Me and my family stayed here for my mums birthday for the weekend. It was absolutely the most perfect place to be. Beautiful, spacious and modern house. With 3 bathrooms & robes for all of us. A very generous ampunt of cookery, pots, pans, glasses for us to use, which made it easier to cook in the kitchen. Also had salt, pepper, tea and a few bits of food for us to use. We travel a lot, and this is more than any other airbnb host has given us. The Jacuzzi was the highlight of our trip, so relaxing and easy to use. The rooms were neat and the beds and beddings were so soft and comfortable, I had a great sleep here. The house had a good heating system, an easy to use oven and cooker. The location was perfect. In a quite street, but a few mins from busy areas, shopping markets, the mall, the beach, and good restaurants. The host George was also very responsive. I have so much more great things I can say about this place. I highly recommend anyone to come and experience it for yourselves.

Kate was a fantastic host. The accommodation had everything we could need and was spotlessly clean. It’s in a fantastic location, very close to city centre but in a very quiet road and close to a brilliant pub. We will definitely check availability next time we return to Bath!

We had a wonderful stay with all our family to celebrate a special birthday - we loved the house, all able to eat together around the table was wonderful, enjoying chatting and drinking in the beautiful lounge and the younger ones loved the hot tub and braver ones the swimming pool. Great position for all the lovely New Forest areas and walks

We had such a fantastic time here. What a great place! Mel and her family have created a wonderful space for wildlife, bees, sheep and people in need of some time in nature. Sitting outside the tent on the decking watching the moon rise over the trees... seeing a red tailed kite flying overhead hunting... sitting around the fire by candle light chatting with my family... this beautiful space created just what I was needing. Thank you Mel! The tent was great. Mel has made a cosy, comfy haven with loads of character. It is a tent so it's noisy in the wind, as you would expect. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise when sleeping. The wood burning stove made the place lovely and toasty at night. We were there in September so the evenings were chilly. I'd go to bed wearing lots of layers but with the warm duvets I always ended up peeling off layers when the bed warmed up. If there is any way we came come back to the area again we'll be staying here for sure.

Absolutely brilliant place. Nicola was a fantastic host. Breakfast was a lovely touch and very appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone ! And the hot tub was a brilliant facility to have :) Would 100% stay again !!!

What a wonderful place to stay. The peace I sought was found, the relaxation that was so much needed was there and very much welcomed. Days spent walking in the New Forest were finished with a chilled glass of wine in the hot tub that was tended daily by a really lovely chap. The lodge was spacious, clean and comfortable with the basics of equipment there for your use, which is helpful. The whole experience is one I shall repeat and have already begun to tell others to check it out too

Absolutely brilliant accomodation! everything was seamless from a few days before check-in asking how many beds we needed, to a flexible check in on the day. we absolutely loved the accommodation, it was spotless and exactly as described, it had everything you could possibly need. We stayed for a friend's wedding at Waters Edge at Ewen and would highly recommend, only a 10 minute taxi ride and made the whole wedding experience so much more fun and relaxed, we even left early just to come back and get in the hot tub! thank you so much for a great stay!!

Keith’s place was a fabulous place for our girlie weekend away. Cosy, peaceful and we had everything we needed. There were thoughtful touches such as milk, breakfast goodies, fruitbowl, coffee etc and also robes and flip flops for the hot tub. Sky etc for entertainment too. The kitchen was cosy but had everything you would need to make small meals. Keith’s house was attached to the cottage so he was on hand to check we had everything we needed but gave us privacy too. The time in the hot tub was just lovely and he had made sure the water was fresh for us. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a lovely 2 night stay. The location was easy to find, very peaceful, cosy and quiet. Check in was very well explained and instructions for during our stay were clear. So lovely to have found somewhere perfect to get away with a friend and my big GSD. Tesco superstore 20 minute drive away so we got in what we needed. We did not meet our host (which is a shame as she sounds to be a lovely person) but we took this as a compliment on our part :) We visited Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Tyneham Village. So many more places to explore! I will certainly be back. I’ll even be happy to come on my own with the dog as felt very safe and relaxed. Tips for future visitors would be - take some slippers. There is space to leave shoes and coats by the door (we had slippers with us) it was very bad wet weather when we arrived and was nice to keep everything soggy on the mat by the door and hang coats up. The Countryman Inn pub we visited, food was very overpriced and disappointing!!

