Our family had a great stay at Ken's place! He was a very attentive host. With a son in the Air Force, this was our first Christmas together in several years and Ken provided us with a Christmas tree. The house has everything we needed; well stocked kitchen, two large bathrooms, and plenty of living space to spread out. The house feels nicely lived in with books, games, and toys appropriate for adults and children. We spent many nights playing board games at the large dining table. The location is a quiet neighborhood with great mountain views and close to everything; town, shopping, main roads. We even got a lucky view of the Northern Lights from the back porch! I would love to come back in the summer to relax on the deck, look at the mountains, cook on the grill, and watch for animals. Thanks for a wonderful stay Ken!

Lovely place! Linda and Rick were so friendly and helpful. They are experts of surrounding exploration and fishing. They provided a lot of useful information touring around Anchorage. 100% recommend!

The cabin by the lake was absolutely perfect. Home was very clean, comfortable and well appropriated. Matched the description perfectly. We stayed 8 days due to a medical procedure at the hospital. Our favorite features include the distance to the hospital, very quiet secure location with view of the lake. We have and will continue to refer this property to others. We will also stay there for future trips to town. Everything was awesome. 5 stars for sure.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home in Anchorage! It was spacious, super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do. Jenny's place is clean, quiet, well-equipped and beautiful! the location is very close to downtown Anchorage, has access to restaurants, the lagoon is only a couple minutes away, and the neighborhood overall is very walkable. I'd love to stay here again!

Great place to stay, not too far from hospitals or Ak airlines center. Definitely had the privacy although you are connected with their house. It has all the essentials in the kitchen to cook meals. Turning on the electric fireplace to set the ambiance and right temp of your liking during winter months was a bonus! As we have our own fire stove, this was home away from home. We were allowed to have a dinner with extended family and that was perfect! Thank you so much Nathalie!!!

This was one of our best airbnb experiences ever. Joy was a fantastic host. She really went above and beyond with the local tips and (multiple!) welcome baskets, and accommodating our schedule. Her place is super spacious and comfortable, we appreciated and enjoyed the wide selection of board games and the proximity to Kincaid Park. We can't wait to come back! 10/10 host, thank you!!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean and cozy with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had all the details for a smooth check-in. The location was perfect—within a short drive to downtown Anchorage, great restaurants, and beautiful outdoor spots. It was the ideal base for exploring the area, whether heading to hiking trails or just enjoying the city. Overall, a great experience! I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Anchorage.

Super clean and quiet! Exactly what we needed while we waited for our flight the next morning.

Ayannas place was perfectly equipped for my few day stay with my daughter. It had a plethora of amenities and was close to a lot of stores/activities. The neighborhood was walkable as well. Other guest were friendly and respectful during our stay. My favorite part is the immediate at home feeling you get when you walk in. Also the memory foam bed was perfect to sleep in after a long day of traveling. Whether you're just visiting Alaska or from here I'd recommend her place for both short and long term stays. :)

The home was in a central location of Anchorage. Not far from airport or downtown. Quiet neighborhood and nice yard. Home was old but nicely decorated and clean. Fit our needs at a good price.

The pictures & description are exactly as things are. The directions for check-in & check-out are simple & clear. The hosts are very quick and responsive. The space was roomy, but also cozy and had everything we needed, plus a cute "sʻmores kit", ear plugs and eye sleeping masks. Shower water pressure and temperature were great. Beds comfy. The full kitchen and a washer and dryer are one of my favorite parts of having an AirBnB. But, the absolute BEST part about this space--there were no smelly, toxic scents filling the space. I am so appreciative of spaces that donʻt have plug-in scents, heavily scented linens, etc. Also, smoking of any kind is not allowed in or outside of the space. My family and I are very sensitive to scents of all sorts, so it was great to not have to worry about this on our first trip to Alaska. The location is good - seemed to be about 10-15 minutes from Anchorage attractions (downtown, the Zoo, airport, etc). I would absolutely book this location again.

Really cute little apartment. Felt very homey and cozy. The deck had an epic view and the bed was super comfy. Great parking options and super nice hosts! Would stay here again. 😊
