Great place right next to the pier. Very walkable. Beautful accommodations.

Very sweet Airbnb! Close to amazing Newport Beach, walkable to great bars and restaurants AND far enough off the beach that it’s nice and quiet. We were there over st paddy’s weekend and the location is great to be able to get to stuff and avoid rowdy spring breakers. The food in Newport is awesome!

This spot was great. Just steps from the beach and had bikes and beach gear we could use. Rich was super helpful and responsive. The garage access is pretty tight as described. We rented a full size car and were able to get it in with a second person outside the car to guide it in. Still very nice to have a spot that wasn’t street parking which could have been tough to find.

The apartment is beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms provide everything one needs. There are plenty of towels. It's great to have a washer/dryer. The neighborhood is quiet despite its proximity to shops, restaurants, cafes and the beach. We'll book again.

We had a wonderful peaceful time at Will’s place. Beautiful view LOVED the location. Will, recommend local spots to eat. We went to Nicks and it was delicious. It was cloudy for 3 days during our stay, but the beach is beautiful still on cloudy days. It's so much fun walking the area. Beautiful houses and a complete beach experience. Will, was great and very attentive.

The house is very spacious. We enjoyed the outdoor seating options and spacious kitchen.

We loved this house right on the beach! We would definitely stay here again. 2 out of the 3 beds were so plush and comfy. Just don't leave scooters or bikes on the patio as we had a scooter stolen and a neighbor nearby had a bike taken the same night.

Chris and Michelle were very responsive hosts. We loved the location and were thrilled with the little toys, books, and beach items provided for our use.

I was really grateful Lee was able to accommodate us on such short notice. Her communication was great. The home was better than the photos and stocked with things to make our stay easier. I wouldn’t normally book a place without A/C but it was cool and breezy and actually needed the heater at night. The pool was too chilly for us this time of year but the lights out back were so pretty we spent a lot of time in the back yard. We accidentally locked ourselves out (make sure to read your instructions and don’t lock the bottom lock on the door handle) but Lee helped us get back in pretty quickly. We only had a small bit of time to visit the beach but it’s so close and there are great bikes and some ocean toys. I would stay here again on our next visit to Huntington Beach.

This was the perfect spot for our family. The pool was exactly what the kids needed to relax. We felt very comfortable in the space and enjoyed our time there.

Had a wonderful stay at DJ and Brandee’s home last weekend while my mom and I were in town for the Surf City Half Marathon! The house is gorgeous and comfortable with fantastic amenities - everything was as described. It’s a short walk to downtown and was perfect location for us to get to the starting line. The pool and their big comfy couch were perfect for our post-race recovery. The kitchen is awesome; I loved cooking in it. DJ and Brandee were fantastic hosts — always responsive and kind. Really appreciated their hospitality and highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. Thank you!!!

We stayed here for our spring break with my 6 kids. Ages 23-5. We are not partiers just a family get away to relax and cook together. We booked this place based on the pool and it was worth it for us. The previous reviews were alarming about quiet hrs and it being strict but we had no problem and stayed in the pool till 945 at night. I did tell me younger 3 kids to be quiet at night to be respectful and they were for the most part but definitely got loud with their voice a few times. Great house no complaints beds were very comfy!

We loved staying here, we requested a slightly earlier check in, and a later check out, and were accommodated both times. We did have a little trouble with unclear parking instructions the first day/next morning. But it was quickly cleared up, the host stated they would update instructions for future renters, which is great. The only thing that was bothersome for us was the lack of heat. When booking I didn’t realize we wouldn’t have access to a thermostat, and it was very cold at night. They offered to bring us another space heater which was nice, but the one already there really didn’t help a lot so we declined. That would be my only suggestion, maybe update the listing to state that they will not have access to a thermostat, so renters know to be prepared. I would have brought more things to bundle up with had I known! Other than that it was a great trip, great place to stay. Thank you!

This place was lovely and Sue was very accommodating. It was clean, spacious and a great location. We didn't realize this was two separate units with two rooms in each unit. Great for one wanting privacy. The kitchen is pretty stocked with all that you need. Comfy beds, relaxing common space and large dining room table for gathering. The bed frame was a little squeaky (which I only noticed because I had a little one sleeping with me, so I had to try to be super quiet lol) but other than that, this place was perfect. <3 Thank you Sue! Le quartier est aggréable et sécurisé. La maison de Denise est fonctionnelle. Denise est très réactive et aggréable comme hôte. Nous recommandons la maison de Denise.

Lauren and Dario are super hosts, both were very responsive and communicative! The 1-bedroom home was perfect-clean, well maintained; no issues with WiFi (for work); bedroom was nice and cozy. Art work from local artists was displayed in each room with brief descriptions, this was cool! Overall, it was a great experience. I will stay here again and recommend the home to friends and family. The place is nice and roomy. Quiet and safe surrounding that you can walk around and jog. Literally 20 second walk from the beach. Great kitchen, large fridge. My only (minor) complaint is that the parking lot has very narrow doors and it stressed me out everytime I backed the car 😢

It was a lovely place to stay for our work trip, very walkable and beautiful neighborhood. The home is easy to settle into and the kitchen has everything you need!

My family and I had an amazing time at this property. The beach was so convenient and the property provided toys and also chairs for the beach, which were so helpful. We really enjoyed our time together there and made some good memories. The property was clean and description was accurate. we loved sitting out on the front porch with the fire on in the morning. We loved our stay at Cape Catalina! This is a great property! So close to the beach and the beach is beautiful! The neighborhood around the house is great for walking and running. The house was very clean! We would definitely stay here again on a return visit. We also really appreciated the gift waiting for us when we arrived. There were a variety of snacks and lemonade, which was so nice to walk in and see after a long day of travel!

We had a lovely stay, the house is beautiful and everything was clean and tasteful. We’re already planning to come back next year!

We couldn't have asked for a better beach getaway spot - gorgeous beach with fantastic sunsets, lovely patio, roomy and clean home and close to lots of spots for a drink or bite to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Tyler was a most responsive host - we would definitely stay here again!!
