Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Appartamento spazioso, ben attrezzato, vicinissimo al centro storico. Pulizia impeccabile. Siamo stati benissimo, quasi meglio di a casa nostra!! Con anche un bel getto caldo nella doccia che da vera soddisfazione :)

Très bon accueil de la part de Davide. Merci à lui pour ses recommandations (bars/restaurants) et ses conseils. Logement très propre ! Emplacement idéal à proximité de la gare (10 minutes à pied), du centre historique (10/15 minutes à pied) et des rues animées du centre ville. Cela nous a permis de passer un excellent séjour tant à Bari que sur les autres villes à voir aux environs. Clairement si nous revenons sur Bari, nous relouerons ici sans aucun hésitation !

Anna Maria offers a very comfortabele and clean modern appartment. It has everything you need, a necessary airconditioner included (it may be very warm in Bari, and a cool appartment is then a welcome shelter). I thank Anna Maria for her hospitality! Due to a delayed flight, I arrived very late and I worried that I would not be able to enter the appartment on time. Yet, it was easy to keep contact with her and with her helpful instructions everything went ok. I highly recommend Anna Maria's appartment and her friendly hospitality if you want to have a pleasant place to stay in Bari.

This was a super place to stay and matched the pictures and description. It was very clean, located in the city center, and close to everything. Best of all, the host was communicative and responded quickly to messages! We would definitely recommend this AirBnB for your stay in Terlizzi!

Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da Leo! persona eccezzionale e preparata , che ti da consigli dettagliati per farti conoscere il territorio e rendere piacevole il tuo soggiorno. La casa è molto grande e comoda , due ampie camere da letto un bagno con maxi doccia, un salone con sala da pranzo e lettura-tv di rimpetto una grande cucina dotatissima di ogni cosa inotre alcuni balconcini che affacciano sulla piazza del parcheggio condominiale ,trovato sempre disponibile a qualsiasi ora si arrivava. Nel paese di Santeramo si trovano ristoranti pizzerie e svariati negozi e market di vario genere,situato in posizione centrale per raggiungere in circa 30 minuti Matera, Altamura ,Gravina ,Alberobello ,Castellana grotte e in 60 Bari, Taranto ,Polignano, Trani , tutti posti incantevoli da visitare. Consigliatissima un'esperienza sicuramente da ripetere in futuro. Un ringraziamento speciale a Leo magnifica persona e grande musicista!

The Lullaby Room was exactly as described on the website. It is beautiful with lots of character! Guiseppe was an attentive and most helpful host. He provided very clear instructions on where to park and how to access the flat. There are restaurants all around the area. I would definitely recommend staying in the Lullaby Room. Cudowne miejsce w którym czujesz się lepiej niż we własnym domu. Świetna lokalizacja, bezpieczna okolica, jasna, czysta i dobrze wyposażona przestrzeń. Rekomendacje właścicielki pozwolą Ci trafić w niesamowite miejsca ( uważaj! możesz potrzebować ubrań w większym rozmiarze) Bar, który jest obok jest słyszalny, ale nie uciążliwy ( polecam spędzić w nim chociaż jedno popołudnie) To był wspaniały czas. Dziękuję, mam nadzieję, że się jeszcze spotkamy !

Wir waren Ende Oktober in Altamura bei Vincenzo. Die Wohnung war top, durchgehend eine hochwertige Ausstattung, da wurde im Bad, in der Küche, im Loungebereich etc. an nix gespart! Toll! Vincenzo und Giuseppe waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, so dass wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben fühlten. Die Lage ist super, man ist zu Fuß in fünf Minuten am Dom, Parkplätze gab es einige in der ebenfalls fussläufigen näheren Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pulitissima, e gli spazi sono comodi. Ideale per chi volesse trascorrere con il proprio partner dei momenti di relax e tranquillità! In pieno centro, vicina a tutti i servizi utili. Teresa nagyon kedves és segítőkész házigazda. Sokat segített már az utazás megkezdése előtt is a közlekedésben és a szálláshoz való eljutásban. Otthona gyönyörű, tiszta,mindent megtalálsz benne,amire szükséged van.Teresa reggelit és finomságokat is biztosított számunkra.A szállás közel van a vonat és busz pályaudvarokhoz,kis sétával a bevásárlóutcákhoz is eljuthatsz. Ajánljuk Teresa otthonát mindenkinek,reméljük,hamarosan mi is visszatérünk majd!

