Σε κεντρικό σημείο στο Μπατσί, το σπίτι είναι απολύτως λειτουργικό και -κυρίως- είναι σπίτι και όχι δωμάτιο. Έχει ατμόσφαιρα και feeling σπιτιού. Ήταν η καλύτερή μας διαμονή και πηγαίνουμε στην Άνδρο τουλάχιστον 10 χρόνια τώρα.

Το προτεινω ανεπιφυλακτα! Μεσα στην χωρα, η οικοδεσποινα γλυκύτατη και εξυπηρετικοτατη, το σπιτακι πολυ ομορφο κ καθαρο.

10/10 voor ons verblijf bij Dora! Dora is een fantastische gastvrouw en heeft een heel mooi appartement ingericht voor haar gasten. Met ons gezin van 4 (2 kinderen van 9 en 10 jaar oud) voelden we ons er meteen thuis. Dora is aanwezig en altijd aanspreekbaar voor vragen, maar respecteert tegelijk de privacy van de gasten. De kinderen waren altijd welkom bij haar om met de katten of de superlieve hond Velvet te spelen. Ze mochten mee in de moestuin van Dora om zelf tomaten en verse kruiden te halen. Apoikia is een klein dorpje maar ideale uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen als je een auto hebt. We haalden elke dag water bij de bron 50 meter verder. We maakten vele prachtige wandelingen in de omgeving. We kunnen niet wachten om hier nog eens terug te komen!

Maison magnifique restaurée avec beaucoup de soin et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Au-delà de nos espérances. Ricardo est particulièrement sympathique. La plus belle maison que nous avons loué en Grèce depuis les années que nous parcourons les îles. Nous recommandons chaleureusement et sommes certains d’y revenir.

Je moet wat moeite doen om er te komen want hoog gelegen op de berg maar dan heb je ook echt wat. Een stoer en authentiek huis. Smaakvol ingericht en alle belangrijkste dingen zijn voorzien. Het allerbelangrijkste: het uitzicht en de absolute stilte. Ik geloof dat er weinig plekken zijn waar je dit nog kan ervaren. Dit is er een van. Heb niks gedaan van de activiteiten, zoals eens een boek lezen, die ik mij had voorgenomen. Gewoon “zijn” en kijken naar de bergen, zee en de sterren zijn de grote plus en waar dit verblijf toe uitnodigt. Strand ligt aan je voeten (even de berg afdalen) Er zit een goede taverne dichtbij (15 min lopen). Verder heb je een auto nodig. Als je weg zou willen:) Dit adresje zou je geheim willen houden.

Peaceful, private and comfortable house in the middle of a green area. Excellent balance between the sea climate and the forrest breeze. It has several terraces to match the sun/shade/wind conditions during the day. The house is well equipped and had everything that we needed, and more. It’s tastefully decorated, and architecturally well-implemented. Few stairs but good for our cardio. It ticked all of our boxes for a relaxed holidays. Perfect location, not far from Chora (approx. 5 mins drive), and well positioned to choose from a variety of beautiful beaches at both sides of the island. Several tavernas with traditional (fabulous) local food to choose from. Mihalis provided the most detailed written guidance I’ve ever seen, covering main attractions/beaches/tavernas/house instructions, etc. He was always available for any advice, and gosh, is he well informed! The concierges at 4 Seasons could learn. Thank you Mihalis for letting us into your wonderful island world for a while!!!

Magnifique séjour dans ce petit hâvre de paix les pieds dans l’eau! Un rêve! Le logement est d’un grand confort et très joliment décoré. Le village est une vraie perle. L’endroit est plaisible. La baignade matinale un pur bonheur. Merci pour cet accueil merveilleux. C’est absolument extraordinaire. Bravo pour vos prestations Policarpo !!! Tout est propre et dans les moindres détail Nous reviendrons c’est une certitude :)))

Το τέλειο σπίτι. Ήταν το μοναδικό σπίτι από όσα έχουμε μείνει και είχε τα πάντα. Ειδικότερα η κουζίνα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμέν! Επιπλέον είχε πολύ καλό προσανατολισμό και το υπέροχο μπαλκόνι ήταν προστατευμένο από τον αέρα. Το Μπατσί μόλις 7 λεπτά απόσταση με το αμάξι. Ιδανική τοποθεσία για τις δυτικές ακτές της Άνδρου, που είναι πιο προστατευμένες από τα μποφόρ του βοριά Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία, και σίγουρα θα ξανάρθουμε διότι η Άνδρος είναι ένα νησί με εκπλήξεις και αμέτρητα πράγματα να δεις!

