A very relaxing stay with great hosts! We chose Waterway condos because it was very close to a larger house rented by our large group of friends celebrating a milestone birthday. This side of the island is not as busy and populated as the Paradise Island side of the island, so it allowed for morning sunrise walks with the beach almost to our selves! It is less than a block's walk to Stuart Coves Dive shop so very convenient to our main activity. Lots of places to jog and wildlife watch. We fished in the canal at the back of the building and caught lots of small fish and watched the crabs! Charlene, the on-site property manager is one of the friendliest and nicest people you could meet so made our stay pleasant and answered any questions we had! There was a water heater failure while we were there and the owner was very proactive, gave us access to another unit for showers and fixed the problem immediately. There are not many restaurants close so you will need a car. Thumbs up!!

We booked this villa last minute after we had already arrived in the Bahamas. The AirBnB we booked was awful so we actually ended up booking this place (in addition to the place we originally booked unfortunately). We wanted somewhere nice for Christmas. Everything was fantastic and it saved our holiday. The only sad part was that we could not stay longer as it was already booked so we had to return to our other AirBnB for the remaining days. I highly recommend this place. Was clean and had everything you would need. Plus the beach club and restaurant are great. Our girls used the gym and we got coffee at the dock every morning. The staff at the beach bar by the pool were amazing. There was a really lovely woman that looked after us each day. We loved the marina view every morning. The queen room has a small bunk room attached (via the bathroom) so this is good for little kids. Our teen daughters took over the queen room and the bunk room so it worked out perfectly for our stay.

Great Stay at Love Beach! We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb near Love Beach in the Bahamas. The unit was clean, comfortable, and fairly well equipped with everything you’d need in the kitchen. It truly felt like a great home away from home. The host was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay—they even provided water bottles and were very prompt with delivery, which was much appreciated. The complex itself is nice and quiet, and the place had plenty of beach towels and a few beach essentials, which was a great touch. Love Beach is just a short walk away and really beautiful—perfect for a relaxing beach day without the crowds. The location is a bit removed from town, which we actually liked, but if you’re planning to explore more of the island, I highly recommend renting a car. Overall, a great spot and we’d definitely recommend it!

Wir hatten eine unglaublich tolle Zeit in Darios und Erins Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und verfügt über alles,was man benötigt. Man hat einen fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer und den Pool. Der Pool ist sauber und nachts sehr schön beleuchtet. Grundsätzlich fühlten wir uns auf dem Grundstück sehr wohl und konnten uns gut erholen. Der Supermarkt ist ca. in 20min zu Fuß erreichbar. Allgemein ist es sehr zu empfehlen, sich einen Leihwagen zu besorgen,da die Taxipreise sehr hoch sind. Dario und Erin sind sehr freundliche Menschen und gingen ohne Probleme auf unsere Verspätung von 1 Tag ein und passten unsere Buchung an. Nach 5 Tagen wurde uns ein kostenfreier Wäscheservice angeboten,welchen wir auch annahmen. Die Wäsche war am nächsten Tag fertig. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!!!

If you are looking for a private getaway, away from the Nassau tourists then this is the place for you. Graham and Hope were great hosts who made us feel very comfortable upon our arrival. Almost immediately they informed us of some internet upgrades happening in the neighborhood but made sure to find alternative ways to accommodate us due to some work obligations. Their place was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary things we needed for a long weekend stay. The location of the condo does require one to have a rental car but driving around the island is very easy and everything you would need (beaches, grocery store, restaurants) is about 20-25mins away. The beach across the street was as private as it gets and could not have been anymore convenient for morning walks and watching the sunsets. Overall, we highly recommend Graham and Hope's place and look forward to visiting again!

From start to finish, the hosts and the listing exceeded expectations! Extremely friendly and helpful with making sure our group would be accommodated appropriately. The property is in a great location with privacy and unmatched views. Interior is beautiful to match with the rest of the property with plenty of space and tidy rooms! Will highly recommend going forward!

