The best compliment I can give is that, we weren’t even back home yet and we had already rebooked to come back to Chris and Kate’s incredible home. The house checked every box from comfortable beds, a cozy living room w a beautiful fireplace, an office with an incredible view, a bonus area with a pool table and a kitchen I felt at home cooking in. The communication and accommodations from Chris and Kate went above and beyond what we expected. We are grateful to them both for making this week so special!

One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in- extremely clean, bright, gorgeous furnishings and thoughtful, fun design inside; outside— picture-perfect views, peace and quiet, and beautiful snow on the lake was quintessential winter in Maine. So many thoughtful touches- snack and drinks upon arrival, the exterior meticulously cleared of snow, the house warm and cozy when we arrived despite single digit temps. Fantastic communication from the host throughout, answering my particular questions promptly and personally- really went above and beyond. We snowshoed on the lake, sledded on the hill, enjoyed the hot tub, made meals, watched movies, played games (poker set a huge hit!), and used the house as a base to ski two local ski areas- Mt Abram and Lost Valley, plus ventured up to Sunday River to see friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The house was very clean and well stocked with all that we needed to enjoy our winter break (especially appreciated the coffee offering). This was a great home base for our ski days at Mt Abram - will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

An incredible stay! This place is both cozy and beautiful, with a stunning sky view at night that makes the experience even more magical. The dome stays super warm once you get the stove going—it’s a bit tricky at first, but totally worth it. Wayne was an amazing host, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. What a beautiful location! David is a great host. He made sure we had good directions, tips for the area, and was quick to answer any questions. The lakeside cabin has absolutely everything you need to have a peaceful, relaxing vacation. The view of the lake is spectacular. The cabin is very clean, has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and Echo lake is a gorgeous pristine lake. Every morning, we enjoyed our coffee on the dock. We swam, kayaked, canoed and even tried out the paddle boards that came with the house. We would love to come back! Thanks!

Meredith was a fantastic host and super flexible and responsive when it came to scheduling. Me and a few of the guys I served with in the army booked here for our annual ice fishing trip that we do to stay in touch. The first day we had booked we requested an early check in but due to Inclimate weather and most of us work doing snow removal she offered to let us have a late check out and extra night which for us was incredibly generous and we are very grateful for the opportunity. The air bnb was cozy but still modern which was a great feel. I highly recommend booking here if you’re looking for a quiet getaway with great water views and pretty good fishing.

I had a wonderful 4 night stay at the lake house and couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the little getaway. It is beautifully located on the lake and has this huge window in the living room from which you have an amazing view. The house has everything you need, even washing machine and dryer in the basement. I would 100% recommend this unique place! Christine has been super helpful throughout my stay.

We had a great time staying at Jon’s cabin. It was cozy with a beautiful view and was a very short drive for us to ski over at Lost Valley. Jon was responsive and communicative and everything matched the description! Especially nice to have all the supplies we needed to cook a meal together once we got in. Would definitely stay again

We have stayed in Martin's cabin several times. It is spacious, comfortable and always spotless! Martin is super easy to communicate with and helpful. We highly recommend a stay in Martin's lovely cabin!
