We enjoyed staying in this charming older home! It was very spacious and comfortable for our party of 5-adults. Easy access (3-4 step) entry at front and back porch. Nicely updated Bathrooms and Kitchen with washer & dryer plus soap! Well Stocked above our expectations. 4- Bedrooms all super comfy with plush mattresses and fresh bedding. Loved the Rocking chair front porch with 6 Rockers. Mornings were a bit noisy with traffic, but evenings are quiet and pleasant. We walked safely into Historic district on side-walks (2-3 blocks). Bonus: Bikes & 2- parking passes for local garage provided. The 2 parking spots assigned at the house were tight: #1 fit our KiA (midsize suv) #2 barely fit a VW Jetta. The 2 parking passes in the city garage are helpful if a vehicle doesn't fit. This house feels private, but it's shared parking with units behind the house and a nice common area, 2 grills (charcoal) and patio tables. Pet friendly but not fenced. We hope to return soon!

House was great and very recently renovated. Very nice location, just on the edge of the historic district. Plenty of space for our group of 7. Easy 10 minute walk to main historic district or a 3 minute bike ride. Nice front and back porches, in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. Driveway has room for multiple cars no problem. Host (Ashish) was super responsive and very quick to answer our questions. Totally would rent this house again.

We really enjoyed staying at Dee’s place for Christmas that we are already discussing coming back for the summer! We didn’t think exactly how we were going to pull off a Christmas tree for Santa to bring presents to our 4yr old, but Dee informed us that they had an artificial tree with ornaments in the garage!! It was extremely easy to put up and take down. This house is in a great location, close enough for early fishing charters out of St. Augustine. Also surrounded by a good selection of golf courses to choose from. The house was very clean! We had zero issues during our stay. The pool was well heated and was able to keep up even with the very cold temperatures we had. The hot tub was very clean. We didn’t get to enjoy the pier and pond as much as we wanted due to the weather but any chance we did get out there was very enjoyable.

Perfect place for our family. The kids absolutely loved everything with all the toys and a tent ⛺️ to sleep inside. Jeri the host was so helpful and extremely kind. We would absolutely visit back!!

Everything was great, but the communication did leave some to be desired. We would love to stay here again if/when we go back to St. Augustine.

We are so grateful to Tim and Melody for providing a space where our family could be at home for a long weekend. My partner and I are in the process of creating a blended family, so this time together - and the need for it to be peaceful and joyful - was especially important for our young kids. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. We will be back!

Amazing place to stay! If you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, you will love driving on the beach at the inlet(2 left turns and 2 minutes). If not, it's a 5 minute walk. You can see historic downtown St Augustine from the beach inlet. The house was amazing. We had a smoke detector battery go bad and started to chirp, we sent a message to the host and had it taken care of within an hour! Amazing host and responsiveness! I would highly recommend this stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Danny & Andrea, and it was nothing short of perfect! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered, from the plush bedding to the well-equipped kitchen. I especially loved how close it was to all the tourist attractions!

Wendy and David were the best hosts we've ever had! They were proactive, always offering help and ideas, and they had more amenities than we could have asked for. The sewing kit was a wonderful touch and saved many wedding pictures after my son, the groom, ripped his suit during pictures with his groomsmen and a quick shuttle to pick it up. The love that Wendy and David have for their home is very evident by every detail put into every design and decorative touch. Every family member and friend that stopped by were impressed with the size, comfort and decor of the entire place. Thank you both so much! You've added to a historical memory for us!!