We had an amazing stay at Penny’s place in Nassau! She was a truly wonderful host—welcoming us in person and giving a full tour of the house. The home was beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything from a well-equipped kitchen to beach gear like canoes, paddle boards, sand toys, and towels. The location is peaceful yet close to everything—stores, restaurants, and attractions like Baha Mar. The house manual was super helpful with local tips and cab numbers. It was a worry-free, relaxing experience from start to finish. We highly recommend Penny’s place and can’t wait to return!

Cannot say enough about Michelle and this location!!!! We had a scary event happen at another place we were staying at and had to leave. Michelle was very quick to respond and was very supportive ensuring a quick and early check in for us. The location and surroundings are absolutely stunning and look exactly like in the photos. My family felt safe at this location especially in a gated community with friendly neighbors. Michelle was always quick to respond to any questions we had. She and the owner were generous to add any items needed to make our stay more enjoyable. The fact that you can literally just walk out the back steps right into the ocean is a bonus!! We snorkelled around the area and saw so many neat fish and coral. At night we would just walk outside along the rocks after the tide went out to see the live shells. Truly an amazing place and host - highly recommended and we will definitely only book with Michelle the next time we come to Bahamas!!

The house was great with amazing water views and access. It is an older home but is clean and overall, taken care of. Homes on the water can take a beating from the weather/conditions. Ocean views, water access, water side pool, 5 bedrooms and all the water toys (snorkel gear, kayaks, paddle board) for this price is a great value. We had a party of 8 and the house was more than large enough. The outdoor area was great, with several different areas to hang out. The bulkhead was in great condition and was an amazing place to take in the sunrise/sunsets (in April). Fany and Lou were great and the communication was exceptional. They were kind, informative and helpful. They were forth coming when things weren't working (the hot tub stopped working after our booking) and they reached out immediately to inform us if there were any changes to the property. As others have mentioned, this isn't a brand new, renovated property, but the value is great. Thank you!

TL/DR:Awesome place. Not convenient to anything but that is exactly the point. Highly recommend Chef Everton Smith - book well in advance Pro: chill, quiet, clean, safe, relaxing, private, no nightclubs/late night bars, no yelling or screaming, beach front, good kitchen, purified water tap, good water pressure, ample hot water, good internet speed, satellite tv, host arranged transportation to and from airport Cons: all bedrooms on upper floors, no black out curtains in any bedroom, bed rooms are stuffy with A/C so must open doors to hallways, bathrooms stay damp, no bug screens - can’t keep outside doors open w/o having flies, narrow stairs with only partial rails, nearby restaurant just above average, everything in the Bahamas is pricy, limited activities, expensive clubhouse/pool pass must be purchased for a 3 day minimum and for all occupants (even those that can not utilize the pool), 45-60 min from the airport and 30 min to town by taxi.

We had a wonderful stay at Anishka's place! It was very clean, had everything we needed, and instructions were clear. The view from the upper main bedroom balcony was incredible! Anishka was super friendly, answered our questions quickly, and provided some great suggestions for local happenings (a regatta close by which was so much fun) and good restaurants (we especially loved Syrah, Latitudes and The Pink Octopus). There is a small beach area close by (easy walk) which we enjoyed (she provided comfy beach chairs and towels), and we also visited several other nice beach areas (especially loved Jaws beach). We liked being out of the chaos of the busier tourist areas of the island, and loved the quiet, local feel of the area. There was a beautiful sidewalk along the ocean which we walked/ran on each day and loved it! All in all it was a fabulous stay and we give it an easy 5 stars!

King’s landing is an amazing place to stay. The location is right on the water with paradise at your fingertips. The house itself is small but extremely clean, tidy, and modern. Arlington is the best host one could ask for. He is friendly, communicative, and extremely responsive. He also gave great tips/recommendations on pretty much everything. If you want an amazing place to stay in the Bahamas, look no further than King’s landing.

Very accommodating and peaceful. Everything was perfect except the waterheater wasn't working in until 1# so since we were here for Solar Installations we decided to fix it so we and others can have hot water but other than that it's a two thumbs up.

