Salvatore e Teresa, due persone squisite e molto disponibili. Nonostante il nostro arrivo in tarda serata sono stati molto gentili ad attenderci. Casa stupenda e accogliente con i tutti i comfort necessari. Giardino curato nei minimi particolari. Posizione strategica a 20 min da Otranto e Lecce. Spero di tornarci presto!

Die Unterkunft hat einen speziellen, ländlichen Charme und ist etwas abgelegen. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier definitiv richtig. Es ist nicht ganz einfach, die Location zu finden, unterdessen ist sie aber in google maps registriert. Wichtig: unbedingt über die SP87 anreisen! Das Schlafzimmer kann nicht verdunkelt werden, was für Langschläfer eventuell ein Problem sein könnte. Germana ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, hat immer sehr schnell reagiert und war äusserst aufmerksam. Great house with sea access (not a beach but a rocky waterfront well signalled that allows access to swim). I love the location, which is walkable to Castro’s old town and Castro Marina seaside (although, in my opinion, a car is mandatory here). Spacious and charming. Very responsive and polite hosts. The only caveat is the fact that you need to pay extra for linen, towels, cleaning, and electrical charges and put in a security deposit, which is not standard with other Airbnb houses (and I've been renting houses all over the world for the past 10+ years). But the price was very affordable, and the hosts communicated the extra charges well in advance, so we were well informed and accepted the extra payments. But I recommend reading the whole listing information carefully to avoid surprises. It’s my third year spending my summer holidays in Castro, and I felt confident about booking this house because I knew the area well. I would recommend this house to other travellers.

We had a great stay! Enzo is the best host one can imagine. Gifted us some wine, bakeries and a pannetone for new years eve as we arrived. Two days later he got us some traditional stuff from a pasticceria. We loved all of the italian flavor! Also there are many beautiful cities with even more beautiful historic centers around and easy to reach. 10/10 would recommend and also we do! Thanks Enzo!

Vi consigliamo vivamente di soggiornare nella casa di Mario perché "tutto è come a casa propria". E, poiché il Salento è bellissimo da visitare, la posizione è ideale per un soggiorno anche di 15 giorni. Noi ne abbiamo fatti 10 ma se possiamo la prossima volta ne faremo 15 perché sono ancora tante le spiagge da esplorare. Mario e la sua famiglia sono persone squisite, discrete ma al tempo sempre pronte ad arrivare per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Siamo stati davvero bene!

Our party of four thoroughly enjoyed our five night stay. The apartment was comfortable with beautiful linens and nicely decorated. What an interesting place to stay! Alessandro made us feel welcome immediately with wine and a well stocked kitchen. The area is very quiet with beautiful views. This place will be hard to forget.
