The place was as beautiful as the pictures in the listing. The karaoke system was a professional system so we didn’t pay extra at a KTV place. It was very close to the market and mall. The staff was quick to respond to all questions. I highly recommend this place for big groups!! Thank you.

My family and I, felt right at home. Ms. Jez and Sir Reden were very responsive and accomodating to our queries. They were able to elucidate their instructions before and after our stay. The house was spacious and had everything I needed, unfortunately the oven wasn't working but the cooker was more than enough, plenty of utensils making it easy to cook. Peaceful area, didn't have any issue with noise and comfortable sitting area with a netflix equipped TV. Air-con was only in the bedrooms but that fans helped a lot when sat downstairs. The host was super friendly and always quick to respond. Definitely worth a stay if you're looking at the area

The place was so huge and very peaceful. Neighbors are very friendly. Jojo the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful also advice me on how to commute within the areas. The place was well paid for as it was very clean and feel like it was your own house. Thank you Celia and Jojo for the great stay.

My family and I had a nice stay here! The place was clean, it has everything you need and there are lots of close-by landmarks like Uptown Mall. The house and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful so my family had a relaxing stay. The host was also always quick to respond whenever we had concerns. Overall, its a really good place that I can recommend to anybody eyeing it!

Stayed here with my family for 3 days and what you see with the pictures is what you get. The place was very clean, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Hosts were very responsive as well. Will definitely recommend this especially for large groups! 💗

We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

The kitchen appliances were relatively new and kitchenware was impressively complete, making meal preparations a breeze. We particularly appreciated the high-quality air conditioning throughout the house. The well-thought-out layout made it easy for us to come together for family activities while also enjoying private downtime when needed in the rooms. The added touches, such as cozy bedding, thoughtful decor, and little conveniences like ample power outlets and fast Wi-Fi, truly made this a standout stay.
