The room was clean, and look like on pictures. The washing machine was working well, the bathtub was great. I enjoyed the balcony view. The hotel itself is luxurious, however one lift was in maintenance. Will stay again. The host was responsive and accommodating.

The place is exactly like the photos. Check in & check out procedures are simple and hassel free. There is a few little stores and laundry matt across the road. The roof top pool and restaurant is very nice and can also eat downstairs in front of the pool. The apartment is away from the hustle and its so peaceful & you can easily get a side car or grab to the main action and shopping malls and it's so cheap. There is security at the main entrance so you always feel safe, even walking around outside is safe. The room was very clean and the bed is so comfortable! All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and dealing with Kaye was so easy and she's very responsive. Make sure you book this place, you won't be disappointed!!! Donna was a great host. Even though I booked last-minute, she still managed to coordinate with her housekeepers to get everything ready for our arrival. Donna and her house keepers were super kind and helpful throughout our stay. The place had spacious rooms and a gated , which I think makes it ideal for families with kids. We really enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely book again, Thank you!

Tears was the highlight of our stay here. We had minimal issues but she addressed them promptly and took accountability of these issues. The place was great, value for money and though there are areas for improvement. She also recommended a place in Arayat which was extremely beautiful. Thanks Tears

Super nag enjoy kami ng whole family ko. ang ganda at ang linis ng place. Super cozy ng place at nkakatamad na lumabas pag nasa loob na kami. Very accessible din sa lahat at napaka lapit pa sa mall. will definetely book your place again pag nag visit ulet kami sa pampanga.

We booked Merlyn's place to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday, and it was the perfect spot for some quality family time! The place is super private, with a huge outdoor space where we could just relax and enjoy. The rooms were spacious, the ACs were ice-cold and having an outdoor kitchen plus three restrooms made everything really convenient. The pool was just the right size for our group (we were 9), and we had such a great time unwinding there. Merlyn was also very responsive and even left us a small token at the end of our stay—such a nice touch! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and private getaway.

fun pickleball weekend with friends! bedrooms were fairly comfortable but we spent most of the time outdoors (pickleball, pool, bonfire, veranda). host is very responsive and caretakers were accommodating. thank you TG Residences!

This place is very comfortable to stay in. Clean and quiet. Near CDC and other establishments. Highly recommended.

The place has the perfect and calming view of mt arayat. It is also clean and the bed, pillows and etc feels like you’re in a 5 star hotel. I enjoyed the shower as well since it has hot and cold option and the water current is good. Will definitely come back.

Great housekeeper. Kandi 3 has an excellent billiards table in the lobby which was a bonus. Staff in lobbby bar/restaurant were superb. The only slight issue was wifi that kept dropping out, but it was manageable and affected other guests too, not just this unit.

The room is affordable, especially for four persons. The hosts were responsive, and gave us freebies during our stay. Had a great stay here with my friends. Totally worth it <3
