We choose this location so we could be close to Clemson University for the football game. Highly suggest this location especially with a group of people .

We came for the night to watch our daughter’s softball game at a nearby University and it was perfect. We were able to cook her a home cooked meal and just enjoy time together. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Beautiful house and scenery. Had a nice family vacation on the water. The house was perfect for a family. The boat bed was a hit with our daughter, she thought it was so cool. Nice patio with fire pit which is a plus. Neighborhood seems very safe. Very quaint town so it’s more of a relaxing and outdoorsy kind of vacation spot. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Moonshine Bay was the perfect place to spend the holidays. Very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake. We loved the outdoor space and hope to return when the weather warms up for the water sports! Thank you Jamie for a memorable vacation.

The house is beautifully done. It was a cute spot and along the river. To the river is a small hike, but worth it. Love all the updated appliances, the decor, the beds were so comfy!!!! The only downside I would say is some of the neighbors, I believe across the river were shooting guns. So if this is something that makes you uncomfortable I would not stay here as it was a lot. I do understand it was after Christmas and on new years but just a small heads up. Again this house is awesome and would stay again!

Beautiful spacious home in an exceptionally tranquil setting. The amenities available in the home exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this home and would love to return there if ever in the area again.

I am a consultant working on a project here in Hartwell and stayed at Dan's place for 4 months. Dan is an absolutely amazing host. He is communicative, attentive, and ALWAYS very quick to respond. The place is beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I had no issues feeling at home the entire time I was staying here. I will look to book here first when I come back to Hartwell later this year. By far one of the best airbnb we've stayed at. Janet and Craig were so nice and accommodating and went out their way to make sure we had a great stay. The airbnb was so beautiful and cozy just what we needed to relax. The home also had everything we needed and was so clean. The best part was the scenery and the boat dock. Nothing better then getting up and the boat already in the water at the dock so we can fish right away. Such a fun trip can't wait to come back.

Truly enjoyed our stay at Margaret's place. Spotlessly clean, and everything is very thoughtfully provided. Very generous check-in and departure times. Margaret went above and beyond to find out a good hiking spot when asked before our arrival. Morning coffee on the porch by the gardens was a perfect start to the day. Would not hesitate to return!

With the exception of me writing down and texting the wrong # in my phone and wondering why I was not getting a response...haha, Mark and Candy were very responsive. When I finally texted the right #, they responded right away. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt relaxed, welcomed, and at home. Candles, soft music playing, and welcome notes for us all made us feel like we were we we needed to be. I was in the area for a few days for a job interview and to get a lay of the land and this place made the perfect landing spot each evening. Mark and Candy were completely respectful of our privacy while also being friendly and responsive. My wife especially liked playing Pacman on the old arcade machine; took her back to her childhood. Thank you Mark and Candy! Hope we have the need and opportunity to stay again! Glenn and Michele

Clemson visitors, don’t miss this gem! A perfect place to visit the university and surrounding area. Joseph was incredibly responsive, super friendly, and very flexible. The condo is well set up and spotless. We look forward to staying again sometime soon! Thank you, Joseph!

Tracy’s place was great! She is lovely and will check in with you the entire time to make sure you have everything you need. She kept the place great and was very responsive to anything I needed during my stay. Her place was easy to access and in a great spot close to the hospital for my rotation there. It was also safe and I never felt uneasy!

Perfect place close to Clemson! Comfortable and spacious with everything you need. So much better than staying at a hotel! Wish I had known about this place sooner!

Al & Tara were friendly and responsive from booking to check out. The place is a nice size. Everything was spotless and the bed was cozy. The only thing they may have said in their description and maybe I missed it but there isn’t a kitchen sink in the kitchenette area. This was fine with us because we were visiting our son at Clemson and didn’t spend much meal time in the apartment. We highly recommend.

This is the perfect stay for what a fisherman or Woman needs. The cabin is clean and decor was perfect and rustic with finished log lab countertops.The bed was comfortable. But the real thing that stands out is a covered boat shed with gate that can be locked. Deanna and her husband were outstanding and make you feel like family.Perfect stay

This host was wonderful to work with. They have been very responsive to us when we needed to contact them. Have been very accommodating to our ever changing schedule. This host has gone over and beyond to meet our needs. We highly recommend them to anyone needing lodging accommodations in this area.

Had a good stay - 3 moms with 3 sons on a Clemson college visit. Boys loved the game room! One of our sons left his wallet in the house as we left and the host worked hard to contact us before we left the area to return the wallet.

The little blue house on the lake was absolutely gorgeous! My husband and I enjoyed our time there thoroughly! The views were stunning, and the house was quaint and clean ❤️
