homestay. Our host, Nana is very friendly and responsive to any enquiries we had. Overall, we recommend this homestay!

Was a nice little apartment very central to KL Sentral for getting around. Good to have the two bedrooms each with bathroom . Restaurant down stairs was great to eat at. Great that the apartment was on the same floor as the swimming pool which was amazing looking over the city. Recommend staying here.

Nice location for short vacation

Great stay for a month at Suhannas, place was very clean and a great base for exploring KL, working space was great also.

Arif’s place was spacious and highly tailored to accommodate our large family who came from out of town for my wedding. It’s minutes away from Forest Valley Hall as well as many shops and a couple of shopping malls, too. As for the house, we especially loved the kitchen which seemed purpose built for large gatherings and masak-masak sessions. This was a great choice and we recommend this to other large families as well!

Booked this place for my after-wedding party for a small circle of friends and relatives. Though parking is limited but the next door neighbour was very understanding. All bathrooms were clean, the house was spacious and ideal for a small gathering. And self checking was at ease. Thank you and definitely will be back.

Really great stay here!! Apartment is smart, modern and clean. Brilliant view from the balcony and also really enjoyed our time in the roof top pool which has the most amazing view. The host is very quick to respond and was helpful for our check in and out experience. Would highly recommend and would say here again if we return to KL :)

Die Penthouse Wohnung ist im 33 Stock und man hat die Übersicht über die ganze Stadt. Man ist in der Mitte von allem, kann innerhalb von 5 Min. mit dem Zug in alle Richtungen fahren und die Gegend von KL erforschen. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und die Managerin von Eric hat alles wunderbar geregelt. Danke für alles.

Nice place and great helpful host

Nice condo, appears to be Airbnb friendly (yes there are unfriendly ones), good clean swimming pool which is slightly curved but still enjoyable. However, toilets at the pool are not so well maintained. But this unit’s toilets are very clean. Nice gym with modern equipment. Carpark is spacious and easy to find. However this condo is located beside a busy road so it’s best enjoyed with the balcony doors closed. There’s an opposite building ONEXOX which is brightly lit at night, but blackout curtains are provided in the room.