We had an amazing visit in Andros at this home! It is absolutely beautiful. The home inside is perfectly clean with lovely decor. The home feels new inside with rustic island charm on the outside - gorgeous kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The patio is one of a kind with a view that we will never forget! The pool is clean and wonderful for the hot summer days, and the beach is just down the hill accessible by foot with chairs and a cafe. We also enjoyed the taverna just at the top of the hill, also within walking distance! The home keepers and owners were very helpful and responsive, we felt right at home! We certainly will be back and cannot rate this home high enough.

Maison confortable, immense et au calme, surplombant la mer. Beaucoup d’espace, différentes terrasses pour se tenir à l’extérieur. Belle piscine à débordement. Très bien placée car comme seuls au monde mais à 15mn de Batsi et proche de jolies plages. Vana est très à l’écoute et toujours disponible. Elle nous a donné beaucoup d’adresses et de conseils. Un grand merci! Nous avons adoré notre séjour!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez George. C'est un hôte très flexible ce qui nous a permis d'avoir une arrivée et un départ très souple et très agréable sans aucun stress. George est très réactif dans la communication, il répond aux demandes très rapidement. Le petit plus : il nous a partagé ces bons plans shopping et restaurants sur île et c'était un sans faute. La maison de George est magnifique, calme et paisible avec une vue magnifique : elle est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Je recommande très fortement la maison de George à la communauté Airbnb !

Absolutely stunning place. If one would dream of what paradise on Earth would look like in a Cyclad Island context, Amalia’s Gardens would be the place. The house, carefully restored with great taste and traditional building works, is amazing. Beautifully decorated, with all the modern comfort and all necessary appliances (fully equiped kitchen, air conditioned, TV, wifi etc). Great terrace and swimming pool with a wonderful view on the sea. And all this is located in the most beautiful, quiet, exclusive and private surroundings. If what you want for your holidays is beauty, quietness, nature and sun, yet 5min away from a beautiful small beach (with 2 taverns and a few sunbeds) and 20min away from all shops and restaurants in Gavrio, Amalia Gardens is your place. The cherry on top of this already fantastic place is Charis. What a wonderful host. Super caring, reactive, and willing -if you want it- to help you disciver the many attractions of his island. Thank you Charis !

Brian's property is amazing and looks exactly like in the pictures, perfectly decorated, it is evident that they have thought of all the little details. The house was incredibly clean, Brian's service and communication with him exceeded all expectations, highly recommend!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in einem wunderbaren Haus. Es ist sehr privat gelegen ein weiteres Haus befindet sich darüber im Hang– dieses war aber zu unserem Reisezeitpunkt nicht belegt. Wir sind mit sechs Personen gereist und hatten insgesamt vier Doppelzimmer und drei Badezimmer zur Verfügung. Eines davon liegt im Erdgeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss ist die Raumaufteilung extrem großzügig mit einer sehr gut ausgestattete und funktionalen Küche. Das Haus hat eine herrliche Terrasse, einen wunderbaren Garten und einen herrlichen Swimmingpool. Der war angenehmen frisch, aber nicht zu kalt. Alles macht einen sehr gepflegten und Blitz sauberen Eindruck. Mit der Vermieterin waren wir im ständigen Kontakt und sie hat immer binnen von Minuten auf jegliche Fragestellung sehr hilfreich reagiert. In der Nähe gibt es herrliche Strände und auf der Insel auch gute Restaurants zu entdecken. Auch hier waren die Tipps wirklich wertvoll. Einen Leihwagen benötigt man idealerweise. Kurzum wirklich top!

