We spent the weekend here for my partners bday. We stayed in The Nest and it was absolutely stunning. We paid for a balloon tower too which was HUGE! Well worth the money. The wildlife is incredible, we were lucky enough to see a kingfisher and many other birds. Sadly it was too dark to see the otters this time of year. The location was quiet and in touch with nature. We switched all the lights off outside in the hot tub and saw many shooting stars. Natalie was a very friendly and responsive host. The location is 9 min drive to Louth and we ate out at The Ranch which has incredible food alongside tons of other restaurants and the town is beautiful. Mablethorpe is also only a 20 minute drive and the beach is lovely with plenty of arcades! All facilities were clean and comfortable, and we had parking right outside our cabin. We absolutely will be back to stay in spring next year! Thank you Natalie for a wonderful weekend ❤️

Had a relaxing time at the cottage. The house was lovely and comfortable with lots of little homely touches, the dogs also enjoyed themselves as we were only a short walk from the beach, town was very close also so we could pop in for coffee and a bite to eat. Great location, Claire and Kevin have done a great job of the place to make us feel at home. We will definitely return to Avocet House. Andy, Andrea, Custard &Dottie.

My daughter (and her dog) and I had a really lovely 2 night stay here and wished we were staying longer :) Everything was wonderful the cabin (everything you needed, comfortable and clean), the location (looking out to a lake and within easy walking distance to the beach) we had a lovely relaxing stay. We contacted Judy after the place we originally booked wasn’t as described and we urgently had to find somewhere else. She was incredibly helpful and allowed us to book in very early on a Sunday morning. Location is lovely, although not our first choice (we originally booked walking distance from beach) but non the less a great place to explore the wolds but also a very close drive to the beach. My son loved the pool table. Lovely BBQ also available to use. Apartment extremely well equipped and the kitchen had everything you could want from a self catering apartment. Beds very comfortable. Cot for baby, high chair and even cot bedding (nice touch!) was provided, so would definitely recommend it for families.

So peaceful, and spotless. We landed and did nothing. Just what was needed. Well we caught a fish 🐠 Thank you for hosting us Jodie and Stevie

My partner and I stayed here with our little Pomeranian dog and 2 friends. It was lovely as soon as we walked in with the Christmas decorations up for our stay w/c 23-27 for Christmas Day and Boxing Day! Was very relaxing and cosy! Everything I needed in the kitchen to do a perfect Christmas dinner 🎄🎅🏼. Definitely would love to come back and stay! ☺️

Amazing place to stay if you’re looking for something quiet and peaceful. Moreover, Jules and Paul were incredible hosts and made us feel like home. Can’t wait to visit again soon

Overall a lovely stay. Took about 12 hours to warm up but then it was comfortable. Cheryl was quick to respond to a concern we had discovered. Not much parking nearby - depending on time of day we had to drive around a bit to find a hard standing space. Nice quiet site at end of sept.

My husband and two young children stayed for 3 days and it was absolutely wonderful. Caravan was beautiful, so many extras to make it feel like home. The hamper upon entry was a lovely surprise also children’s room was made up especially! So grateful, the kids loved every minute, especially the hot tub! Would love to stay again in the future. Thankyou!!!!
