We had a very relaxing, enjoyable stay at Kuhl Breeze Villa. Our second return stay here, we were glad to welcome friends and family for their first visit to Anguilla. Scott is a wonderful host, very responsive and was extra helpful to us as I needed to purchase some exercise weights and he was able to direct me to a proper store in the valley to purchase. We appreciated the 3 en-suite bathroom with 3 couples, it worked out very nicely for a comfortable stay. Villa is quite spacious and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the fabulous, expansive ocean views. Plenty of towels and great to have beach towels and chairs also. Kitchen had everything we needed. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

"Cozy Cottage" adjacent to beach, bars & restaurants. Great host supplied us with fruit & beverages in the fridge. Comfortable furnishing and feels like you are living in someone's house with spices, coffee and microwave popcorn in the kitchen. Rent a car for touring the island, driving to some amazing beaches, getting groceries and shopping. Full-sized washer / dryer was a plus. Plenty of linens, beach towels, beach chairs & convenient hose outside to wash off the sand coming back from the beach.

We had a fabulous stay at Splash again this year! Love the location and the space is very comfortable for us. It’s great to have a pool, and the house is close to a couple of our favorite beaches. Communications with the owner and the local caretaker were great, they are very responsive and helpful. Looking forward to returning again next year.

This was THE perfect location and Debbie was a great host. Debbie ensured that you were equipped with all the necessities, from fruits to bug spray to floss to granola bars! I highly recommend her and this property to anyone who wants a central location and steps away deom the beach. Cannot wait to retuen.

Aline and Katie were great to work with leading up to our trip. They looked into finding the best place for us to watch the Super Bowl (Go Birds!) and went on a shopping hunt to look for a thermos for the beach for us. Eli made our trip great!! He met us at the airport, led us to the villa, showed us around and had a welcome snack and beverage awaiting our arrival as well as the shopping list of groceries we asked for. Eli also arranged for us to get a Firestick to watch the Super Bowl in the comfort of our villa to watch the Eagles win! He checked in on us multiple times during our 9 night stay. The pool was the warmest of any we have rented in the Caribbean. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our only critique was that showers needed to be spaced apart for 4 people due to lack of hot water but it was manageable. Great stay!!!

We loved our stay at Villa Manana. It is super clean. Very private. We loved the design of the house. We had everything we needed and a 13-minute drive to one of the greatest beaches in the Caribbean, Shoal Bay.

We stayed 1 week in the pool house, which is a roomy studio apartment. Very comfortable king bed. Most of the time the airflow with the windows open and ceiling fans running did the trick for comfort, and the a/c worked great otherwise. Good shower (moderately hot/decent pressure), and having 2 bathroom sinks was a nice bonus. Well equipped kitchen - everything we needed was there. The space is thoughtfully decorated giving it a cheery welcoming feeling. The clifftop views overlooking Road Bay/Sandy Ground are spectacular. All the rooms appear to be situated to take advantage of that view, as is the pool deck for the large pool (that we didn't even use). Ingrid is a gracious and helpful host. Bella Vista is adjacent to the Back Street area of South Hill, which can be sketchy sometimes, but the way the property is tucked away off the main road allayed our concerns. Overall, an excellent value and lovely stay. Wish we would have discovered this gem sooner.

We enjoyed the condo immensely. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Beautiful ocean view on a spacious balcony. Hearing the crashing surf all night long was a highlight. The place is away from the busy, touristy sections and that was excellent. Easy enough to explore during the day. Comfortable and quaint decor, all the amenities. We would return in a heartbeat.

My group of 7 and I came for 5 nights. Truly spectacular views and the actual house looked even better than the pictures. Snorkeling from the house was the best on the island (we tried many places). Donna was extremely helpful many times during the stay. 100% recommend, we will be back!

Location was great! Close to Meads Bay and very close to Shoal Bay West. Nice walk to the Arch. Street ends at a little beach. Nice view of the water. Neighborhood was very private and quiet. Probably about 12 small villas; only three were occupied. Never anyone at small, community pool. The rooftop area was lovely in the morning and evening. However, the trees have grown and should be trimmed because the view is not as dramatic as in pictures. More comfortable chairs would be a nice addition. Shower area was roomy.

