Return visitors to Casa Rio for another month’s stay in this still fabulous house. The house keeping is excellent, everything you need is in the house, with amenities, town and beach all within walking distance. The garden has developed under Huong’s knowledge of plants and attention to detail. Would love to stay again in the future. Many thanks😎

Our family of 6, Grandparents, our son and his family with 3 children under 7 years old stayed here at the end of our Vietnam/Laos adventure. It was absolutely perfect for us! Hanh was so helpful and flexible. The home is really beautiful and owners have thought of so many extras to make you feel right at home. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all loved the beach that is just steps away. It’s a quiet, peaceful, extremely friendly and safe area. Be sure and rent bicycles…we rode all over the area and so much fun and felt so safe. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you Hanh! Thank you Hoi An!

Pao's villa was like a hidden gem with cozy vibe, beautifully designed and had everything needed. Within walking distance to the beach or 10 mins away from Hoi An old town by taxi. Amy was a caring host and made me feel so welcomed. It was lovely staying here, defly recommend to everyone!

Leo’s place was great. Walking distance from the beach which was super convenient. Quick Grab ride to downtown for shopping. The Airbnb itself was so clean and so relaxing. I would recommend this Airbnb.

다낭에 한달간 머무르면서 3~4일 정도 여러 숙소를 다녔는데 여기가 최고입니다. 저희는 11개월 아기와 어른 네명이서 지냈는데 전혀 불편함이 없었고, 최고로 행복한 장소였습니다. # 숙소 체감상 사진보다 더 퀄리티가 좋습니다. (다른 숙소는 사진이 사기인 경우가 많았습니다.) 대부분의 시설(인테리어, 침대, 식기세트 등 모든 것)이 최신식입니다. 수영장도 정말 멋있고 숙소 내부 외부 모두 다낭, 호이안에서 최고라고 할 수 있습니다. # 위치 호이안과 살짝 거리가 있으나, 그랩으로 저렴하게 갈 수 있는 위치이며 호이안 유명 맛집이 그랩으로 배달 됩니다. 도보권으로 있는 훌륭한 음식점이 많습니다. 바로 앞에 있는 바다도 휼륭합니다. #호스트와 관리 팀 정말 최고의 호스트였습니다. VY는 매일 우리가 필요한 것들을 챙겨주었고, 다양한 선물도 주었습니다. 호스트가 알려준 좋은 음식점과 마사지샵, 슈퍼마켓 등을 그대로만 따라해도 훌륭한 여행을 할 수 있습니다. (숙소를 말하면 무료 배달, 마사지 할인 등이 가능) 인당 $3의 조식은 직접 와서 해주는데, 최고의 퀄리티와 아주 특별한 경험이었습니다. 아기도 사랑으로 챙겨주어서 정말 감사했습니다. 청소는 매일 원하는 시간에 해주시고, 수영장도 매일 깨끗이 청소해줍니다. # final 정말 최고의 숙소였습니다. 고민없이 선택하세요. 일정상 조금 빠른 체크인도 가능했었고 위치가 다낭 한시장 근처로 시내 관광하기에는 최적의 위치입니다.

아파트의 컨디션은 매우 좋은편입니다. 매일 청소와 비품 교체 서비스로 호텔같은 느낌을 받았습니다. 물론 간단한 요리와 세탁도 가능하여 생활하는데 불편함은 느끼지 못했네요. 수영장과 전용 해변을 갖춘 리조트로 모두 무료 이용이 가능해서 좋아요. 다만 주변에 마트나 식당같은 상업시설이 없는점은 아쉽네요. 가족과 함께 조용한 휴양을 원한다면 이곳을 적극 추천합니다.

Ich war zwei Wochen dort wirklich sehr zufrieden! Mein Appartment war sehr hell, ich habe nichts von den Nachbarn mitbekommen, keine Baustelle oder so daneben und das WLAN gut genug, um Videocalls zu machen. Unten gibt es noch ein kleines Café, aus dem ich öfter gearbeitet habe. Das gesamte Personal ist super lieb und hilft sofort weiter. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :)

The location is what we loved most about the apartment. We loved waking up in the ricefields, having the possibility to go for a walk. It's away from the busy streets but close enough to the centre, easy to go with bike or a grab. The apartment itself is spacious and bright. We stayed for a month and easily could stay longer. The wifi was strong enough for us to work online and make Zoom calls without problems. The kitchen is basic but provides the necessities to cook yourself a meal. The beds and linens are comfy. We could use 2 bikes for free, eventhough they had some issues Nana was always responsive and willing to fix them up. Overall we had a great stay and definitly recommend this appartment. It has everything you need to enjoy Hoi An and to work from home. Nana is a great host and always responsive.

性价比非常高的公寓，可以使用凯悦酒店的泳池健身房沙滩，还可以付费去酒店用餐。当然如果自己做饭，这里也有你想用到的所有中式西式餐具。附近650米有一家24小时营业的超市。非常棒

It was even better than we expected! The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, with beautiful, modern furniture—everything looked brand new. A huge plus was the super comfortable bed and pillows, one of the most comfortable places I’ve ever slept! Our stay was an absolute pleasure, I can only recommend it!

I recently stayed at a lovely property in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. The host, Frank, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness made a big difference. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch—spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property also had some thoughtful touches that added to the experience. While the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, it’s still very convenient. Using Grab made it easy and affordable to get around, so I never felt disconnected from the action. In fact, being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle was a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang! It’s a gem, and Frank’s hospitality makes it even better.

Die Unterkunft war super eingerichtet, vor allem sauber und es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Der Pool war schön, jedoch zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten sehr gut besucht, dadurch auch sehr laut. Sofern es ein Problem gab habe ich sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Zum erreichen von Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten braucht man ein Grab. Sofern das jemanden nicht stört ist die ruhig gelegene Unterkunft wärmstens zu empfehlen!

오션빌라에는 두번째 방문인데, 이번에도 후회 없는 좋은 선택이 되었습니다. 먼저, May는 필요한 건 없는지 먼저 연락해서 체크해주는 좋은 호스트입니다. 덕분에 픽업도 편하게 이용했습니다. 숙소도 넓은 방 두 개에 욕실 두 개라 물놀이 하고 가족들이 씻기 편했고, 주방에도 식기 및 조리도구가 풍부하게 구비되어 있어서 잘 이용했습니다. 숙소에서 내려가자마자 넓게 수영장이 펼쳐져 있어서 3박 내내 아침 저녁으로 수영 신나게 했습니다. 오션빌라에 있는 프라이빗 비치도 물놀이 하기 좋구요~ 미케비치까지는 그랩비가 좀 나오긴 합니다만, 이런 가격에 이런 퀄리티의 숙소인 걸 생각하면 그랩비 좀 내고 말지라고 생각해서 오션빌라 재방했네요. 추천드립니다^^

It’s one of the best Airbnb I have been staying. The place is clean, modern style, and gorgeous view. Danh is really helpful, responsive and supportive. I will definitely stay with her again whenever I come to Da Nang. There is a pool on the rooftop, it’s incredible place to stay with your family and kids. Love it.

Lovely and comfortable apartment.

Nguyen was the sweetest host ever! She was always proactive and replied very quick to me even within the late hours. The apartment is very cosy and she had all the necessities needed. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking for somewhere to stay with a small group of 4 people.

great location, right by the beach. amazing views of the ocean from the balcony, and great amenities in the building. can be load at night so make sure you consider or bring ear plugs. would absolutely book Ruby's place again:)