Shannon was a great host I had to leave my previous airbnb at a certain time and needed to store my luggage she allowed me to do so at their family gift shop. I was solo traveler. I was greeted my Angel who was warm friendly and gave recommendations on places to eat and have drinks. The home was very clean and so spacious and it smelled Great! The bed was firm for me that is comfortable, the bathroom had everything you needed and the shower pressure was amazing! There were brochures of activities to enjoy on your stay, the Airbnb was literally maybe a 7 minute walk to the beach and a little further down is the fish fry. There were so many other places to explore besides those attractions as well so many shops and restaurants outside of fish fry and Junkanoo. Everything was walkable. Overall I enjoyed my experience I loved that the doors locked automatically, I did not feel unsafe. Shannon was very quick to respond and I never heard any dogs bark as I read in previous reviews. My family and I enjoyed our stay at Chyrisse’s place, 2 adults and 2 kids under 5. It wasn’t the most little kid friendly due to the glass furniture however we knew that based on the listing photos. The place was clean and had all of the essentials needed for cooking, bathing and pool. The pool was great with an amazing view of the beach. The beach wasn’t great, lots of rocks and very small. We didn’t rent a car but there were many restaurants in walking distance. Restaurants at Baha Mar 15 min walk or restaurants along cable beach entrance 10-15 min walk. Grocery store about a 15 min walk as well. The receptionist was also helpful in finding us a taxi. We walked down to a public entrance to cable beach by sandals hotel and it was not the best. Less rocks but lots of jet ski activity. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful high-end condo. Nice heated pool and small private beach. Condo was very clean, nicely decorated and included all items we needed. Our host got us a taxi from the airport after I put in a very late request and it was truly appreciated. There is a bus stop just outside the condo that will take you downtown as needed for $1.50. We'd return.

We had a fantastic time with our family of 5 (three teens) and Tineka was a phenomenal host. The home is well stocked with everything you need and walking distance to grocery stores, Baha Mar, multiple restaurants and much more. This was a fantastic place to stay!

Tatjana’s apartment was even better than described. So spacious and well designed, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. The pool and beach area were stunning and the fact that you could do water sports right from the beach was a big plus. Lovely location. The beach towels, cool box and snorkelling gear was so handy to take out and explore the beautiful beaches. Would highly recommend hiring a car so you can get anywhere you’d like. Tatjana is a wonderful host - super helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for our stay.

Location, location, location! This place is tough to beat in terms of value. Right next door to Baha Mar, so you get those perks without having to fight off hundreds of people for chairs and space on the beach. We literally had our beach to ourselves every day! A couple minor things about the unit itself - the sliding glass door in the living room didn’t have curtains, so our daughters refused to sleep in the couch bed due to lack of privacy from the outside which was a bummer. The master bath shower had luke warm water at best all week (we even asked the front desk about it). And the 2nd bathroom had warm water 3 out of the 7 nights. Loved the space though and location can’t be beat.

The location is great and Jill is a wonderful host. Whenever we had questions or needed anything she had it brought over right away or had someone come check in on us. We really appreciated her responsiveness and care. Jill even went above and beyond to make our Christmas extra special with a tree and decorations for the kids! That was very fun to see them decorating on vacation. Thank you!

Tara and Paul are amazing hosts. I hope that they start a course on how to host, because they are the text book definition of hospitable. Their home has something few other places do, a great energy that makes you instantly feel right at home. On top of that, Tara and Paul are so quick to respond to any request that their reaction time would leave Spiderman or a Jedi Master jealous. Truly it felt like we were staying in the Four Seasons of Airbnb's. An amazing bed, an amazing almost completely private beach, high speed WiFi, great neighbors, the list goes on and on. This place is perfect for a family, for a quiet get away, or nomad work. You will not be disappointed in the level of service or quality of the location. I would happily return and stay again on my next trip to the Bahamas. P.S. It was my first time traveling with a toddler and Tara and Paul went out of their way to provide support to make the trip that much more relaxing and enjoyable.
