A very comfortable and scenic place to stay. Only drawback was the air freshener throughout condo. It caused migraines for 2 of our party. I notified Candis who was thankful for the information and would take care of it going forward.

Caio and Arlene's unit is located in a beautiful location with great access to the beach. Their place was very clean and the surroundings were quiet. They are both responsive and pleasurable to work with. I hope to stay at their unit next year for another golf outing.

A really nice place. Perfect location on the beach. Friendly people in the other units. We loved it and had a great time.

Cheryl and Paul were excellent hosts. Present if you had a question or needed them and in the background if you wanted privacy. Very clean and nicely decorated. Perfect for 2!

The house was beautiful and in a nice location, not too far from downtown. Beth was very responsive, and when we had a slight issue with the water, she had the city there within the hour to address it at 10pm. Overall, very nice place to stay when visiting St. Augustine!

Loved our stay here. The location couldn’t have been better for walking to the downtown area, and yet it was quiet and peaceful. The house looks gorgeous at night with all of the outside lights and the view across the water. The neighborhood felt very safe and we felt comfortable walking around at all times. Would definitely stay here again if in St. Augustine.

Our recent stay at Emmily’s Isla Antigua 1 bedroom villa served as an excellent winter getaway. From the location to the furnishings to the amenities it offered everything that we were looking for in an extended stay. Great pool and gym and just a few miles from St Augustine beaches and attractions. Walking distance from Black Molly Restaurant which in our opinion was one of the best in St Augustine. Emmily responded with great sense of urgency to our questions and requests. Completely satisfied!

Melody’s place was perfect for our family trip during Thanksgiving. It was so amazing to be footsteps away from beach. Highly recommended!

This is a great place to get away and a GREAT view of the lake.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious, clean and there is lots to do. The host made sure we have everything we need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. We will be back.

I've hosted over 25 retreats in the area, and this home was one of the best homes I've rented. So peaceful and tranquil, it was perfect for our group. Patricia was and is quick to respond to any questions, mostly before we arrived. It's a lovely home. I can't wait to rent it again. Jenny Hardy

We loved our stay and Paul and Natalie’s! The house was bigger and more beautiful than the photos even show! It was extremely roomy, very clean and located in a phenomenal area close to everything! The house was extremely kid friendly, and Natalie responded very quickly every time we reached out. We would absolutely return!

Things I loved at Carla's: *The view is beautiful! Deer and birds in the morning were wonderful. *Access to downtown and beaches was easy. *I felt safe and the condo is on the end so it was private. *I appreciated how she has everything you need for a beach day!! Cooler, chairs, towels, umbrella, etc.

I had an amazing time! The Condo was fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen 💕 the views were stunning and the pool was relaxing. Perfect location.

My daughter and I came to Florida for a little get away from our cold Canadian winters. There was a little glitch getting into the condo but Sarah responded immediately and rectified the situation. The home is in a wonderful complex. Safety and cleanliness are always high in my must haves and this home more than satisfied those needs. Highly recommend staying here!

We had an incredible stay at Phil's apartment in Palm Coast! The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. The amenities were top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was fantastic—close to stunning beaches, pool ,great restaurants, and lovely parks. We loved exploring the area and taking in the beautiful surroundings. Phil was an excellent host, providing us with all the information we needed for a perfect vacation.
