This place was a fantastic stay. Centrally located and close walk to the beach while providing so much peace and quiet. The bed was on of the most comfortable beds I have stayed at in an Airbnb. If felt more like a home then an Airbnb. Everything we could need was in the apartment, including laundry detergent. If anything, Aubrey undercharges for this spot. It was lovely and I will stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—central and close to everything I wanted to see yet quiet enough at night. You can see the bell tower of the Church from the windows. The concierge was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure I could check in early, and that I could find everything during my stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nice!

If you enjoy small French towns near the sea, this is a great place to stay. It is quiet with easy access to the beach, restaurants, train station, buses and close to Monte Carlo, St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Nice. Nina is very responsive and helpful. The parking situation is extremely TIGHT, but definitely nice to have and an added bonus in the South of France. Everything you need is in the apartment and there were some unexpected goodies that were extremely helpful to find...shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, etc. We did not cook there, but there were plenty of plates, silverware, pots and pans, glasses, etc. The apartment would sleep 4 comfortably. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a magical stay at Remario's ARBNB, in Quartier des Musiciens. The clean and bright apartment was the perfect size for 2 people. We enjoyed our time relaxing on the balcony both day and night! Having aircon and a washer/dryer in unit, was a welcome convenience. Location cannot be beat, with access to the train, tram, museums, promenade, and cafes at your fingertips. Remario and Sylvia were fantastic hosts and went beyond to ensure a successful experience. We long to return soon! Merci beaucoup.

The host was very kind and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The room was cozy and equipped for basic cooking and laundry, making it ideal for a long-term stay. Located close to the city center, it’s a lovely place to enjoy shopping and sightseeing.

This place is absolutely perfect for a memorable & relaxing stay in Cap Ferrat. The location and setting is truly incredible and is probably our favorite aspect, with stunning views of the harbor + riviera coast, perfect for working on the balcony/sunset dinners. The bldg is only ~1min walk to main street, but also just far enough to be super quiet. Tamsin was an incredible host, super responsive, helpful and a joy to coordinate with (even helping us our with wedding planning!) We've stayed at the Four Seasons/Hotel du Cap/Areille/most of the other luxe hotel but this is probably our favorite of all SoF stays experiences to get a small taste of what life is like as Cap Ferrat local... 1000% will be returning!

Nous avons passé un très bon week en prolongé et assisté à la fête des Citrons. Le logement est parfaitement situé proche de tout. On peut tout faire à pied. Nous avons été accueilli très aimablement par la maman de Hugo. Quant à Hugo il toujours été proactif et très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement

Erwin et Liliane ont été extrêmement accueillant, gentil Je me suis fié aux autres commentaires et j ai eu raison, ils ont prit soins de nous toute la semaine. Nous ne pouvions pas penser à aussi bien, un accueil AirBnb comme il est difficile de trouver aujourd’hui Une vue incroyable sur les montagnes et la mer, Je recommande bien sûr à tout le monde. La casa di Olga ed il luogo in cui si trova sono incantevoli. La casa è spaziosa, pulita e completamente arredata. La psicina è riscaldata. Di presenza è meglio che in foto. grazie dell'ospitalità.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

Excellent séjour en famille dans cette magnifique maison avec vue splendide sur la mer. Très agréable salon/salle à manger. Literie de super qualité. Logement impeccable. Plusieurs terrasses ou endroits ou se reposer dans le jardin. Arrivée et départ autonome mais très grande réactivité de Jon Gisle et Marie Laure si besoin. Une maison magnifique où il fait bon vivre, même si notre séjour de 6 nuits était trop court!

Jesteśmy wdzięczni za pobyt w tym domu: dobrze wyposażony, kameralny, wygodny, przestrzenny, klimatyczny, z cudownym widokiem na morze. Świetnie wyposażony sklep „na dole”, kuchnia zachęcająca do wspólnego gotowania, dużo zieleni, spokojna okolica. Dla nas - baza do zwiedzania zachwycającego pięknem Lazurowego Wybrzeża. To był dobry czas. 10/10. Dziękuję i polecam :)

Séjour magique dans un vrai cocon perché dans les collines.

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

Hébergement idéalement placé pour visiter Monaco et Nice. Le logement était absolument impeccable, confortable, fonctionnel et adapté aux familles notamment avec des enfants en bas âge. Les hôtes étaient particulièrement sympathiques, disponibles, réactifs et flexibles. Nous reviendrons assurément ! Merci pour tout !

Perfect location with easy steps down and escalators back up. Shops and supermarket nearby. Short and pleasant walk down into the town.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was great.Regine is a great host and this is our second time staying in beautiful appartment. Location is great with lovely gardens. It is a bit of an uphill walk to get to appartment, but it kept us fit. There is a bus 3 from market to take you up close to the palace. Have booked to stay again in 2026.

A Wonderful Stay in Nice! Our experience at Melina’s apartment was fantastic from start to finish. Melina’s communication was top-notch—she reached out before, during, and even after our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly, which it absolutely did. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated, with a fully stocked kitchen that made it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn’t be better, offering easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Nice. The interior was not only clean but also stylish—think sleek, modern, and swanky! Melina’s attention to detail in decor and appliances was impressive. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver, especially as this was the second leg of our trip and we packed light. Abbiamo alloggiato presso la struttura della Sig.ra Vjollca durante il periodo 14-16 Febbraio. Siamo rimasti entusiasti dell'ambiente profumato, nuovissimo, pulito e tranquillo. La casa è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione di Savona. Il nostro appartamento era dotato di ogni comfort. L'appartamento è situato vicino al mare e permette di effettuare bellissime passeggiate sul lungo mare savonese. Al nostro arrivo la Sig.ra Vjollca si è dimostrata super disponibile rendendosi reperibile per qualsiasi problematica. Consigliamo questa casa vacanza per tutti i viaggiatori.
