This place was centrally located to my friend's RV park. Great places to walk for a bite to eat in music, beach nearby, and the heated pool was wonderful. Michael responded quickly to answer all of our questions. we would definitely stay there again

The unit was a top floor end unit in a secure complex. It was roomy enough for us to have a few guests over that were staying nearby. The bedrooms were spacious and had plenty of storage. All the furniture was in good shape except a few chairs. The balcony had great views of the pools and A1A. The place was clean and comfortable. Overall it was a great stay.

Beautiful place in a convenient location. Loved the pool area and dock to the intercostal waterway where we even saw dolphins!

Beautiful condo with lovely views of the ocean. Complex had great hot tub and pool, tennis courts and easy access to beach. Highly recommend Colony Reef Club for its proximity to historic st. Augustine, gold courses, and restaurants.

We had an l amazing stay in St Augustine! The space was beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable trip. The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and attractions. Paul was incredibly responsive and made sure our stay was seamless from start to finish.

Can't say enough about Dani and the place. She was extremely responsive and helpful with everything. And the place was great, clean, lots of space, three bedrooms and nice kitchen, plenty of places to sit/lounge, great patio with wonderful view of the outdoor pool and ocean. We had one small issue and Dani was very fast in getting it fixed. Totally recommend. A couple comments on the resort. The outdoor pool is very large and nice, but in late March it's still a bit cool and the water was very cold. So we swam a lot in the indoor pool, which is advertised as heated, but it's not very warm, warmer than the outdoor pool but could have been warmer. Also, the outdoor hot tub broke on our first day there and we were there for multiple days and it never got fixed.

Allen was a great host and we all had an incredible time. Steps to a beautiful private beach and fabulous pools. More than enough space for 7 of us in the condo. We will definitely try to stay again.

We had a great time - family came to visit in twos and loved all the amenities. The condo was in a great location with views of the ocean (and turtles in the dunes). We were close to the pool, hot tub and grill. The beach is close - and beautiful. The condo was well-stocked and our hosts were very responsive when we contacted them with a question.

We only spend a night at Vito's beach condo. Location was perfect if you want to be steps from beach and pool, and able to drive to historic district of St. Augustine. Vito is very responsive and very helpful to make sure you have what you need! Thank you very much Vito!

We had an a wonderful time at Sarah's condo. The place is just as pictured, super modern, super clean, and Sarah was super responsive. Beds are comfortable and the furniture is clean. Kitchen is well stocked too. Balcony furniture is a bit tired, but Sarah said she plans to replace it soon. The condo area is quiet and peaceful overall, and is within short walking distance of several amazing restaurants, shops, and ice cream and coffee shops. There is even an amazing donut shop across the street. The beach is also right across the street and has restroom facilities. The beach itself is super nice and clean. We highly recommend Sarah's condo!

Ken’s place was clean and well equipped with everything you would need for a nice vacation. The view of the courtyard, pool and ocean were great. Ken was super responsive and a great host. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at The Blue Heron!!! The house was immaculate and elegantly decorated. The space was perfect for 7 guests. Plenty of room to enjoy the home without tripping over one another. The well appointed and up-kept home made our vacation stay very enjoyable. From the smallest details to wonderful amenities we could not ask for a nicer place to stay! Hosts were very responsive and helpful without intruding on our privacy, recommending local restaurants and giving helpful advice about the area. Came down for spring break with my wife and 3 daughters. Neighborhood is great with community pool and playground. Lots of kids around which kept my kids entertained. 25 minute drive to St Augustine and 20 minute drive to Mickler's beach, which I recommend if you're traveling with family. The area has a lot of stores going up so anything you may need is a short driveway. Have saved this location for next year

Lauren’s home was very cozy and a perfect location to spend a few days with our kids and spouses. We’ve stayed in St Augustine several times before but never in this area. Loved the neighborhood! Very established and quiet but walkable to food, drinks and activities. House had everything we needed plus and yard was incredible! Enjoyed the back deck and hot tub daily!

We really enjoyed our stay at Theresa’s house. She was flexible for us to check in easy and wonderful kitchen amenities and abeautiful. We would recommend anyone to stay there. The pictures match the space and the space was clean and well kept.

We had a great time for our family trip. The house had a great layout for our family and provided what we needed. Having the pool heated during March allowed us to enjoy ourselves even though it was a bit chilly for the ocean during our visit. Communication was great and helpful during our stay stay. Would recommend.

Gorgeous, clean home with top notch amenities! Clear instructions and everything we could’ve needed for a fun weekend. Close enough to all the things but far enough away for more privacy and relaxation. Great hosts!

What a great vacation home! Jessica has truly thought of everything and you need to bring nothing! Location was great. Neighborhood was great and this was maybe one of the best vacation homes we’ve ever had to fit our family! Jessica is extremely responsive and very adaptable to your needs and requests! Highly recommend!

The stay at Laura and Jeremy’s place was great, everything was as described, and the hosts were very friendly and communicative. We appreciate how fast they replied, and how clean and nice was the place. Despite the pool which was in need of some maintenance, Laura and Jeremy let us know well in advance, and offered alternative for taking care of it even during our stay, though we did not needed, as with a 5 months old, we weren’t planning to use the pool. However, I am sure it will get fixed, seeing how much they care about their place. Thank you so much for having us there and we will come back for sure.
