We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

This cottage met all expectations and is just what we've been looking for in this area. We will definitely stay here again each year on our way home from South Florida! Comfy beds, reading lights in bedrooms and living room. Great location. Great host! We love it!

The place was just like the photos, very clean, easy to access and beautiful. I would definitely stay in this place again and the host, Todd was very friendly and responded very quickly. Thank you for the amazing stay!

We were passing through and looked for a nice spot to spend the night before continuing our drive the next day, and I found Josh’s place just 1.5 prior to us arriving. We were able to book and easily access the home. Josh personally reached out to confirm the booking and also provided great local recommendations. The home was clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Lots of things of things for entertainment in the home. And we enjoyed our coffee on the deck by the dock before checkout. We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely stay at this home again.

I’m not usually one to write reviews but I feel like this deserves one! I’ve stayed at multiple air bnbs over the years and I can honestly say this one is by far the best one yet! Usually there is one extra trash bag and limited supplies but this bnb had everything you needed in abundance. Although we only started 2 nights and didn’t need much this is the perfect place especially if you are planning a longer trip because you will have everything you need! The attention to details was awesome such as coat rack and towel hooks, dog blankets, dog bowls, extra charging stations, etc! There was even a wagon and a cooler if you want to watch across the street to the beach! The outdoor hose and shower were perfect after walking back from the beach! The beds were very comfortable and the area was quiet! Lori was very nice and responsive. Also one other perk is that check out is 11 compared to some places being 10! I would highly recommend staying here! Such a perfect place for 1-2 families!

We love this Airbnb!! It’s our second time here and we will come back every time we are in St. Augustine. The place is so clean and tidy. Perfect for the two of us and our two dogs. Very dog friendly with the area in the backyard for them and some nice lounge chairs. The beach is walking distance and we take our dogs there in the mornings! And for the cherry on top, Taco Shop is less than a minute walk across the street! We will be back a million times :)

Cute, quiet and a fabulous location… Near the beach and restaurants, etc. You’ll love Wendy. She’s great… Easy to work with, responsive and cheerful. We will be visiting again soon.

We are return customers! We love this home and enjoy the proximity to the beach and local day/night life. We are a family with 3 kiddos and this place is perfect for them - kid friendly and entertaining. Looking forward to our next stay soon.

Great location and easy access to the beach by way of stairs over the dunes. One story house that is a duplex. Front part of duplex is 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath but we had the separate back section of the duplex with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms that included the pool, spa and outdoor kitchen. The house is next to the main road and very little road noise. We would absolutely stay here again. The host was great. She’s very responsive and answers questions timely. The first day we got there, the toilet was running intermittently. We let the host know and she had someone there that day to fix it. There were 4 couples and the house accommodated all our needs. Three of the queen beds were on the firm side and the master king bed was firm but softer than the other three. There are TV’s in master and two of the other bedrooms. The house is comfortable, clean and very well appointed. There was plenty of hot water for all of us to shower. Extra bonus, tissue's provided throughout the house!

This house if fantastic! Quality everything inside and out. From the well equipped professional kitchen to the comfortable living spaces, we had everything we needed and then some. Christopher our host was super and made sure everything was to our comfort and convenience. Short walk to the beach and the neighborhood is a pleasure to explore. Each house is unique and the residents are all so friendly. Looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you Christopher!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was clean. The layout of the house was great for the week our daughter and her family joined us having a separate bedroom downstairs. Our favorite thing about the house was the hot tub, pool and the backyard space. It was always warmer and the fenced in yard kept the wind out on the few days it was windy and colder.

The place is comfortable and clean. The back yard and all amenities were great!! The pool was great to have but I think a little pricey to heat.

I am so glad we booked this location. Right on the beach! The kitchen was fully stock with pots and pans and all cooking items, you could have Thanksgiving dinner there if you wanted! Jodi was incredibly responsive and communicative. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb during Daytona Bike Week! The place was perfect for our group of four guys — right on the beach with a fantastic outdoor setup that made it easy to relax after long days at the event. The house was super comfortable and felt just like home, with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping right onto the beach was unbeatable. Our hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this spot ...!!!

I’m extremely picky and only nice staying in nice places. I found Danny’s place incredibly clean! You can’t beat the location. This is a private beautiful beach area away from the craziness of historical downtown, yet only about 15 minutes drive if you want to go into that area. I highly recommend anyone who wants a prime location, beautiful sunrise, and learn a thing or two about sea turtles while you’re there :)

Our recent stay at the Green Roof Beach House was an exceptional experience from start to finish and left us longing for more time in this beautiful home. This beach front property provided the perfect setting for our multi-generational family gathering. We were welcomed by a heartfelt handwritten note from our host, making us feel instantly at home. The elevator was a lovely touch for transporting luggage from the car to the living areas. The kitchen was well-stocked, allowing us to prepare and enjoy family dinners. We loved gathering around the dining table. Each bedroom was thoughtfully furnished and provided ample space and comfort for every family member. The attention to detail in the décor added to the overall ambiance of relaxation. The location allowed for easy access to local attractions, beaches, and dining options. Our only regret was that our stay was too short. We are already planning to return for another visit!

Cecilia’s place is a beautiful home that answers every ask you could come up with both inside and out. From the garage to the third floor every amenity anyone could want is available and ready. The ocean views put you at the top of the Flagler beach ocean skyline and leave everyone staring as they pass by while you’re enjoying being at home on your private balcony.

Loved how quiet and serene the house was. Not a lot of traffic. Stayed here for the Daytona 500 and didn’t mind the short drive at all. Loved having brunch at the nearby Sun Bros cafe. Would definitely recommend!
