This is a lovely place. Great location with great birdwatching just down the driveway! Rach and Andy were very good communicators. Clear entry instructions, lots of suggestions on how we could get the water taxi/boat into Abel Tasman Park. Quiet at night, so great sleep. It was quite warm so the fans in the bedrooms were helpful. Loved the family feel to the place.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Annette and Brent's apartment. The apartment itself is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could need. The view is simply incredible, and we enjoyed it every day. Our children, as well as ourselves, made great use of the pool after a day of hiking and a day spent at sea in the Abel Tasman National Park. The hot tub was also a wonderful addition to our stay. The fact that Annette and Brent live in the apartment for most of the year really shows in the personal touches and the care taken to make it feel like home. Parking under the apartment is very convenient, and within a 5-minute walk, you're at the beach, while Kaiteriteri is just a 5-minute drive away. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a top-notch stay in a stunning location.

Jenny was very accomodating. We had our two young children in town and the place was extremely child/family friendly. They child facilities included a high chair, bath and portacot which were all clean and easy to use. There was also black out blinds and curtains in every room which was amazing!

We really enjoyed our weekend here and the views over Tasman bay to the mountains beyond were glorious! Nice and easy to get on to the highway from here especially if heading up to Māpua, Split Apple Rock and beyond. Our host Nedda was very helpful and responded immediately to any messages and we were able to park right outside. Great TV and WiFi with all the app’s ready to go. We would certainly stay again, thank you Nedda!

What a lovely place. Amanda’s place had everything we needed, was very clean and was close to the beach and some great places to eat. Would highly recommend!

Such a lovely place to stay! We travelled to Nelson for a work related trip and this had absolutely everything we needed. Beautiful views over the ocean and walkable distance to a few nearby restaurants. We had one minor inconvenience on day one where one of us was stuck in the lift (just a note to not have bags against the walls!) - something we would have known had we read the booklet inside, however as we were using the lift to get our bags upstairs we hadn't quite got that far... Vivienne was great on the phone and her and they helped us sort this out quickly. Overall a great stay/location and would recommend highly to other guests :)

What an outstanding apartment! Right on the main drag but so quiet and private. Stunning views, comfortable beds, super clean and Kirsty was right on the end of the phone when we needed her. I have stayed in lots of places in Picton and this is by far the best.
