This is a beautiful spacious apartment with tons of windows with natural light, located in a wonderful little safe town, close to Cincinnati. The bed was super comfortable. The front room was so bright and cheery! My husband had to work remotely at the apartment with a deadline, and Roger was very accommodating and did not hesitate to allow us to stay an extra hour to checkout- this was extremely helpful. Loved the bedrooms ,beds , and TV area. Beds are super comfortable. Really appreciated the half bath on the first floor as well as the bedrooms being on the second floor with the TV on the first floor. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t amazing but overall nice bathroom.

Great location! Staying at the Pastel Paradise was the best decision we made for our weekend in Cincinnati! The host gave very clear instructions for parking and entry. Within a short walk were many choices of restaurants and coffee shops. I wish we had more time to explore. We had everything we needed in our airbnb and it was comfortable and felt like home! Should we come to the city again, we would pick this place without hesitation. I especially liked the link to their website that had suggestions of local excursions we could search out ourselves. Had a great stay while visiting my daughter at Xavier. The place is cute and well kept. My only concern is how dark and unsafe the hallway/stairs is when leaving in the dark, unfortunately the lights don't sensor until you are almost halfway down the stairs, had to use phone flashlight to see until the lights came on.

Fredas place just what we were looking for! Walkable to campus and in a great spot. Perfect for alumni coming back to campus! We will definitely be back!

I recently stayed at Molly's place, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy beds and soft linens. This was a perfect house for our family. We were meeting up from different states. Everything was so lovely and well equipped. There was a nice, big back yard, fully fenced which my dog loved. The children playroom was awesome, my 2 yr-old nephew loved it! Great location in between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Highly recommend.

Came down to celebrate my lil sister's bday, 1st yr after loosing our mother. Scott was kind enough to let us have a later check out, which helped as my oldest sister has issues moving. So. Thanks again Scott

It was just like the pictures and very clean. Close to town, but far enough to be peaceful. Nice back yard. Hosts are very nice and responsive. Will stay again if I am in the area.

I can’t get over how spot-on the description was, how perfect the location was (super clean, walkable to everything, and close to great restaurants), and how insanely clean the place was. Such an awesome stay!

Enjoyed staying at Samantha’s place! Walking distance to several locations in otr. Short drive to madtree brewing and kenwood mall. The number on the outside of the gated alley you need to get in is 313. I got there late after it was already dark so had a slight delay locating the correct entrance but soon figured it out. There are parking meters located just outside the gate you need to enter. You can pay at the meter or use the passport parking app. Parking was free from 9pm until 9am. I used the app to pay for the time that I was parked there during the day. The lockbox is located inside the gate once you have buzzed through using the keypad. If you turn around once you are inside the gate and are looking at the back of the gate, the lockbox will be on your left.* The home was clean and stocked with appropriate amenities. The keurig came in handy. Love the tall ceilings and the overall aesthetic. Would definitely stay again in the future when planning a trip to OTR.

It’s a great place for a couple who is looking to explore the restaurants and nightlife of downtown Cincinnati. We walked to the Taft Theatre and the places we ate and rank at were so close. We parked on the street and paid the meter by their app; $6 got us through the end of the afternoon when we checked in til 8am, then I woke up at 8 and extended our time for $3. We felt very safe, and the whole building is very nice not to mention Will’s condo. We’ll definitely stay there again!

We had an unexpected event that happened with our 1st airbnb that we booked for our weekend away so we had to cancel with the 1st one and look for another place. Luckily thanks to the location and super fast response from Chris & Amy we were able to book their place without any hiccups and promptly. Everything worked out and we were able to enjoy our anniversary weekend away. Place was very roomy, clean, and super comfortable beds. Would definitely booked again with them.

Great place with plenty of room for everyone. Centrally located to quickly get to a number of Cincinnati attractions. Would stay here again.
