This place is perfect for anyone looking to be close to downtown St. Augustine. It is the perfect walking distance so there is no need for parking or an Uber. Gabriel, the host, is also extremely responsive and helpful. 10/10 would stay here again!

Amazing fishing cabin! Everything you need to walk right out the back door on to the dock to fish! Loved having the kayak and the ramp! The sunsets were amazing!!! The house had everything we needed for an amazing family trip! Excellent location! Walking distance to a few great places to eat and less than 45 minutes to downtown ST Augustine. We will for sure be back!!!

House was just as beautiful as in the pictures. Plenty of space for all of us in our group. Outdoor shower was great to use after a day at the beach, before we got in the pool. Short walk to the beach from the house. Very quiet neighborhood. The extra fridge in the garage was a welcomed bonus. We had a great time and would definingly recommend to everyone. We also had no problem getting Ubers to downtown on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Frank’s place was perfect!!! Exceeded our expectations! Everything was nice and clean, the kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor area is the star of the show! Couldn’t have been better! Will definitely return!

This AirBnB was perfect for our girls trip! Very spacious and easy to find. This house was very close to all attractions and convenient in every way. Highly recommend!

It was such a lovely stay .. I enjoy my coffee out in the porch and relaxed in the couch , it really felt like home . The kitchen Fully equipped , every space was very comfortable.. A wonderful get away . Thank you Mr. Fred

Very nice, very clean. The town was super quiet but it was lovely. Lake is just a couple blocks to walk with a nice dock and pavilion close by. Would definitely stay here again.

First of all, Angie is an amazing host. She gave me clear directions from the beginning and she was very responsive. The place is beautiful and spacious, full of natural light and all the appliances needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had a great time and we are looking forward to coming back soon.

Had an absolute wonderful time. The view is so amazing and the balcony goes on forever. The condo is on the corner so you get views from the front and back. It's right by the stairs so that's handy. There are 2 boardwalks to the beach with seating and it's also right next to the clubhouse and pool. If you are looking for the perfect place for your vacation don't hesitate! You won't regret it!

This was our first trip to St Augustine and this home absolutely made our stay fabulous. The home is beautiful, spotless, well appointed and comfortable. Every detail has been thought of and provided. We loved being in a historic neighborhood and learning all about it on our trolley tour. It is definitely walkable into the downtown area. We enjoyed walking a few blocks and enjoying the Blues Festival at a neighborhood church. Wow! The music was excellent. Starting and ending each day on the gorgeous back deck lakeside was glorious. I highly recommend this home and hope to be back in the future.

The captains cottage was a perfect place for our family, it exceeded expectations, the lake was beautiful, there were bikes and a paddle boat we used almost every day. There was wildlife galore in the lake. The local restaurants were top notch. This was exactly the peaceful, quiet place and neighborhood we were looking for.

It was just as pictured. You have to appreciate the little touches that tied everything to the theme of the house. Easy walking distance to town. Nice and quiet. Had everything we needed and plenty of extras! Definitely recommend! Look forward to staying there again in the future!

We had an extended stay at Jocelyn and Jared’s. Their home was comfortable, well appointed, and clean. We spent so much time in the Florida room, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our working vacation, and would absolutely choose this cottage to stay at again! The proximity to the James Holland park was wonderful for exercising ourselves and our dogs. The street can be a little busy but we were there over the 500 and bike week, so everything was busier than normal. Great proximity to toms of amenities, activities, and hallmark attractions.

This estate is gorgeous, peaceful, secluded little spot, beautifully renovated, nice and quiet little location, perfect for a peaceful getaway! Allison was very responsive and helpful with any questions. The place was very clean. I love that. They are pet friendly my dog enjoyed running around in the yard. We had a great time.
