オシャレ、静か、キレイ、スタッフのみなさんもフレンドリーでした。インターネットは居室内だと弱く、ノマドの私は時々困りましたが、バルコニーやフロント、近所のオシャレなカフェやコワーキングスペースに行けば問題ありません！オールドタウンまで無料のレンタル自転車15分〜20分で着きます。Hightly recommend to stay here.

I liked and enjoyed my stay here. This listing is actually a hotel, not an apartment. Their services are quick, friendly and detailed. I really liked that. Also, there were complimentary breakfast included and I enjoyed the variety of breakfast in every morning, too. The room rate was cheap so I cannot say much but the restaurants surrounded the hotel can be very noisy with Karaoke singers. (I noticed that Vietnamese love Karaoke.)

Good host. Recommended for anyone travelling in the area.

Die Unterkunft war super gelegen, die Vermieterin konnte sehr gut Englisch und war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns spontan Touren gebucht und hat uns gute Tipps für Hoi An gegeben. Wir konnten auch nachdem wir ausgecheckt sind, noch den ganzen Tag unser Gepäck in der Unterkunft lassen. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Können das Airbnb sehr empfehlen!!

Familien var rigtig venlig og tog godt imod os. Værelset var rigtig godt og poolen var dejlig. Vi fik en masse lokale anbefalinger til restauranter, aktiviteter og hvad vi ellers måtte have brug for. Kan klart anbefales og vil helt sikkert komme igen

This is a lovely family to stay with in Hoi An. You’re a 15 minute walk from the city centre or a short bike ride. The room was very nice and the family was lovely. I also enjoyed the breakfast provided.

Osaka Villa is prachtig gelegen midden tussen de rijstvelden. Het heeft een prachtig zwartmarmeren zwembad van beperkt formaat met ligbedden eromheen. De kamers waren top! Uitstekende bedden en een mooie badkamer met een ovaal stenen bad en regendouche. De kamers hebben airco en een minibar. Het ontbijt was inclusief en heerlijk (avond van te voren de bestelling invullen). Het ritje naar de stad in de american jeep was een belevenis (in positieve zin). Personeel hulpvaardig en vriendelijk. Al met al niets op dit adres aan te merken. Een aanrader!

This a clean and spacious room in a very beautiful neighborhood right by the river. It’s a room in a home stay with a very nice balcony and the view from the balcony is unbeatable . The complimentary breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed my breakfast everyday in my private balcony over looking the coconut tree and the river. Chuong is such a sweet and kind host and her family is very sweet as well. She helped me a lot to arrange transportation and tour even after I moved to another place ( becuase the room was not available for extension ) and she always has great recommendation. The place is very close by grab bike to old town and there is an amazing restaurant right next door called the healthy life style . I highly recommend Chuong as a host and her beautiful place for a quiet and relaxed time yet close to everything. I hope to stay here again soon.

Hue and her family are amazing ✨✨✨ I loved chatting with Hue and the homestay was beautiful! I got to eat dinner with her family and her mom and dad were so sweet! They’re super hardworking and do their best to welcome visitors! I can’t wait to go back again 😆

Hau and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful. She organised motorbike rental and in house massage at amazing rates. Her cousin has a tailor shop at the premises and has extensive experience. The rooms are very clean and modern. The pool is clean and refreshing. It's a fair way away from everything but not a concern if you hire a motor bike. The beach is near though. Overall for the small price it's a bargain . Thanks for a great experience.

We stayed at Thi Tuy Na’s place in February and loved our stay. The place is one block to the beach and An Thuong neighborhood with all the international dining options. It was clean and the staff was responsive. We would definitely return in the future.

Chau was such a kind and wonderful host. She and her husband were so kind, felt like we were visiting family. The beds were HUGE and view from the 3rd floor is nice. Our only complaint is that the bath towels are on the thinner side. The location is very walkable to get to the ancient town and night market and I would def recommend Chau’s home stay if you plan on walking to explore Hoi An

The room for 4 is spacious. They even have a full body mirror which others don’t have so it’s cool. Although it takes time for the room to get cold cos it’s summer and the room is big.

Mai and Thuong are amazing hosts . Helpful with any question I had. They have clean rooms with good wifi. Good AC. Amazing breakfast included! I even got to see local things with them by the kindness of their hearts. Truly a great place and people.+1 would come again for sure. Thank you!

Perfect Airbnb for our Hoi A stay. The neighbourhood was beautiful and peaceful. We slept great because of how quiet the area is, but the walk to the old town is quite short. We were able to check in early and leave our luggage while we waited for our late night flight. Breakfast was good and varied. I would highly recommend and would stay here again myself if I am lucky enough to return to Hoi An!

Mein Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Hostess Kim is amazing- if you want to be pampered , you need to stay at this place aka 5Coconut Villa. She will make you a sumptuous delicious breakfast(FREE!!!). I rode the bike(FREE) and explored the beautiful rice fields, smells so fragrant and also along the river. I took a short ride to the beach and walked along the beach. Best part, I went to the Lotus Zen Spa for the Vietnam Massage and it is the best massage I ever had plus the hostess will serve you ginger tea and the tasty bowl of Pho. For meals, there is a nice restaurant in front of the villa.I felt so relaxed at this place!!! Excellent!!!! I stayed for a week, went massage 3 times and ate all my meals at the restaurant. Kim will give you all the info!! I even bought the roasted butter cashews /nuts she is selling....very fresh nutty delicious
