Our family was in town for a memorial for my mother in law. The home gave us a spot to be together and enjoy each other’s company and to reflect on the memories of her and the many years she spent in Palm Coast. The amenities such as the pool table and ping pong table were used by all and helped to keep us all occupied and entertained. The home is in a centralized location to food and shopping and just a 15 minute ride to Flagler Beach.

Nice house. Nice heated pool. Fully equipped kitchen. Short walk to the ocean.

Jody’s place is a great place to have a quiet, close to the beach house within a few minutes of driving to Saint Augustine. Lots of great bedroom, space, and lots of room. I would highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit the Saint Augustine area!

I met up with my friends from all over the country at Lili's beautiful home. We were immediately welcomed with a sign with my name on it as we entered the door. We had gone out to the pool when we first arrived, and Lili sited us there, so she came in to introduce herself. She gave us so many great recommendations about St. Augustine. Easy walking distance to the downtown area sites. We hope to return and will definitely rent from Lili again. The beds were comfortable, lots of clean towels, plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bathroom made our stay very easy. Thanks again Lili!

My husband, little dog, and I loved the Southern Charmer! It was a great place to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We stayed at Pauline’s house next door last year for my birthday and I had stayed there another time with my husband’s sisters. Both houses are great and the location cannot be beat. Close to downtown but in a quiet residential area so it is very peaceful. The views from the Southern Charmer are beautiful. Pauline is a great host. Super responsive and accommodating.

Quiet location. Walking distance to downtown area. Theresa was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. Communication was smooth, and she made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

this place was great. pool was warm very clean and had lifejackets for kids and floating devices for adults. the home itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay and then some. Nicky always responded to any question quickly. Great host. The location is a bit further from the historic area (15 minutes) but hey you can't have everything. It was in a quiet residential area which adds to the peaceful surroundings. We definitely recommend this home and this host. Thanks for everything Nicky. Hopefully we will be back as St Augustines is a beautiful place to explore 😊

This is a great spot for a St Augustine visit with the family. Nice pool and hot tub, comfortable house with all the amenities, including a well-stocked kitchen and some fun games. Walkable to some shops and restaurants and quiet neighborhood. Very nice place.

This place was just as advertised, affordable, and a great place to stay for a nice getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

Well, first of all, OMG!!! This place was AMAZING!! This house was beautiful and was more than what we asked for. This house had everything we needed and then some. The layout of the house was perfect, from the room sizes, private bedroom suite downstairs with its on kitchen to the deck upstairs and backed private fenced in back yard. It’s conveniently located to all the local attractions we were interested in visiting! We started an annual trip to the Daytona Beach last year and decided this year that we would go to St Augustine. Well I happen to find this house on here and oh we are so GLAD WE DID! The host of this house are GREAT and their prompt responses make the communication process great. They got back to me in 15 minutes the times I was inboxed. I’m already planning to place our booking dates for next year in March. I now don’t want to stay any place else but here everytine I come to the area. This house has been placed on the top of the list of vacation spots.

My stay was absolutely amazing! I extended it as long as I could. Not only was the property incredibly clean, but it was decorated beautifully as well. The location is walkable to Historic Downtown, and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Overall an amazing property to stay in while exploring St. Augustine. A huge thank you to the Host, James, who was very responsive as well!

David was an awesome host. He was excellent at communication and my family and I had a fantastic time staying in Palm Coast while we checked out Colleges for our oldest daughter. We even had to extend our stay (unexpectedly) and he made the process easy peasy! We would definitely stay there again!

We loved the house, it’s in a good location that’s close to everything we wanted to do & see. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware and utensils. I loved that we had a fridge upstairs and downstairs and that both floors have their own living area. In short it was better than we expected and we probably will stay here again in the future!

Fantastic location! We were able to walk most every place we wanted to visit. The house is located in a neighborhood experiencing positive change through renovations. There were three of us, & we felt safe walking after dark from St George St. The house has been remodeled & had everything we needed for our stay. There is even a small back deck area with outdoor table & chairs. Parking for our one vehicle was easy. Pictures in the listing are current and what we found upon arrival. The house was very clean. Blake was proactive with communication & made sure we knew he was available if needed. We would stay again if back in the area.

Staying at Matt and Tashas was great. Its a serene home with all the basic amenities you need. Its very clean and centrally located to crescent beach and st augustine downtown. Matt was very communicative and proactive if I needed anything. It was greatly appreciated as I ended up having to do the trip alone instead of with my friend like I originally planned. The sitting area in the backyard was also very private and made for peaceful mornings enjoying the sunshine and birds chirping with a cup of tea. Overall a great stay in a quaint location with a lot of tranquility & convenience.

This cottage met all expectations and is just what we've been looking for in this area. We will definitely stay here again each year on our way home from South Florida! Comfy beds, reading lights in bedrooms and living room. Great location. Great host! We love it!

The home was beautiful and clean. Great location. Palm Coast is a peaceful and beautiful community.

We needed a reprieve from Chicagoland winter and Erin's place came to our rescue! We had never been to this part of Florida and we'll be back. (Hope others stay away though, it's a hidden gem!) Such friendly neighbors as you walk by about 30 houses on the way to the beach every day...they made it feel like a neighborhood we felt comfortable in. Seriously...we 'owned' the beach! The great February weather didn't hurt either! We paid to keep the pool heated and swam almost everyday. What's there not to love?! House is stocked with everything imaginable you could need. We used their bikes often to tool around the area and that was a great perk. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were HUGE and also well stocked with essentials. We'll be back to the area and will def be calling Erin up again to use her "Haven in the Hammock"!

This cottage is such a peaceful place! Very clean, very kind and responsive host, and many magical surprises: a rooster and chicken running about the yard, a kids' circus tent and yoga mat in one of the closets, and the best outfitted and elegant laundry room we've ever seen. Plus, the living room, kitchen and dining table are all in a huge open space that was perfect for family conversation and relaxing after our intense, destination-wedding event in the historic downtown. We also enjoyed the glass chess set in the living room, the fancy folded towels on the beds, and walking to Maracuya on King Street for amazing Peruvian coffee and pastries. One of the best AirBnB's we have stayed in! Thanks!

It was a great place for us. A quiet area. The house was large enough to allow us to not be in each others way. Roman was very helpful throughout the complete process. We plan to book this property again next year.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay!! The outdoor area was perfect for our families. Loved the tiki bar, pools and hot tub!! The houses were very clean and everything was exact to the description. Jessica was perfect host and quickly responded to any questions we had. Highly recommend! We had a blast!