Beatiful property overlooking harbour island and scilly cay, wonderful view from the swimming pool, 5 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, just had a couple of issues with electricity and refrigerator but Rolanda and Kerry were wonderful in solving promptly all the problems, absolutely recommended for your stay in the island for big groups or families! Our stay at Southern Comfort was great! The villa has everything you need. The view is unbelievable! Waking up to the sunrise and watching the sunset was our favorite part. There are incredible views of St Martin and St Barths. The villa is in a private neighborhood and very peaceful. Renting a car is a must! Shoal bay beach and most restaurants are about a ten minute drive away. We loved our stay! Big thank you to Joyce, who manages the property and helps with anything you need while there.

A Perfect Stay in a Quiet, Convenient Location! I had a wonderful stay at West End Bay Apartments! The one-bedroom apartment was extremely clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—nestled in a quiet area while still being close to some of the best restaurants on the island. It was the ideal balance of tranquility and convenience. What truly made the experience exceptional was the amazing host—responsive, accommodating, and always willing to assist with anything needed. If you’re looking for a comfortable, peaceful stay in Anguilla with easy access to great dining and beautiful beaches, I highly recommend West End Bay Apartments!

My family and I had a wonderful stay and were fortunate to call this place home for a week. Myron and his co-host Meekae are truly great hosts and made us feel so welcomed. Myron picked us up at the airport which was very much appreciated after a long flight. Both were easy to contact pre-arrival and on the island when I had questions about the home. We rented a car through Myron and explored different beaches and restaurants; nothing more than a 30 minute drive to the west end restaurants. Shoal Bay East is very close and only a 10min drive away. The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the a/c worked great at night. We didn't need to use the a/c during the day. We just opened the windows and used the fans. We made breakfast everyday and the kitchen had all the essentials to make a simple breakfast and simple dinner twice when we did not go out. We were comfortable during our stay and thank Myron and Meekae for their hospitality.

Very comfy and modern apartment in the rural residential area with everything you need for few nights stay. We even got to use room that was next door from terrace as we were party of 3, but notice there is no AC there. Good thing nights are not that hot. Getting in was easy as we came from St. Martin and Andy has car rental tent in front of ferry terminal so staff drove us to apartment. Supermarket is at walking distant but there is not much to do in Blowing Point so car is needed if you wanna explore the quiet island of Anguilla. We rented a car from Andy for few days and visited almost every corner of the island. Price wise not cheap but not expensive compared to all resorts that there is and really not many options on the island.

Gayle's place was all we expected and more. We were greeted by the caretaker, Lyn. Lyn is a sweet local lady that went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It was the little things that Lyn did that made our stay extra enjoyable. She was at the property waiting for us upon arrival. She walked us through the property and made sure we had everything we needed. After the first night, we mentioned the water pressure was a little low in the shower. We came back that day and it was fixed. Lyn replaced tea lights on the patio, supplied us with fresh towels, and a host of other little details that made our stay extra special. I highly recommend Chinaberry Villa! Thank you Gayle and especially Lyn for your wonderful Anguillan hospitality. We'll be back!

Beautifully designed and very private, Bayberry Villa was large, comfortable, and fully equipped. With it's large wrap-around veranda, ceiling fans, and open floor plan, it felt like living in a real island home during our stay in Anguilla. The house was kept up nicely by Lyn, who was on site daily. Located in a pleasant residential neighborhood that is very close to the ferry terminal, the house offers great views of the bay, but you'll need a car to get to the nice beaches. Evenings on the covered porch as the sun sets are quite pleasant, and happily the host supplies plenty of bug spray for the mosquitoes. The air-conditioner was not working in one of the bedrooms, which the owner tried to get fixed, and then agreed to cut in half the supplementary air-conditioning charge after it was still not blowing out cool air. Overall, a very pleasant place to take in the beauty of Anguilla.

The best thing about Debbie’s place was the view. We loved the beautiful orange sunsets from the living room and balcony. There is a supermarket and a couple of restaurants nearby but it’s a 30 min walk to Sandy Bay. Like most places in Anguilla, you really need a car and Debbie rented one to us at a reasonable rate. The apartment is safe, breezy, comfortable and spacious but it is quite worn with old style furniture and a hard bed. Debbie is a lovely friendly person, always responded promptly and we appreciated the flexible checkin/out times and lift to the ferry. We would happily stay again!
