The unit is exactly as it is advertised on airbnb. Fast and reliable wifi connection. Easy check in. Hosts are very reachable and responsive. On our first night, there is a small problem with the loud noise of the aircon but they immediately have it repaired. One of the cheapest but worth it accomodations in Angeles City. What you see is what you get. Thank you

This is the second time that I used this home through Janet/ Andrew. They are great people, host, friendly and professional. I will continue to use this home each time I come to visit family in the area. I promise if you stay here you will feel at home and any thing happens or if you have questions the response is always fast.

This place is incredible! It’s so cozy and relaxing, I really don’t want to leave. It's more than the photos! The space is clean and spacious, and the host is super responsive and kind. The only thing missing is a karaoke mic! lol but honestly, everything else is perfect!

We had a great stay at the house. Pool was clean. Rooms were spacious and the aircon was very cold. Cooking and dining utensils were readily available. Parking is secure. Bert was very helpful during our stay. We'll definitely consider booking the place again if we do come back to Clark. Thank you for accommodating our family!

The place was great, the space inside the house is big. Everything was clean when we arrived. The caretaker was friendly and accommodating. The aircon is very cold and wifi was fast. We mainly took this trip for our dogs to run around in a safe enclosed space and swim in the pool, and I'm happy to say that this place ticks both of those criteria. Our dogs enjoyed running around the grass and swimming in the pool. The place is really worth its price and is a must recommend for pet owners. Just to nit pick, they didn't have a lot of outdoor chairs to use outside and no clothes line or hanger outside to dry wet clothes. We would definitely book the place again.

First person greeted me in the premises was the owner himself. Had a good talk about the place and personally shared his own recommendations about the place. The place has a nice and peaceful neighborhood. It is notable that the place is almost spotless. It didn’t look like how old it is. I recommend this place 9/10

We got there early and was allowed to check in earlier than scheduled. Everything was clean and they had a lot of activities for us to do. Would recommend for get togethers with friends and families.

We had a magical Christmas stay at Geoff’s place! It was very spacious, cozy, and perfect for the holiday season. The location was ideal, and everything we needed was provided. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable—we would love to return in the future!

We enjoyed our stay. The place is clean, although the dining area is small but we were able to use the tables at the garage and dine. My son had fun celebrating his birthday at sir Julius’ place, specially the pool. Sir Julius is very responsive and considerate. Thank you, until next! 🥰

What a nice, comfortable place. So roomy and the caretakers Joe and Grace cleaned this place spotless and carried my luggage in.mThey live a few doors down and we’re always available. Even helping with carrying groceries in. So kind and attentive. Donna the sweet host is kind , welcomed me with a smile, and helped me set up the fast Wi-Fi. I highly recommend this beautiful home. The tonwhouse is at a quiet village which is very peaceful if you wanted to get out of the city's busy life. There are nearby groceries and coffee shops as well. Grab can reach the village too. Overall our stay is good and the house looks very new and well maintained.

Everyone had more than enough room to relax and enjoy themselves. The beds were soft and super comfortable, ensuring we all had a good night’s rest after a day of fun. The comfort rooms were spotless, which we really appreciated—it’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority at JM Villa. A big shoutout to Myza and the caretakers for being so responsive and friendly throughout our stay. They made everything easy and ensured we felt well taken care of. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. JM Villa is a fantastic place for group getaways, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Well furnished with a huge tv! Conveniently located less than half an hour from the nearby Clark Airport. No trouble finding a grab for our early morning flight. House feels very secure with a big gate with lock. House was very easy to find as well and there is a small convenience store right beside. Host was also responsive and was able to accommodate my last minute change in check in dates. Very flexible and understanding. Highly recommended listing!

The staff was really nice when discussing the rules and policies. We had fun fishing and picking vegetables, and the two female staff members were very helpful, courteous, and accommodating. One downside is that they have a function hall for families and events, and the noise from other guests can disrupt the peaceful ambiance. Since it's near the Megadike Highway, you can also hear some vehicle noise, though it's not too bothersome. Despite that, the overall atmosphere has a charming and rustic feel—beautiful, serene, and incredibly relaxing. Plus points for the free breakfast—it was served on time and was very delicious! We enjoyed it at the outdoor table while sitting Indian style, which made the experience even more unique and fun.
