I’m an Australian guy from Sydney who stayed for 3 months. I have stayed at a lot of places over the years, and this property was hands down the absolute winner. Minh the host struck a perfect balance between making me feel like family, and ensuring I could live my private life in a perfect clean space, which was in the best spot in town. He was always happy to share local recommendations, took me out for coffee, food etc., and helped me out on multiple occasions when I ran into some personal health issues. Really great guy. In terms of the apartment - it’s an unbeatable combo in this price range. You’re near the beach, walking distance to the markets, main going out strips, coworking spaces, Pho, and there’s a great local coffee shop down the road. It’s very quiet, and Da Nang is an excellent city. You’ll have everything you need here. Don’t hesitate, book today. Highly recommended. Thanks for the great stay.

밤 비행기로 오면 체크인이 어려울 수 있으니, 미리 호스트와 이야기하세요! 그녀는 친절하고, 영어에 능통합니다. 숙소의 컨디션은 굉장히 좋으며, 불편한 부분에 대하여 소통하면 빠른 피드백을 주어 좋습니다. 침대는 퀸 혹은 킹 정도 사이즈의 침대가 2개 있습니다. 화장실도 물론 2개, 발코니가 제법 크게 1개 있고 거실이 넓습니다! 가장 좋은 부분은 뷰와 위치인데요! 숙소 바로 옆에 ATM, 작은 마켓, 카페, 식당들이 있고 한시장 까지는 성인 남성 걸음으로 3분정도 걸렸어요! 뷰는 리버사이드 타워라는 이름답게 강을 끼고 있습니다. 뗏(TET, 베트남의 음력설??) 기간이 끝나지 않은 활기찬 다낭의 밤 풍경을 보며 맥주 한 잔 하는 즐거움이 있는 숙소였어요. 호스트의 친절함 덕분에 즐거운 휴가였습니다 :) 새해 복 많아 받으세요!

가족단위로 2 개 레지던스룸을 잡아서 숙박 햇습니다 우선 호스트가 굉장히 빠르게 소통이 됩니다 . 룸 컨디션과 모든것들이 설명해준대로 이며 숙소까지 가는 택시도 부탁 드려 배정 하였는데 기사님과 소통도 완벽 하였습니다 어린 아이들이 있어 교통편 숙박 모두 걱정 하였는데 Huyen 의 친절한 안내도 아주 행복한 가족 여행이 되었습니다 . 제가 다녀온후에도 저희 다른 가족들도 4 월 11일 부터 16 일 까지 예약을 제가 해줫네요 . 적극 추천 합니다 . It was a very pleasent stay with a beautiful view. I loved the view to the sea a lot and could work from this room very well. The communication was fast and the host could help me with everything very fast! Thank you! Would come back for sure!

The place is great if you are looking to be distant from the hustle and bustle of the heart of Hanoi. We also had full access to the resort’s facilities which was wonderful. It is around 20min walk to the closest town and around 1.5hrs walking to the old town (or a 10-15min grab). The room is spacious and comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and with a great view overlooking the sea. Kathy was wonderful and very helpful. On top of her list of recommended things to do and places to go to, she was always sending additional tips to us. I highly recommend her place.

Very big apartment, especially for Vietnam. It is perfect for a long stay and remote work. It has a bebeutiful swimming pool on the 20th floor ruff,. Definitely recommend it.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön mit Blick auf das Meer. Hatte alles was man braucht und war sauber. Bei Fragen wurde uns immer gleich geholfen. Gerne wieder.

Very good. The apartment is very new and clean, with a direct view to My Khe beach. Fully furnished, equipped. Although my family came to check in late, John was still very enthusiastic and friendly. He even showed me some great breakfast places. If I come back to Da Nang, this will definitely be my first choice.

It's a nice apartment, clean and hygienic, spacious, comfortable and filled with amenities that help you in daily living. Slightly away from town that keeps you out of hustle and bustle with a peaceful stay. Close to some department stores for daily needs as well. Host was very cooperative and friendly, she offered herself as a telephonic tour guide to help me not miss out places. She was quick and responsive whenever we approached her for any need.

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

We stayed at the house for 3 nights during our visit to Da Nang. The property is as described. It has 3 floors. One bedroom and living room on the ground floor, two bedrooms on the second floor, and top floor just provides access to an outdoor washing area. Washer is available, but you’ll need to hang clothes for air dry. The hosts are extremely friendly and always respond to our questions quickly. They run a cafe next door and treated us to good coffee upon our arrival. Mr. Ngoc gave us suggestions to place to eat around the neighborhood. Location is great, can walk to My Khe beach in 10 minutes, lots of restaurants nearby. Hosts also are flexible with check out time, they let us stay in the house past check out time since our flight departs later in the day. The area is extremely safe, we had fun talking with many locals at the coffee shop. If you are looking for authentic experiences in Da Nang, we highly recommend this property.

This stay was beyond perfect, thanks to an incredible host and the most unforgettable hot bath with a river view! From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel completely at home - warm, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. By the end of our stay, we felt Hang more like a friend than just a host. She was always helpful and responsive to our requests. The hot bath was absolutely divine. Soaking in the steaming water while watching the river flow was pure bliss - it felt like having my own private spa in the most serene setting. Whether it was a peaceful morning soak or an evening unwind, it was the perfect way to relax in Hoi An in these late winter days. The home itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and full of charming details that made the stay even more special. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the combination of a stunning place and a host who made me feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be back!

Kate was a responsible and responsive host who would always check to ensure that things were going well. She also helped us to arrange for tour for my family of seven. The villa, within the Furama compound, was clean, welcoming with amenities and even the pool was well maintained by the service staff. These were very important as I had an eight month old baby with me. There were pots for cooking and a cot provided so we had every we needed. There were also friendly butlers who would come in daily to keep the house clean. Everything worked well, including the fast and reliable WiFi as well as TV (with cable). The location was convenient to get to both Danang city and Hoi An. The private beach was a great perk too!

We had a week-long stay at Furama Villas with a group of 8 adults. The villa featured spacious communal areas on the first floor, and the bedrooms were on the second and third floors. The private pool was excellent, and I was impressed to see it cleaned mid-week. The expansive community pool was also a highlight for us. Our rooms were well-serviced, and the availability of buggies to transport us to and from the reception area was convenient. Overall, I highly recommend Furama Villas for a luxurious stay close to the beach in Da Nang.
