This location is Amazing! Me and my husband parked when we arrived and didn’t use the car again until we left. Lots of things to do close by! The place was quiet and quaint, exactly what we were looking for.

We had an amazing stay. Great location, very walkable to everything in Downtown St. Augustine! Nice restaurants and shopping nearby. Apartment was very cute, clean and cozy. Nice size place which is very comfortable for two people. Host was very friendly and responsive, and had great recommendations for dining and activities in the area.

This place was a gem and I would happily stay again. First, the location is excellent--you can easily walk into town, to local shops, or even just go downstairs to the local bar if you want a third space public living room vibe. It's far enough from the tourist crowds but also close enough to walk and avoid the headache of parking downtown. The food truck nearby is tasty! The space itself was super comfy and had everything I needed. I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella! The bed was pretty soft and bouncy, which might not be ideal if you like it super firm. The patio space was also really nice--just a place to hang out or have coffee. Liz was super welcoming when we chatted and responded quickly when I had a question. Thank you!

Brenda’s place is a cozy home-base from which to explore St. Augustine. Perfect for a couple who want to get away for a weekend. You will share walls with somebody else but never got bothered or annoyed by the other guests.

Beautiful location and unit had everything you need. Very secure - gated community and within the community you need a key fob to access the elevators to the unit. Lots of places outdoors to walk and enjoy. Well maintained.

We were very comfortable and had what we needed in their studio apt. I texted to get more coffee and they responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy, hosts were responsive, and the condo is so nice and very clean!! We had a great time, it truly is close to everything ❤️

I loved all the closets and dressers. Plenty of room to settle in and spacious. the bedrooms were very nice along with the bathrooms and kitchen. I was able to cook all I wanted while there. The neighborhood was very safe and enjoyable for walking and also having a dog.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving here with very roomy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again .

Kelly's house was amazing. Everything was spotless new and clean. We went to St. Augustine to attend the celtic festival. Her house was a short 5 min ride to downtown. Kelly's communication was great, we got there early and was allowed in the house right away. Beautiful home, I would highly recommend.

Tina was thoughtful and easy to work with. The space was impeccably clean, safe, very pleasant, had excellent amenities, and the location was outstanding. It truly felt like home. Thank you, Tina, for allowing us to stay there!

Justin was an amazing host! He was extremely responsive and very friendly. He gave us great recommendations for the area and answered any and all questions we had! We would recommend his place to stay it was extremely walkable and comfortably fit 5 of us!

We stayed at Ricardo’s for a month. The place was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw plenty of wildlife even though we were in a neighborhood. Ricardo was always responsive. It is located close to st. Augustine and Daytona beach. We spent some time at Flagler beach which is really close. We will stay here again!

My husband, dog Stella and I had a wonderful months stay at Krysta‘s house. The house and yard were lovely as was the neighborhood. We enjoyed walking our dog around the neighborhood and met many nice folks. The location was also ideal to get to the old town and the beaches. The house was a wonderful size, a comfy master bedroom and nice kitchen. A perfect place for 4 but even with 6 it was worked! We enjoyed the house and the backyard a lot and the one minor issue we had was taken care of by Krysta immediately. I’d highly recommend staying at this Airbnb.

the 4 of us stayed for a month. Everything we needed was there. All of us are in our 60's. it was nice to be on the ground floor and parking right outside the door. The property is gated but very accessible with the key card. we enjoyed local resterants Connelly' grill and the Hurricane grill, which had live music while we sat outside eating. Ashley was very responsive to any questions we had.

Excellent place to visit historic St. Augustine! Easy walking distance to everything but away from the pubs/bars area to have a good sleep. Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable. Plan to stay again!

Place was well stocked with appliances and items needed for the stay. Would absolutely book again.

We had a great stay at Kurt and Courtney’s place. The location was wonderful, with the beautiful ocean beach and tennis courts, just steps from the condo. The space was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Kurt and Courtney were extremely helpful and responsive. We had a small problem with a smoke detector and they had it taken care of immediately. We recommend Kurt and Courtney’s place for any one who plans on staying in St. Augustine Beach!

Sadie was such a great host, very responsive and helpful when we needed something. No complaints about the place, weather wasn’t the nicest so we didn’t get to use the pool or kayaks but all around a good stay

The condo was the perfect escape from the Canadian winter. The location was close to all the amenities that you would need. Gated community was very safe. Easy to get to off the I95. Easy drive to down town and old St Augustine. Would recommend to anybody. Corrie and Christa
