This is our second visit to Jon's listing. We enjoy the location and easy access to the Kentucky Horse Park. The apartment is lovely and very spacious and was accommodating for 5 people. I highly recommend this property.

This place was beautiful! And convenient parking directly in front of the apartment. Ground floor units can be a bit creepy but we felt completely safe!

We spent 2 nights here. It was an ideal location to explore this historic capitol city with a small town vibe. It's within walking distance of bars and restaurants and a short drive to several distilleries. Check in and check out we're very easy and the place itself was comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this apartment and did not want to leave! Close to Keeneland and convenient to all the major horse farms we came to visit. We will be back!

James was a wonderful host and we loved staying at his airbnb apartment! Everything was super comfortable and spacious and we will 100% book again if coming back to Lexington!

Our stay at Nora’s abode was easy and so comfortable! The home was very clean, Nora was responsive with our questions, and we loved being able to walk to cute coffee shops and around the beautiful neighborhood. 10/10 recommend.

My stay here was wonderful. The apartment is beautiful and so peaceful and serene. The bathroom is gorgeous, the bed was so comfy. Kathy was wonderful to speak to and I felt right at home. I would absolutely stay here again if I am ever back this way.

Great little spot, literally across the street from 4-5 great restaurants! Midway is a peaceful little “Mayberry” town. Quaint and picturesque Main Street with a train. Apartment was very clean and exactly as described. Host sent check-in info the day before so we were ready to go when we arrived. Perfect spot for our trip to the area.

Heather’s place was perfect for our trip to Keeneland and the bourbon trail. She communicated very well and the check in and out processes were super easy. The place was described accurately and it met all of our needs!

We booked very last minute as our previous Airbnb had a water issue. Everything was clean, as pictured. Close to Keenland, some great hikes. The home provided lots of entertainment for the 6 kids and plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Lots of thought went into providing everything one would need like easy device charging, spices in the kitchen and a coffee station.

Floretta is amazing! Her house is clean, comfortable and welcoming. She gave great directions to the house. Gave lots of ideas of things to do and places to eat. When we arrived we noticed the attention to details. She had a variety of snacks, lots of information on local things to do. The home is in a peaceful valley where we could enjoy our morning coffee while on the deck listening to the birds singing. We look forward to staying there again!

We recently rented this charming house for a two-night getaway, and it was everything we hoped for and more! Nestled in a remote and beautiful location, the setting was absolutely stunning—ideal for a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The house itself was cozy and well-equipped, providing us with all the amenities we needed. We loved the various activities available on-site, which kept us entertained during our stay. Whether it was playing games, enjoying some downtime, or just soaking in the peaceful surroundings, there was never a dull moment. One minor downside was the weather; we wished it would have cooperated a bit more so we could fully enjoy walking the grounds and taking in the breathtaking views. However, we made the most of our time indoors and had a fantastic time catching up and relaxing. This place was stunning! Very spacious & clean. Close to town, yet secluded! It perfectly accommodated our family of 5 adults & 9 children PLUS it’s pet friendly!! The kids & my dog had so much room to play inside & outside! We enjoyed the large hot tub the most. We had snacks/drinks at our arrival, 5 TVs with installed Netflix, a game room that included an additional “living room” area, cooking utensils + seasonings, covered parking for 3 vehicles, perfect lighting, fire pit, washer/dryer, hiking & an indoor/outdoor dining area including LARGE tables. Bunks have one pull out bed! Our stay was around Christmas & we had a Christmas tree + holiday decor! This place has a beautiful front yard view. The master bedroom is massive! The master bath room has installed heating for the open shower. The pictures do not do this place justice. Perfect for large families/multiple small families. We truly could not have asked for a better place to stay with such a wonderful/responsive host! 10/10!!!

Mike's place was absolutely perfect for our Bourbon Trail homestead, being closely located to several distilleries and within a short drive to Louisville and Lexington. The home is very comfy and very clean, with a huge kitchen and all of the necessary supplies to cook. The beds were all comfortable, and we definitely appreciated the two full baths. It was a bit chilly but the outdoor area, fire pit, and cigar bar all looked like great things to enjoy in warmer weather.

The place was a nice retreat from city life. The location was in a nice quiet area with barely any noise. When we arrived it was super clean and ready to be stayed in. Had everything we needed to stay for about a month. If you needed food or anything, Kroger is literally a minute drive from the location. Also want to give a shout out to our host, Katie. She is a amazing host, any questions or concerns I had were immediately answered. She is very kind and welcoming! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Shelbyville. Wonderful place!

We stayed in the Four Roses Suit and it was wonderful. This was during the snow and it felt really cozy and was had a great HVAC system heated up fast and stayed warm all night easily. Walking distance to Vallozzi’s which is excellent, and the coffee shop on the corner is really great too. Host were responsive and good to deal with. Highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our brief time in this beautifully restored apartment and would gladly stay again. The owners have done a fantastic job maintaining the historic feel of the building while also ensuring all modern conveniences. The location in the middle of the beautiful Kentucky horse country is also terrific. Thank you for a very nice stay.

I was in town for the basketball tournament. I could not have been more pleased with the property and the location. It was close to Rupp and UK. Plenty of restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute drive and the place was just as advertised and pictured, for a wonderful price.

2nd time staying here -- this time for the NCAA Tournament. Just a terrific location near a game arcade plus Rupp Arena and right next to a solid list of drink/food options. The only concern a group could have with this place -- one bedroom is 2 single beds. Another bedroom is closest to the walkway below near a pizzeria and brewery. So at night, if you're trying to go to sleep, you can potentially hear all of that below. But if you ask me, that's a small price to pay for a helluva entertaining area and awesome lodgings!

We stayed during the Great Flood of the Kentucky River in April, 2025 and were evacuated due to flooding. Jon was extremely communicative and helpful and so friendly. Great host!

The Oaks was a perfect spot for our family of four. We visited the Creation Museum, the Ark and the Kentucky Horse Park and were conveniently located to all. We loved walking around Georgetown and the convenience to shops and restaurants. Shanita was a fantastic host! Because we read the directions wrong, and it was a rainy night, we had a hard time finding the Oaks. But Shanita jumped on the phone with me until we were unlocking the unit! She was fantastic!! A great spot!