Good place for stay for couple of nights. Great location, enough space for 2 people. The only downsides are noises from the street and lack of proper window.

Francesco to uprzejmy i miły gospodarz, mimo, że nie poznaliśmy się osobiście. Zanim zarezerwowałem jego mieszkanie, odpowiedział na wszystkie nurtujące mnie pytania. Dodatkowo, spełnił wszystkie oczekiwania co do łóżeczka dla dziecka i krzesełka. A to było bardzo istotne dla nas, aby nasze dziecko i my mogli komfortowo spędzić cały pobyt. Francesco jest bardzo uprzejmym gospodarzem. Nie było dnia, bez dobrego słowa, czy zaoferowania pomocy. Jednak, wszystkie informacje dostarczone przez Francesco, były na tyle klarowne, że nie potrzebowaliśmy, żadnej pomocy. Mogliśmy się komunikować, tylko w celach wzajemnego pozdrowienia :) Mieszkanie, bardzo nas zaskoczyło, jak nowe i było tam wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy, aby przez 8 dni to miejsce stało się naszym nowym domem. Czuliśmy się tam naprawdę swobodnie i komfortowo. Bardzo mili sąsiedzi, cisza i spokój. Bardzo blisko mieliśmy sklepy, piekarnię i kolejkę na lotnisko. Z chęcią to wrócimy! Francesco, jeszcze raz dziękujemy!:)

Highly recommended! The flat is very modern and comfortable, one can find everything you need for a wonderful stay. The seaview is great, you can hear the waves while lying in bed, you can have breakfast with a sea view. Or simply sit on the couch and watch the ocean :-) Be aware of the fact that it is not possible to sit on the balcony (one could have the impression on the picture). There are small shops and very nice restaurants nearby. Martin is very friendly and helpful.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questi nuovi appartamenti e possiamo dire che è stata un'esperienza davvero eccellente. Gli spazi sono moderni e molto curati, con una cucina perfettamente attrezzata che offre tutto il necessario per cucinare come a casa. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la disponibilità di lavatrice e asciugatrice, che erano liberamente utilizzabili. L'appartamento era estremamente pulito e ben tenuto, un aspetto che ci ha colpito positivamente fin da subito. La terrazza e il giardino anteriore sono davvero incantevoli, decorati con cura e gusto, un posto ideale per rilassarsi. Ci sono diverse opzioni per il parcheggio, il che è stato molto comodo, e la posizione è super centrale. A pochi passi ci sono ristoranti, farmacie e supermercati, rendendo tutto facilmente accessibile. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Marta ed Enzo, che sono stati incredibilmente amichevoli e disponibili. Torneremo sicuramente!

Everything positive. Good location, very close to seafront and short walk to old city. Very clean and comfortable apartment, easily accessible on first floor with elevator. Elizabeth and Pierre were very helpful over timing of check in, and communication was excellent throughout. Good set of recommendations. Highly recommended.

Super schönes Apartment in Molfetta. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und konnten immer kostenfrei Parken (mit etwa Glück findet man einen freien Parkplatz) Die Klimaanlage kann zum heizen genutzt werden, also auch im Februar zu empfehlen. Molfetta ist überschaubar, aber es gibt einige gute Restaurants in laufnähe. Waschmaschine und Trockner ist ebenfalls vorhanden, falls man waschen möchte. Claudia hat außerdem Fahrräder, die wir kostenfrei hätten nutzen können.