We stayed at Crin's over Xmas whilst visiting relatives nearby and it was exactly what we needed. Communication was great with Crin, she was warm and welcoming. The property was great for a walk around with our 4 year old to burn off some energy.

We loved our stay in this stunning home! Two fab pubs just outside which had been recommended to us by the host, along with lots of other helpful tips. Parking wasn't too much of an issue for us, but be warned the village was quite crowded with tourists, even at this time of year. Didn't bother us too much but we weren't really expecting it! We loved the house and really loved that there were some logs left so that we could have a cosy fire in the log burner. Stairs are a bit of a death trap (this was to our amusement) but host had warned us about those so we were aware of what we were getting ourselves into! People with limited mobility would need to take this into account when booking. Really appreciated we were able to bring a dog too, and there were some lovely walks around the area, umbrellas and wellies were at the property which was also really helpful. Overall a really beautiful unique property, ideal for a cosy winter stay!

We spent a few days leading up to the New Year cerebrating my husband’s illy birthday and used Chichester as a location all of the family could get to easily as the train station is a few minutes walk away. From the very start Amanda & Dominic were amazing hosts and gave us great instructions on how to get in to the property and answered all of my pre-visit questions very quickly. We loved our stay in their home that literally wrapped itself around us the moment we entered, we all said we felt so comfortable there and the log fire was just so inviting and cosy. Amanda & Dominic were such lovely people that we had the pleasure of meeting . We would definitely stay again and recommend their home without hesitation.

We loved our stay in Bath. We loved the house and it was very convenient with parking outside and a park nearby. The beds were very comfortable and lots of downstairs space.

We stayed for 2 nights with 5 couples and 2 dogs. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. The place was full of character, comfortable and warm. Samantha was very helpful, kind and proactive and always quick to respond. we all had a fabulous stay.

Spacious property in a lovely location. Very peaceful and quiet even though a residential area. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed walking along the promenade into Portsmouth. Parking was never a problem. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely time staying at the cottage. The cottage was a great base for our exploring round the Isle of Wight. I can imagine the decking area is lovely in the summertime. Lots of space out the back for our dog to run around outside. The rooms were good size and clean and the kitchen well stocked with utensils and cooking items. Gail was very helpful and responsive and we are very grateful!

We were 8 adults and 3 young children and we had a great stay. Ann was a great host and really helpful with everything. Would 100% recommend. Lots of amenities and everything is really well thought out and done.

We loved our stay at the Party Barn. Katie was incredibly helpful with local recommendations and letting us use her lovely warm pool (set hours in the late afternoon, but she also gave us lots of flexibility during the day around her swimming lessons). Our kids loved visiting the pigs and sheep. The barn was very comfortable and we felt right at home there immediately. I'm sure we will be back. Thank you Katie!

My wife and I had the most relaxing time at the "Condo" it was a great location to explore, the property was just perfect for the two of us and had everything we wanted for the weekend. It was clean and tidy with a wonderful log burner which was wonderful to sit in front of and listen to the wind and the rain on an evening. Jacqui was very responsive and helpful. The black dog just down the hill was welcoming and does the best Sunday lunch. A great find!!

Susie is an amazing host - we got a warm greeting on arrival, the house / local information provided was really helpful and the cottage / location were amazing. The wood burning fires were great for this time of year and there was lots to do for our son on a rainy day - ping pong, pool, and plenty of other games. The local walks are great and we would highly recommend the Rising Sun for food!! The stairs are a great feature and in keeping with the cottage but not kid friendly - so we accompanied our boy up and down the stairs. We definitely want to go back for when the pool and tennis court are open in the summer 😊

Just had a wonderful 2 night stay with our 3 young children. It was a cosy and homely base for our exploring, and we thought the added extras of tea/coffee/biscuits were lovely. We hope to return in future :) thank you!

Had a lovely stay with family. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the property and surrounds. The living area was inviting and convivial with a cosy log fire. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive, going out of her way to accommodate and make our stay memorable. Definitely recommend.

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

Wow! We absolutely loved this 3-day break. The pool exclusivity was amazing; all the facilities are brilliant and the accommodation is extremely comfy and cosy. Our sunday roast at The Gribble Inn was a real highlight. The kids loved the loft room (the stairs as advertised are steep!) and the beds were so comfortable. We are already planning our return for 2025. So impressive.
