The upstairs flat has great views and lots of room. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of cookware. The stairs to the entrance could be challenging to someone with physical limitations, but everything inside was great. There are several good restaurants and a friendly tavern within a short walk through an upscale residential neighborhood. The setting was very quiet day and night. We would definitely stay again.

Gwen’s place was absolutely beautiful, with amazing plants and decor throughout the home, clearly well loved and with an artist’s inspired touch. Beautiful gardens, plentiful spaces to comfortably sit and gather. Such a sweet experience, and close to the many offering of Kittery and Portsmouth. I hope to return.

Fantastic place to stay. Close to the beaches and Portsmouth. Plenty of places to visit close by. House was beautiful and the host was amazing. We will be back.

Do not sleep on this incredible stay! We adored the beach cottage. Amenities were great like a fully stocked kitchen and laundry. Furniture and linens were high quality and comfortable. We loved morning walks at the private beach. We would come back in a heartbeat!

I can’t say enough good things about this stay! This little lake house was exactly what I needed—peaceful, cozy, and absolutely spotless. It was the perfect spot to unwind, drink coffee on the deck, and just soak in the quiet. The house itself was super clean . You can tell the host really puts thought into making guests feel welcome. The customer service was great—good communication, thoughtful touches, and just an overall warm and inviting experience. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting, this is it. I’m already looking forward to going back!

From the moment we stepped into this wonderful house in Charlestown we felt instantly at home. Every inch of the home is beautiful and the house is on the historic registry. Megan and Victor were amazing hosts, responding immediately to any question we had. We will definitely be staying there again when we travel to Charlestown. (Hopefully it will be available! 🤞)

The minute we walked in we felt at home - the house is beautiful and is in a great location - quiet but close to Portsmouth NH for great shopping and restaurants and close to Kittery outlets. The beds were comfortable and the layout perfect. The back yard was private and peaceful with beautiful gardens. Heidi was a great communicator - warm and welcoming - like a long lost friend. We will plan another trip to Heidi's house - we loved it so much and are thankful Heidi's family is willing to share it as a home away from home for us

I had to change locations from another property and Johna did a fantastic job placing me in this place. The location worked and apartment was perfect. The communications about the change and the new place were smooth. I appreciated the fact that a new location was found that was close by my original rental. I have rented from Johna a few times before and will continue to do so when in Boston.

Rhona could not have been a more gracious host! We were traveling back east for the holidays and needed a place to stay. In addition to the many treats she left for us, she bought a little Christmas tree! The apartment is perfect with everything you could ever need or want. We could walk to stores and restaurants. If we had questions she was very responsive. Marblehead is a beautiful town. I highly recommend a visit to Rhona’s AirBnB!!

Corinne is a wonderful host! She has a beautiful place in a wonderful neighborhood which is walkable to the beach. The view is breathtaking and a very relaxing stay!

The place was as described and clean. Qing was very nice in allowing me to check-in sooner than the check-in time and waited to check me in. She was opened to receiving messages if anything was needed. I would stay at Qing's place again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Ghoul’s Attic. My husband is a huge “Harry Potter” fan, and he really appreciated the decor, much of which is connected to the Harry Potter universe. Hannah and Zazu are great hosts and clearly put a lot of time and care in collecting all of the treasures in their space. Lots of energy and so much to look at! The kitchenette is adorable and great for our needs. Loved the retro refrigerator too. Everything was just as described in the listing. We had no problems finding the unit and parking was easy. As others have noted, there are two sets of stairs and navigating them was a bit challenging when the stairwell light was off, but we had no issues once we switched them on. Because it was pretty frigid outside, we opted to drive into Salem, which is all of 3 minutes away by car. Parking was a breeze in Salem itself (a perk of coming off-season!). The unit was definitely a vibe and added a little magic to our visit. We’d definitely stay again!

Rob’s space was the perfect spot for our Holiday trip to visit family. From the drinks and snacks (and dog treats!) to the welcoming decor, we felt right at home. Rob was very responsive and helped make our stay a positive one. Close drive to the highway, and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Recommend!

Annique's place in Central Square had everything I needed during my visit to Cambridge for work. Just a few minutes to the subway line, some grocery options, and restaurants. The spaces were clean and comfortable, and access at the entry was very simple. I would recommend staying here for your visit!

Sharon was extremely friendly! She went out of her way to find breakfast pastries for my food allergies! Super sweet! Wonderful space, private room and bathroom. We felt very at home and loved the neighborhood. Lovely drive to nearby areas like Newburyport and Salem. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy home away from home.

Connie was super helpful, especially since I consider myself a bit of a “country bumpkin” & she quelled my anxieties about check in, parking, & recommendations on restaurants. The room & bathroom were comfortable, cozy, & clean! I loved seeing the moon & stars as I drifted to sleep. Additionally, due to the arrival of a blizzard, I decided to head home early & Connie offered & refunded one night stay, something I did not expect or ask for! Connie is without a doubt a kind & accommodating hostess! Recommend this room wholeheartedly if you’re looking for a peaceful space to rest after a busy day at a conference or event in the area.

Lovely home, great location and friendly and helpful host. Felt more like a "hosted B&B or inn" rather than the more common experience I've had with Air B&B of the host being available but not a visible presence. If you are looking for a private, nonengaging experience, this might not be for you. However, if you enjoy meeting your host, we found Bob to be warm and cheery and he made us a lovely breakfast with excellent coffee. Rosy was away so we did not meet her, however, her decorating talents were much on display from the tableware to the linens and accoutrements, all of which made us feel like we were special guests.

This is a gem of a place. The location is great: in a quiet residential neighborhood, a ten-minute walk from the T. The space is terrific. High ceilings, exposed brick, south-facing windows, funky decor. It's even bigger than it seems in the pictures because guests have access to the entire second floor, which includes the bedroom, private bath, living area, and kitchen. Peter and his wife and giant dog pretty much stay up on the third floor, but I did have a very nice conversation with Peter, who is funny and interesting. Overall, top-notch accommodations.

This was truly a unique and memorable place to stay. Melissa was wonderful in accommodating our late check in due to our flight. It was walkable to restaurants and we were given a voucher for a free breakfast. If you want something out of the ordinary, I couldn’t recommend enough.

Hope was a great host to us! She greeted us at the door and made us feel truly at home. She was such a pleasure to talk to and she gave us great insight into the area and recommendations for our time in Salem. Her place was super cozy and unique. I would absolutely recommend for any one traveling to Salem to stay with hope!

Great peaceful stay in Cambridge. Comfortable and cozy. I loved all of the books. The granola was a really nice touch. Had everything I needed. I locked myself out of my room one time and Joan was very responsive. Recommend if you are in Cambridge, walkable to campus and close to buses and food in Porter Square.

Mary is absolutely amazing in every way! She is extremely hospitable, thoughtful, kind, helpful, and welcoming. I loved chatting with her and listening to her Irish accent through her stories from when she was in Ireland and beyond. Her house is very spacious and the bed is so comfortable. Her dog is darling too!
