Wonderful stay! Cozy place, easy instructions, well equipped for what we were looking for.

My kiddos went and stayed for Valentines Day, and they had a great time. It was quiet, clean and cozy. it's still close to the big city and a short drive to necessities. The kitchen countertop was absolutely beautiful. Will definitely stay again!

Clean, cozy home in a convenient location. Bryce and Callie are very responsive and thoughtful hosts. Definitely recommend staying with them.

Beautiful sunrises, mountain views, and bright stars to experience some of Idaho's special treasures. We felt like we were in a stand alone house, high ceilings, solid, newly built, and larger than expected. I am very particular about cleanliness and felt very comfortable here. Nice furnishings. And what delightful hosts, Jolene and Steve sincerely wanted our stay to be wonderful and care about their place. We will return and highly recommend.

If I could give this host 100 stars, I would!! The house was amazingly beautiful and in such a serene location. We saw so much wildlife right in the backyard, which made for lots of photo opportunities! Mike deer, wild turkeys, squirrels, quail, and even farm animals in close proximity. This house is historic and has so much character and charm. The creek runs just in front, and was soothing to listen to. We enjoyed it immensely, and the price was very reasonable! I highly recommend this host and property!!!

Thank you to Tim and Heather for allowing our group to stay at their home in Ketchum. We had a fantastic time and were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the kitchen of the Airbnb was. For future guests, it’s worth knowing they have everything you may need for a fun ski weekend including a crockpot, a fondue pot, towels for the hot tub, plenty of linens and lots of games and movies. Every question we had was answered immediately and Tim and Heather were incredible at meeting our needs. Thank you again for a weekend full of memories, we hope to come back some day.

This is THE single best rental unit in Ketchum for ski access. You’re literally next door to the Warm Springs Lodge and Challenger and Flying Squirrel lifts and can quickly glance out the window to see conditions up the mountain. I’ve stayed in a decent amount of ski in/out lodging and Kyle and Gabrielle’s unit takes the cake for convenience to the slopes as well as ease of parking. Also, Kyle was beyond reproach as a host. He was in close communication before our trip, provided excellent instructions and recommendations, and bent over backward to make us feel welcome. The unit itself is modern but cozy and decorated tastefully with dedicated workspace in the loft if you need a desk. The beds were comfortable and the couch was perfect for lounging comfortably after wearing our legs out on the mountain. The kitchen was very well equipped and we cooked most meals at the condo as a result. What a perfect stay in a great rental! We hope to be back!

Would rate a 10 if we could! One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. We were celebrating a birthday and the host had balloons for us as well as pancake ingredients and a recipe. She thought of everything before we arrived and had all the baby items set up and ready to go. The beds were so comfortable and everything in the home was upgraded and luxurious. She checked in and communicated with us frequently.