We were a family of four traveling with grandma and wanted third bedroom where my mom could relax away from the kids. We love this area of Andros due to its proximity to the port and Agios Petros Beach. The property features stunning views of the sea and a plunge pool the kids made good use of in between visits to the beach. There is also a sizeable balcony off the two bedrooms upstairs. This is a modern, clean, corporate rental with the usual furnishings. The kitchen is small for a three-bedroom rental but perfectly serviceable (and who wants to cook on vacation!). Each villa (standalone houses) has its own parking space. There is a small grocer just down the road and a larger grocery store on the main road. We were grateful for the late check-out and seamless communication.

We loved Clio’s place from the moment we arrived! - even before, as Clio’s pre-arrival messages & instructions were super friendly & helpful. The house is really all about the wonderful outdoor terrace area (it was parent heaven to be able to send our 2 kids across the small road to the tiny but lovely beach a few meters away), & the superb location within incredibly easy walking distance to a range of great restaurants & also bakeries, and some other small shops (including an excellent ceramic artisan). Inside was very clean & functional - a basic 2 bedrooms, small bathroom, & combined living room with small kitchen. But we spent most of our time on the terrace, in the hammock/deckchairs, eating outside, or walking left to a fun beach bar or a delicious restaurant, or walking right to the lovely small village & another small beach & various restaurants. Clio was full of local knowledge & recos, available when needed (including a flat car battery!), kind to our kids: wonderful!

Εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, με πολύ όμορφη οικογένεια. Σε έκανε να νιωθεις σαν στο σπίτι σου! Πεντακάθαροι χώροι, φροντισμένοι και ήταν πολύ γλυκό εκ μέρους τους που φροντίζουν τους φιλοξενούμενους τους με ένα πολύ προσεγμένο πρωινό, πάνω στις ανάγκες μας.

Per chi ama la tranquillità ed è alla ricerca di un'esperienza autentica, la casa di Marie-Nelle è il posto giusto. Marlas è un po' fuori mano, ma molto molto caratteristico. A due minuti a piedi dalla casa c'è un'ottima taverna e Pyrgos dista 10 minuti in macchina. Consigliatissimo!

Stelio greeted us after agreeing to let us check in a little early. He was very kind and sweet and showed us to our space. He pointed out a couple of things and then excused himself. The interior was clean and ready for us. The outside shower was amazing. There are plenty of beaches close by. We went to the Funky Donkey at St Peter's beach down the road. For food, we went into Batsi which was only a few minutes away by car.

Athina and his father were so kind in facilitating our stay from beginning to end. It's perfectly located within the city.

The house is huge and absolutely beautiful with lovely high ceilings, modern rustic decor, and gorgeous views and surroundings. Even better than the photos. There was so much space for our two families and group of 9 people to spread out and have some privacy as well as gather and make memories. It was a lovely walk to the local village which has two very nice restaurants with local food. The house was also very well stocked with everything you could need and unusual features and eclectic artifacts. We enjoyed having coffee each morning in the garden under the shade of the tree and eating the small sweet juicy plums from the garden while the visitor cat purred by our feet. Ismini was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The house was very well located for the main town Chora, beaches and everything else of interest. It was our first time in Andros and we were very impressed by the island, its beaches and stunning beauty and gorgeous town. Highly recommend this house.

si vous aimez la nature et la tranquillité, foncez .la maison est isolée, à 20 mn de gavrio et à 5mn à pied d une plage très peu fréquentée. la douche extérieure est un plus bien appréciable. ce petit coin de paradis est bien gardé: un chat ( noir) très mignon !

Cristina est une hôte attentionnée et charmante, qui répond rapidement aux messages et a toujours une petite attention pour ses invités ( pour nous deux pots d’excellentes confitures maison ) . C’est la deuxième fois que nous venons en vacances dans cette maison au charme si particulier pour ceux qui aime les antiquités et la peinture. Elle n’est pas faite pour ceux qui recherche un bien aseptisé et tout confort , le charme de l’ancien mérite quelques compromis . Cette maison a une âme et l’on s’y sent tout de suite chez soi . La terrasse avec vue sur la montagne est un endroit magique où le petit déjeuner s’éternise dans la quiétude .
